Unexpected

This novel was different from the other JJ Murray novels I've read. However, while different, it was no less good. I wish there could have been an epilogue slightly in the future so I could have seen how Journey and her family faired. I hope whomever co.we across this book gives it a chance. It was funny and engaging and hopeful. I highly recommend this novel. You won't be disappointed.

Great!!!!

One of my favorite authors has done it again! love your style of writing. Different from your normal romance writings but I am happy to add it to my library.

While some writers get so bogged down in pages of paragraphs with characters stuck in their own heads, you let their actual conversation tell their stories. Never feel like I have struggle to finish!

Taken on a Journey...

I enjoyed this tale so much. I was unlike Mr. Murray 's other books but it drew me in and held me just as much as the others. This story of Journey moves in what I believe is called speculative fiction. The world is possibly our not too distant future and everything is changed and not for the better. Journey is a mature woman with wisdom but a child-like soul that believes that what isn't right is not impossible to conquer. We are introduced to amazing men of singular qualities and children out of whom her family is born. There were horrific aspects but Mr. Murray allowed us to gain satisfaction of evil being put to deserved justice. I could see and feel the world that was created and reveled in seeing that Journey as a solitary woman gained the family she deserved and that deserved her. I hope there will be more of Journey's story and world in future novels.
