Three idiots.
Archimedes always wanted to get into politics and rub elbows with the rich and famous. Caesar has always dreamed of a life in the sciences, making his name with groundbreaking discoveries. Grey only ever wanted his own auto shop.
And then real life happened.
Dreams dashed after graduating from university, the three friends pitch in on a transport ship, the Sol Searcher, and license it out to Aventure, an intergalactic courier group. The ship functions as their home as well as their ride as they zip through the Causeways, delivering packages to Humans and aliens of all kinds, on planets and moons of all shapes and sizes. It’s not a great job, but they get by… when they’re not trying to kill each other out of sheer annoyance.
Elsewhere, Euphrates Destidante—advisor to one of the most powerful Humans in the universe—holds a secret close to his chest: he is the head of a sprawling intergalactic criminal empire, one that deals in resources, secrets, and the occasional murder. What started out as a greedy enterprise has over the years evolved into a new passion: protecting and developing the Human race at all costs.

One day, on the planet Salix, Archimedes, Grey, and Caesar come across job transporting a small parcel over a short distance… with a MASSIVE payout. It’s enough money to fix up the myriad problems plaguing the Sol Searcher with enough left over to keep them well-fed and afloat for some time. It seems easy enough. Almost too good to be true, really.
Because it is.
Before they know it the Searcher finds itself pursued across the universe by bandits and bounty hunters, each looking to take the mysterious package for their own, each for very different reasons. The explosive game of cat-and-mouse takes them to unexplored planets, bandit moons, and hidden star systems with horrifying secrets. All deadly, all the time.
Meanwhile, some rumors have come to Euphrates’ attention, rumors involving powerful people. While the details are still unclear, he knows one thing for sure: whatever is going on has the potential to transform the landscape of the universe forever.
