This is an interesting set of recipes for the bread maker/machine. The format is pretty basic but adequate for someone who has used a breadmaker. The recipes I've tried have come out pretty well.
Note this is a book of American origin so expect to deal with cup measurements although some effort is made to offer alternative measurements these bounce between metric and imperial. The is also the occasional non-English ingredient.
Many of the recipes are associated with various countries. However, the English loaf recipe listed bears little resemblance to anything I'm familiar with as an Englishman. Molasses and polenta are not common bread ingredients here in England. I therefore wouldn't want to guarantee the accuracy of other national recipes listed.
Despite this, it's a good selection of recipes and a good price as a Kindle download.
