Wow! What a fantastic read! It's not rocket science, and Sam makes it clear. In a world where we are absolutely inundated with information to make us depressed, stressed, anxious, afraid, angry, frustrated, exasperated, and on and on...Sam just boils it down. Simple. Inspirational. Light and uplifting. Read it and pass it on!
