Viz is a British adult comic magazine founded in 1979 by Chris Donald. It parodies British comics of the post-war period, notably The Beano and The Dandy, but with extensive profanity, toilet humour, black comedy, surreal humour and generally sexual or violent storylines. It also sends up tabloid newspapers, with mockeries of articles and letters pages.

I rather enjoy the fun and humour that is to be found in these magazines by Viz, like, for example, the hilarious letters pages. Some cartoons are not as good as others and there is some repetition, especially when compared to previous compilations, but it is still a good and hilarious book nonetheless (although, for the sake of those who do not know, it is obviously meant to be enjoyed by adults or more mature readers).

The usual compilation, ranging from the barely amusing through to the hilarious. I particularly enjoy the Letter Bocks. But is it just me, or are some of the long-running cartoons getting a bit samey?

Bit of a mixed bag - some good, some not so good. Always good to see old favourites (Sid, Biffa, Roger Mellie) but the best thing is still the Letters page.
