As I walk across the parking lot, my mind on another day of teaching third-graders, I'm taken.
Abducted by nonhumans. Aliens.
Monsters, one might call them. I certainly do.
When I'm taken again - from aliens by aliens--my dire circumstances are worsened by an immensely irritating male named Jax.
He is brutal, crude, arrogant, and obnoxious. Everything I dislike in a man.
Apparently, he is also quite broken, and he thinks I'm beautiful. Me.
How on earth am I supposed to resist him? I suppose on Earth, I could.
But we're not on Earth anymore, and all bets are off.
This is Jax and Alice's story.

I totally love this series. This book is about Alice and Jax. It started with Alice being kidnapped on her way to school. Sold to this antlike creature to be their queen. In her journey to go to this planet (wait till you read the name of the planet lol) she got rescued by the good guys. She thought they were some kind of bad space pirates so in her defence she hid in a small room and readied herself with a broom. Guess the person that opened the door to get her? Jax!!! She attacked him down there. Poor Jax. Hope his family's heirlom 😉 still operational lmao! Then she was brought to their safety compound. Alice has a nice touch with kids. So her story revolves around rescuing kids. You need to read this to see how the story developed. You will like it 😁

Good read and addition to the series. I love this universe that Jude Gray is building. I do love how sweet the couple is and love that this book has the view point of the both main characters, i think thats what some if the other books are missing.
I took a star off for some grammar errors. I also felt that the heroine came close to several revelations but never quite achieved it. She felt the storm, was determined to stand with Jax, and didnt feel like part of the team. She never accomplished those things or made a resolution with it. She never found peace with the idea of being just a lover for her mate and staying home while he went on missions.
Great read, will read the next one, feel that books 3-5 need more and for ideas to be complete.

Again it was good just not my fave. I thought Ajax book would be better. Still a good series though

4 1/2 stars! Jax’s story is finally here!! - highly recommend for anyone who enjoys this genre
Written for mature readers only (18+ years old) due to subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language, steamy intimate scenes and violence such as abduction / kidnapping, fighting with some to the death, murder, torture, assault, human trafficking, dominant / submissive, etc.
While this could probably be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend it be read in series order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers as there are reoccurring characters and an overarching storyline.
This story focuses on a 3rd grade elementary teacher and Jax, who has been the faithful sidekick since the very first story. I have been waiting for this and it did not disappoint.
I gave less than 5 stars because of the grammatical issues that continue to plague this author.

I don't normally add my smut reads to my Goodreads book tally & Challenge lists unless they're really awesome or it really fits a prompt.
In this case the female human kidnapped by aliens was a third grade teacher....I happen to be a third grade teacher... so it fits the Popsugar Reading Challenge prompt : character that works at your current or dream job

HOWEVER.... this was excellent smut.
I mean, it did have the usual alien lover/ kidnapped human tropes for sure. But that's why you like a particular sub-genre right?
But.....
It also had female agency.
It'd pass the Bechtel test if it was a movie.
It was 5th in a series that brought back previous characters and added to their story arc & character growth.
It had consent.
It had negotiations for (extremely light) kink & it was the woman who brought it up first.

Good story. Points taken off for spanking, which rather ruins the sex scene. It wasn't necessary and was an annoying distraction.

Sexy and engaging
I highly recommend the fifth book in Jude Gray’s Savage Warriors series. It could be read as a stand-alone; however, you will enjoy it more after reading the first four books sequentially so you are more familiar with the characters and overarching plot. Jax and Alice’s relationship is the focus of this story and they are great protagonists. Alice is a third-grade teacher who doesn’t realize her strength and beauty until she faces various challenges. Jax is an aggressive, abrasive male who falls for her. This story is engaging, well-written and entertaining. The characters draw your interest and their chemistry is hot. I can’t wait for the next book!

Exciting and Adventurous
What a ride of emotions and this book is just as great as all the previous ones? Enjoy a book that keeps the characters from the previous books together, so you always knows what is going on with their lifes. It's packed with adventure, action, drama, and steamy hot romance with awesome characters? Truly a must buy and waiting anxiously for the next book in the series.

Didn’t see Alice coming
Never would have thought the author would have picked her for Jax. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the story and characters. Just wished they played up the stern schoolteacher angle up a bit more. Maybe had her being a dom fetish lead in their relationship.
As well as her “magic” with the storm being real. Wanted her to have abilities to gather electricity and storms while on that planet.

Jax finally finds his own human to love and protect. Alice is a straight lace school teacher that always follows the rules. Everything changes when she is saved by Jax . In this story, opposites attract. Despite their differences, they work well together to save alien children. The story at times drags but still an enjoyable read.

Jax is deserving.
The first book in this series was well done for its genre. The next two were disappointing and the third I was very sad for the central character of the Zyrnx as I really like the character. This story focuses on Jax and gives him a good storyline and character build. Jax gets a story he deserves.

Blah nothing really to say
It was just that dull Alice was pitiful she mostly got on my nerves and Vyxyn god she turned into a ginormous Biatch in this book these women and their warrior complex makes me roll my eyes I mean everyone loves a bad a$$ heroine who can kick butts but these women were a joke I wouldn't recommend this sorry

This is the next instalment in this alien abduction book.
Finally jax finds his love. Alice is a teacher who seems to have very few survival skills. Book is well thought out. Characters are likeable.

Least Favorite
Like Jude took joy in feeding all of our insecurities. Previous lover. Check. No one hits on heroine. Check. He's a hero and she has no sense of self. Double check. I feel dirty.

Can't wait for the next book. I binged the first 5 in 4 days they were that good. But I am curious about Bran and the Male that would be her equal. It can't be published soon enough.
