I’m so glad cole found someone to complete him, he was always being the hero for others. Mel is a whole mess of her own but I really like her for cole and I’m glad that everything worked out for all the Campbells .Now I cant wait to see what sparks fly with Liam and Irene

The Jury’s Out on This One
This story didn’t resonate with me. First of all, the occasional editing/character error required re-reading a sentence or paragraph to identify the intended message. Secondly, the first 3rd of the book still focused on Broderick & Gabby, rather than introduce Mel earlier and let the relationship with Cole build gradually rather than suddenly. Lastly, the incident in the Belgium woods was too far out there for me.
I don’t feel the story was as cohesive as book #1 so I’m torn as to whether I will read book #3. I’ll have to wait and see.

I know her!
Mel reminds me of my daughter, a high-functioning autistic female. I was concerned that she would never find real friendship or love. Like Mel, she found both.
This story is personal for me. Cole is perfect for Mel. They will do well. TC Clark developed their characters with great care and attention to detail. Thanks for an excellent story.

Bravo!
I enjoyed Broderick’s story, but Cole’s book trumps! I never would have never guessed who the villain would be and to described as one of our beloved characters! Loved, loved, loved Mel! What a total original and so my favorite heroine so far! I can’t wait for Liam’s story. I loved Irene’s heart and am sure her nephew will make his presence felt.

A Great Love with awesome dialogue
Cole and Mel were awesome. I love the way Mel character was wrote, she interesting. She unafraid of being her self, smart, fearless and a badass! Cole and Mel book was better than the first book.. This deserve 5 star and more.

This is the second book in the Campbell Brothers series. It is a continuation of the first book. It explains what happened immediately after the showdown between Marc Noel, Gabby, and the Campbell brothers.
This story focuses on Cole, the Campbell brother who is a private investigator. The Campbell family remains in danger. There is another psychopath terrorizing the family. Mel, a beautiful wildlife biologist, inadvertently gets caught up in the danger surrounding the Campbells. Cole sees it as his duty to protect her when her life is put at risk. He also can't deny the strong feelings he has for the woman he realizes is intriguing and fearless.
I liked the connection between Cole and Mel. Mel is forthright and goes after what she wants without hesitation. Her confidence in who she is and the connection she shares with Cole enables him to open up to being in an emotionally intimate relationship. There is also plenty of suspense and mystery thrown in for good measure.

Smart woman donor best!
By now if you haven't read the first book about the Campbell brother I strongly urge you too. These strong, handsome group of Scottish brothers are fiercely protective and down right scary when it comes to protecting the one's they love. As strong as they are they are suckers for a smart woman. The whole lot of them seem to fall hard when they least expect it. That defiantly can be said about Cole when it comes to Mel Robins and young biologists on sabbatical in the UK. Their storey leaves you breathless and wanting more! I cannot wait for the next book in this series where we'll learn more about these HOT Campbell brothers and the women they fall for.

I love the instant connection Cole and Mel share. Mel's quirky no non sense attitude. Her fierce caring nature even though she prefers animals to people. Cole's loyalty to family, that he protects at any cost. The storyline is well written showing the parallel of Cole's bond and closeness with his family and Mel's distant relationship with people. But, manages to weave a strong close friendship connection and love for her family. This story keeps you pulled in with interesting strong characters and its plot. Grab this book you will enjoy it from start to finish.

Because of Mel
This will be the first time saying this, I think I have a girl crush! I love Mel's independence, straight forwardness, and sincerity. She does things with gusto and smarts. She made this story, you get enough to enjoy the determination in reading a strong willed woman going after what she wants. That's sexy as heck and I'm taking notes! One day I inspire to be this brave in terms of love (with the right guy of course ;) I am enjoying the Campbell's story,can't wait for Liam's. ☺☺

GREAT STORY 👍
I enjoyed reading Cole and Mel's story, it definitely was worth the wait. This was a really another great story of another Campbell family member well done. I cannot wait for the next adventure with Liam. It was good to hear about Nikos having three children now. I hope we will get to see them all one day just saying!!! That said I would absolutely recommend reading this book I don't think you will regret it. Thank you T.C.Clark please keep these great stories coming. Great job.🙏👍❤

What a kick-ass lady!
Mel is such an interesting and frankly amazing character! Her ability to focus on her life goals is impressive enough, but then you add in her assortment of skills, and you have me wanting to befriend her and learn from her! Cole is lucky to have her.
(Also, though this has little to no bearing on the story, I really appreciate that she is such a well-developed black woman, and vegan! As a black woman who's vegan, I very rarely see us depicted as such, and it's a nice change.)

Wow, if only I could give this 10 stars. I read Broderick's story and Cole's all on the same day. With a short break in between. What a way to pass the day trying to figure out who was the new psychopath and dealing with social distancing (covid-19). Loved the heroine she was a bad ___, you fill in the blank. She was not a weak woman her and Cole worked well together. Looking forward to the next book in the series. Double Kudos to the author.

I am truly enjoying this series. The Campbell brothers are hot! Cole's story was great and so many pote tial stories can be developed. I like Mel and her sassiness. Was Nate found? Did Miranda really die? Hmmm. I wonder how Liam and Irene story going to flow and intertwin with the previous two books. TC Clark you are on my list of favorites authors. I really like the Campbell family. They are a protective lot who love fiercely and have amazing instincts when it comes to love. Mel is a great character too. I loved her quirkiness and man, was she direct with Cole! Man didn't have a chance in he'll escaping their chemistry. It was a cute love story that also contained the continued backstory line of Gabby's stalker from book 1. Good read! Looking forward to reading about Liam!

I love the Campbell Brothers and have already pre-ordered Liam's story. I didn't think I could love anyone more than Brodrick, but Cole is in an entirely different category. Loved, Loved this book. Cole has a mission to protect those he cares about. Mel is in a category all of her own, similar to Cole. They are different but actually so much alike. The belong together. May seem strange to some but works for their personalities. TC Clark keep them coming.

Cole Has a lot more to him than originally eluded in the previous book about his brother and Mel, well she’s a whole story within her self.
Throughout the descriptives of their personalities I truly wondered if both Cole and Mel we’re on the spectrum!
Patiently waiting for the next volume.

Finally!
We are at the end of the crazy, hopefully! This one started out with a bang and ended with one. Thank goodness there wasn't a lot of carnage, especially with the beginning chapters. I was worried for a little while. But everything worked out in the end we have another HEA!💘💘💘

This book follows on from the first, with a psychopath still on the family's trail. It's a good story lots of suspense and drama, looking forward to Liam's story.

Cole and Mel
I love Mel, she said what ever she felt. I like when the Herion is strong and the man doesn’t have to come to the rescue. Sometimes we can save our man and be strong. I loved Cole because he didn’t fight to hard to trust Mel to take care of herself and not wait for him to rescue her. The Campbell men can stand to be a little more Alpha male though.

This story was awesome. I love how the storyline seamlessly continued from book 1. I loved Gabby but I think I have a new favorite in Mel. I have preordered Liam’s story. I am so hoping that Alex (not one of the Campbells but so interesting) and Tatum and even Nate get their own HEA.

I love the Campbell Family
Everyone that cones into the brothers life just fits so well together including Alek and Nate. Everybody is so protective. I love being wrapped up in Mel and Cole's love story, but also I enjoyed the family being a central part and not shoved in the background. Those brothers work quick and I'm looking forward to Liam and Irene.

Kick ass biologist
About time there's a badass heroine, I love Mel's attitude. She refused to let Cole walk away from her and let people walk all over her.
Marc's sister thought she was smarter than Mel but she got a rude surprise when she found out Mel recorded their conversation and poisoned both of them. Thank goodness Irene was close by.

🤗 Quick but solid.
They hit the ground running but despite the speed I stayed engaged from start to finish. Mel stole the show for me with her wit and quirkiness. Still don't know how she and Cole fit..but oh well, there you have it. I really hope they got a handle on the sum bags..I'm tired of them and their craziness. Ok..next!

Good follow up
I read the first book in series and I liked how this continued with the other bother. Loved the female character, straightforward without hurting anyone 's feelings. Ready for book 3

Great Story
Another great book. I love these Campbell men. Mel and Cole are perfect together she is a little weird but will keep Coke in his toes. I can't wait to read Liam and Irene's story maybe one of Gabby's friends will be Tatum's love interest
Another great book. I love these Campbell men. Mel and Cole are perfect together she is a little weird but will keep Coke in his toes. I can't wait to read Liam and Irene's story maybe one of Gabby's friends will be Tatum's love interest
