Guilt Free Indulgence

This book offers a lot of information about a keto diet that may not always be easy to find. It is so much more than bread the recipes cover the entire range of foods that we miss on any diet; bread, biscuits, scones, pancakes, muffins (BlackBerry lemon is a favorite, cakes, cookies and brownies are all included. There are even multiple microwave mug cakes and muffins. My husband will do anything for white chocolate macadamia cookies and those are covered too in a low carb recipe that will work with his diabetes and he cannot tell he is not cheating. I think for anybody wishing to lose weight, with diabetes or who wants to eat healthier needs this book.

Keto explained and recipes to use.

I found this book full of information and explains well how the Keto plan works and how to get the most benefit out of the plan. It gives a variety of recipes that can be used. I wished though it had few more one brandished or something a busy person can put on in a crock pot. My son and daughter in law are doing the Keto plan so I will definitely share this book with them.

Easy recipes

I had tried a (lazy) keto diet recently but wasn’t really clear on the different kinds of keto diets there are. This book helped clear that up for me. I wanted to try some keto baking before I downloaded this book but was afraid it would be too complicate. Most of these recipes look quite easy to follow so I tried one with ingredients I had on hand....the brownie mug recipe. It turned out to be quite tasty! I will be trying more in the near future.

Recipes galore

Most times when trying to lose weight we are over whelmed by strict limitations. Only limit here is one's own. There are recipes for bagels, cookies, cakes, muffins. It's also helpful that there is a short intro to explain why these recipes work.

Very Informative

I really enjoyed this book. Lots of great recipes.
I highly recommend it if you want to lose weight and be healthy. I am looking forward to preparing many of the recipes.
I give it 5 stars because it was very easy to read and understand.

keto Breads

This book gives a good easy to understand explanation of keto science. If you like bread, this has a lot of great sounding recipes that are allowed on this diet. Even if you are on the diet the breads are healthy for you.

I love the recipes, but I thought there were some inaccuracies. I do the keto diet all the time. We do not eat bananas. That’s just an example.
