G.R. Lyons stumbled into writing as a form of trauma recovery when traditional therapy wasn't working.

Then the story ideas just kept on coming.

Pulling from a vivid imagination as well as real-life experience as a trans man, a sexual assault survivor, and a person living with mental illness, Lyons has written multiple, interconnected series set within his fictional world of the Shifting Isles.

When not writing, Lyons can be found belly dancing around the house, studying anarcho-capitalist philosophy, buried in his never-ending TBR pile, or working out at the local CrossFit gym.

Trans Dandy by GR Lyons is a Transitivity and Dandies, Inc. Crossover Story. This is a fun and hot quick read that is a must read if you read the rest of tge two series.

I love when authors do this. I hate saying goodbye to characters or only seeing glimpses of them in other books. I’m such a greedy reader that I always want more.

Not sure why the main category is under Dandies, Inc series since this probably only had 5% of that world. The rest was more about Kacey/Hunter/Austin, so I felt like it's more appropriate to keep this as #3.6 under the Transitivity series (which it's not listed under even if it's in the title, wtf?).

Loved this future glimpse into their relationship. Wish it was longer and we got to see more future stories of them after they moved and Kacey working the new job.

Not having read any of the books in either series, I didn't know what to expect - so I think I was a little disappointed.
Kasey sounded nice, but unsure. And I wasn't certain he was not being taken advantage of.
However, a good baseline to start from - and I suppose I ought to read those other books too :) - when I have time :)
