Hey there! Before I tell you all about myself, can I invite you to join my private Rachel's Readers Facebook group? That's where my readers hang out, discuss my books, participate in giveaways and learn about new releases.
So who am I? My name is Rachel Hanna, and I am a wife, mother of three incredible kids (maybe I am a BIT biased?), two lovable doggies and one cat that lives outside and thinks he owns the world. Okay, I also have a gecko now too. Don't judge me.
I started writing as a young child, and I went into the field of Journalism for many years as an adult. Now, as a romantic fiction writer, I get to live out my own daydreams every single day and share them with readers around the world!
I'm a Southern chick living near Atlanta, so I say "yes, ma'm" and "ya'll", but I wouldn't have it any other way. :)
There are too many good books out there to waste your time on this one. I can't think of one positive thing to say. I also can't believe the high rating it has here on Goodreads. If you don't heed my advice and choose to waste your time, I recommend reading it rather than listening to the audiobook. While the narrator had no bearing on my rating, her performance was not what I'm used to. It was monotone and her "Southern" accent was atrocious. I could go on and on, but I'm through wasting my time on this book.
I enjoyed the rest of this series, but not this one. I could not get past the main character’s deceit and juvenile behavior. She said she was “looking for someone who is kind, honest, loyal …” yet she wasn’t any of those things. I also missed reading about a lot of the other characters. I’m glad I didn’t read this one first or I would not have continued reading the rest of this delightful series.
As the final book in the series, Spying on the Billionaire was an easy read but unfortunately didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the story flowed well, I found it hard to stay fully engaged, and the characters didn’t resonate with me as much as I’d hoped.
The biggest struggle for me was connecting with the main character. Their personality and choices made it difficult to root for them, which took away from my enjoyment of the story. While the premise had potential, it lacked the depth and intrigue needed to really pull me in.
Overall, this wasn’t my favorite book of the series, but it might appeal to those looking for a quick, light read. I’m giving it 3 stars.
Daisy is trying to stop a Mall project that will ruin her little town. There is just one problem, a Billionaire who is in charge of the project stands I her way. She doesn't have the resources to stop it.
She makes a split second decision and changes her identity to get closer to the billionaire hoping to convince him not to go through with the Mall project.
Does he figure out who she is? Does Daisy get away with her new identity long enough to stop the Mall project.
Read to find out.
This is a good story and I really enjoyed reading it.
Daisy Davenport lives in a small town. She is determined to block the development of a mall that would destroy their way of life. Tristen Spencer is a billionaire who wants to develop a mall in her town. He is a single father to Ellianne . When Daisy gets the opportunity to work for him after a case of mistaken identity, she takes it and hopes to influence him to change his mind. How long can she keep up the charade and protect her heart?
This book tells the story of a naive young woman falling in love with a successful billionaire. Their relationship starts with a major deception that threatens the relationship between the two. Thankfully Ms. Hanna does her magic and gives us a very surprising ending. This is the last book in the January Cove series. I look forward to starting her next series, Whiskey Ridge.
Why do men with money always overwork! It should"t tKe a child getting sick to wake you up!
People with good intentions sometimes make costly mistakes. But for someone with no experience with kids, Daisy did an incredible job of "nannying".it"s too bad his daughter getting sick made Tristan realize the changes he needed to make.
I read this one in one day. Although I loved the characters, the story just didn’t make me love the book. I guess I just felt it was a little too unbelievable. However I have already downloaded her next series because we all want to feel like the characters in these novels.
I was surprised by the bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and read it. You won’t be disappointed. I loved this book . It made me question what I would do if I was faced with a similar situation. I love Rachel . She was a new to me author a couple of months ago and now she is on my list of authors to read.
Yes this book began with deceit ... You without sin cast the first stone. Life is like this sometimes! As a single parent for 20 years I would have loved to fall for a billionaire ... Even someone with much less. Feel good story to warm your heart!

This is a relaxing and interesting read! It's more of a novella in this particular series named January Cove. Can our main character Daisy, keep her disguise with the billionaire Tristin? Along with falling in love with him? Read this book and find out.
I loved the series surrounding January Cove. The characters felt like family the more you read about them. They were a bit predictable with the outcome, but the way the story was written, you didnt really care. Definitely a great read
wasn't my favorite book she has written but still a good book. I was hoping for more in the end. it was a fast wrap up but the rest of the story was well written. it was great development of friendship to more.
Spying On The Billionaire - Daisy Davenport didn't change . A shopping mall project threatens to destroy her home town. She is going to stop it. She goes undercover as a Nanny. Very Good.
Loved it! It was sweet and yes choices that were not good were made but things always work out in the end. I wish there was a little more of a reunion with the little girl, though.
I found that the more I got into it I couldn't put it down. A sweet story of what forgiveness and second chances. I just wish real life was like that...
