You thought your Monday morning was bad? Sage is going to need something a little stronger than coffee to help her with this next mission.
Sage Cynwrig has had a steep learning curve during her first few months as an ASSET agent but even green as she is, she knows the first rule about magic is humans aren’t supposed to know magic exists.
So, when a school bus full of innocent, and very non-magical, kids starts floating in mid-air, that’s a pretty big problem. ASSET is supposed to keep things like that from happening. They had one job, right?
While the regular agents are working on keeping this magical school bus off the evening news, Sage and Grey, recently promoted to the Shadow Ops team, are assigned to investigate.
What they uncover is more than a simple act of magical terrorism. A magic supremacist organization, called the Mystics, with ties to the highest tiers of magical society, have made it their mission to discredit the ASSET agency and expose magic of all kinds to the human population.

Method to her Magic (Agents of A.S.S.E.T. Book 4) by Katie Salidas is an amazing read. This is book number four in this amazing series that I can not get enough of. I highly recommend this story to all.

This book was so with the wait, and did not disappoint from start to finish it was well put together. I just love Sage and the rest of her team. I'm always on her side cheering for her and laughing along with her. And the new dude haha well the thing he did had me laughing so hard I almost woke up everyone. I'm so looking forward to reading the next book. Thank you Katie for writing one of my favorite series.
“Method to Her Magic” is the fourth Book in the “Agents of A.S.S.E.T.”. A Series about Sage Cynwrig a young agent in the paranormal organization dealing with the policing the use of Magic and hiding its existence from the broad human population.
As much as Sage has much evolved since the first book, and has successfully finalized her previous missions, she is still a “newbie” on the job (more often than not with “more luck as understanding”). This time she needs to face consequences of breaking the very first rule of the Agency: “do not ever let human know about the existence of Magic”. As a school bus full of children is floating in thin air in the middle of Las Vegas, this rule gets blasted right out of the window and Sage is charged with finding the culprits and resolving the situation. Sage discovers a much dangerous plot behind the “accident”. What follows if fast paced action, as Sage fight the culprits while navigating a political minefield with the help of Agent Grey, which keeps become more and more likeable by the page 😊. Witnessing Sage’s growth into a mature agent, her strength against adversity and the how Sage and Grey’s relationship evolves is a pleasure.
“Method to Her Magic” follows seamlessly the events of “Magic in Disguise”, but even so newcomers to the Series should have not problem enjoying the book. Nevertheless, I would recommend reading the whole series, one of the best urban fantasy series of the moment. As always, Katie Salidas writing is of excellent quality with a smooth flowing of the narration and carefully done editing.

As an A.S.S.E.T. agent Sage is always asking questions and the other agents are like ahh, newbie, don’t you read but Sage is like read why when she can still get away with asking because they still consider her a newbie.
Everyone knows that the first rule of magic is not letting humans know about magic but that rule has just been broken as a school bus is floating in the air right in the middle of town with human children on it. Whoa now that is a rule breaker. Who would do such a thing? Why are they trying to out the magic world? What are they trying to prove?
Sage and Grey are sent on assignment to find out who is behind the floating magical school bus. Sage takes us on a magical wild ride as she searches for clues and who is behind the whole thing.
Sage is a very inquisitive person who is not afraid to stand up and ask questions. No she tends to speak her mind and will throw a few punches when needed. I just love her spunk she is an amazing character and person. I also like her best friends and roommates Josh and Matt.
Method to her Magic is a fun read that will have you racing to the end as each secret is revealed and enough action to keep the adrenaline pumping with each twist of the page. I can’t seem to get enough of this world, this magical world, the world of Agent s of A.S.S.E.T.
I recommend Method to her Magic to all fans of fantasy and magic.
Yet again another wonderful read from Katie Salidas. I love this Urban Fantasy Magic Mystery so much, It is a joy to read and pulls me in instantly! I drop all my other book to be read and jump right into reading Ms Salidas works. Things are heating up with Grey, Sages partner at A.S.S.E.T. and if you read her last book you know that the Mystics are out to get A.S.S.E.T. Now it's payback time but for whom. Sage is coming more into her own strength and power and is learning just who might have her back. Which is good thing when so many want you dead. Matt is getting a handle on his own life with help from Zack. Luke plays a part I but I have a feeling he may not be hiding in the shadows for long, just a hunch, I could be wrong. This series is so much fun to read I love the stories Ms. Salidas weaves I only wish they were a little longer. But the good thing is there are so many possibilities of where she can go with this and the cool adventures she can create I dont think she'll stop anytime soon. Hope Hope. If you haven't started the series yet do yourself a favor and do so, you will not be disappointed. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is a brilliant read. Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start. Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believeable. Great suspense and action with wonderful world building that adds so much to the story. Can't wait to read more of these. Recommend reading.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest review.
This 4th book in the award winning Agents of ASSET series is a thrilling ride right from the beginning. When a very public display of magic risks the human population finding out that a supernatural world exists along side of them, the Shadow Ops team of Sage Cynwrig and Grey Maddox are sent in by ASSET to discover who the perpetrator is. What they discover is much more dangerous than just one display of magic. I loved the twists in this fast paced, exciting story. Sage gives you anxiety with the risks she takes and makes you laugh with her snarky comments. While Grey melts your heart and makes you want to strangle him at the same time, and as usual, Ava’s attitude makes you want to shoot her! This story shows lots of growth in relationships, has you holding your breath at the potential losses and your heart pounding with the action. There is betrayal, deception, mystery, revelation, and some delightful bits of romance. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for our dynamic duo.
Sage is well-named. Our heroine is still learning on the job, but her instincts keep her on target. Someone is doing obviously magical stunts around Vegas and trying to pin it on the organization she works in, that is in charge of keeping the supernatural world on the down-low. If you were lucky enough to read previous volumes of the series, a number of characters she calls upon when her boss and partner go missing will be easier to slot into the action, but I think an average new reader will still be able to follow.
The only part I completely cannot justify is when Sage turns abusive at the very end toward her potential love interest. As a romance writer I simply had to quit reading and drop one star for setting a terrible example. Slapping is NEVER love. Otherwise, the book came to an abrupt end shortly after, on a cliff-hanger that I won't be jumping from.
Up until this point I have really been enjoying the series.

This is a series and books should be read in order. Each and every one of them have been amazing, so don't waste your time! So if you do have read the first 3 books then you already meet the main characters of this series and their amazing personalities (and humor!) They are the greatest, right? 😉 Can't pick my favorite because I love them all! Now, in this story Sage has a very difficult mission (yes even harder) and with almost no leads at all. The way she handles everything is very clever and you will love the thriller part and all the new characters. The romance part is also evolving in a steady way - no spoilers! I really don't have a bigger word to say just how much I'm loving this series. The waiting for the next book will definitely be worth it!
There is magic in the air, which is a bad thing because the primary rule is to keep it secret. Whoops.
This is book four in the series and does fine as a standalone. New readers won't get all of the existing relationships, but all the essentials are here.
This is a wonderful urban fantasy series that just gets better with each story. We continue to see more and more the magical world that our characters live in and keeps opening up new questions. This book is packed with plenty of action and intrigue to keep reading well past bedtime.
The story is well written, with a fascinating world and intriguing characters. With each book our characters get fleshed out a little more, making them even better. Overall, another fun installment in the series and I look forward to many more.
Highly recommended.

I think after reading this book if I was Sage I would tell Ava kiss my butt. But then that's is just me. Maybe I might also want to hang Grey from the rafters too. Oh he made me mad.
This book was none stop excitement from the very beginning and if you ask me Sage redeems herself a lot in this book, but something tells me Ava doesn't think that..lol. This book will have you laughing, swearing, screaming, and threatening abuse more so to the characters than the author this time.
I truly love this book and it might be my favorite out of all of them. You don't know from one page to the next what is going to happen and that is the best of it all.
I loved this book so much! Sage is growing into her own even more with this book. I loved her and Grey so much. He opens up a lot in this book and we find out so much more about him. I enjoyed the interactions between Sage and her roommate I hope to see how that develops more. I am so happy with how Sage and Grey’s relationship is progressing. Things are starting to get interesting. Sage has a lot to over come in this book and hope she will survive. She hasn’t to figure out how to keep her people sagebrush and find who’s the trying to expose them. Sage shows just what’s she said capable of and a why you shouldn’t mess with those Sage loves. I can’t wait to see what happens next. I love this series and these characters!

The story picks up perfectly where the previous book left off! The story explodes into awesomesauce! It captures your attention I was glued and was holding my breath in anticipation as the story amped up with adrenaline I turned the pages faster and faster! It's fun, exciting, and full of action. It was so much fun to read! the characters really evolve and come into their own and it was very exciting watching as they changed and bloomed throughout the book! it will definitely have you cheering them on! Don't miss your chance to read this book! It's a WILD ride!!!
I live for a good twisty political thriller. This book does that brilliantly – and does it with magic! Sage has come such a long way from the young woman we met in the first book. She still really doesn’t have the first clue what she’s doing, but she seems to be far more successful at it now. I love watching as Sage grows into the strong agent she’s becoming. And I adore the potential developments happening on the relationship front. I’ve only just finished reading this book and already I want more! I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author through StoryOrigin.
The impetuous and loud Sage still had a lot to learn but it seems that she was on the right track. ASSET was in a bad position, Mystics was playing harder and Sage was desperate to make a move. Liked how Sage was internalizing Devon’s teachings and gaining more confidence in herself. A suspenseful story with action, exciting and intriguing scenes, trust issues, witty and amusing comments and drama. Kept my attention all the time enjoying the characters and the interesting plot development.
My favorite book of the series so far. Sage is on her own. Her partner and boss have been kidnapped and she must strategize and lead a team to save them. I loved how she put the team together to save Ave and Grey, and she has come a long way in her training with Devon and her ability to fight. She is truly becoming a better ASSET agent. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
First let me state that I received an Advance Reader Copy, (ARC), but this in no way influences my review. I always leave an honest review.
Holy shiznet!!! This story is gr8. I love how each story is just another case for Sage & Grey. I love them all so much I can't pick a favorite of day one is better than the other. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up
Katie Salidas has done it again. Diving back into the world of ASSET, we are quickly pulled along into another adventure. From a public display of power, we rush quickly into an escalating situation. This book will have you on the edge of your seat, unable to put it down.
