Connor #1

Connor's Big D*ck and Space Adventures Featuring a Planet of Sexy Cyborgs

Rate this book
While stalking a group of hot alien-hunting dudes, Connor, ironically, gets hunted down by aliens himself. He is abducted. Taken off planet. To be sold to slavery in the far reaches of the universe. During the unplanned trip out of the galaxy, Connor finds out though, to his immense amusement, that his d*ck has a power. It’s a real force of nature too! Back on Earth it wasn’t anything, just an average d*ck. Nobody gave a damn about it back on Earth. At the distant frontiers though, his d*ck can do magic! Bending alien minds. Getting advantage over extraterrestrial species. Etc. But will it be enough to get his ass back home? And would he even want to go back?

A new extraterrestrial road-trip series from the creator of Jimmy’s Erotic Adventure in Space and Time Continuum.

06/04/2020: The is an update on this book I LOVED IT the narrator brought the book alive and I hated when it ended and I hope there is Connor's Series book wrote and turned in audible. Yes as I said on my earlier review of the book and why I got the audible is so true the book is awful no life and the story seems to be very flat and dead. After I got the audible the book came alive and you could see and feel Connor, the Cyborgs, Flubber, Gray and the many other characters. A great narrator is what this book needed and it received one.
The story really came alive after it arrived at the Cyborg Planet and Connor start falling for the Cyborg he named Guard and after Guard was taken Connor's willness to risk his life to save Guard no matter the cost and then to find he had fallen into love with the cyborg and Guard had fallen for him to be continued I hope real soon.
05/30/2020 Well I stop reading after getting a free copy of the audible the narrator does help and I found I like much better as an audible instead of reading the book but still a weird little book.

What the hell have I just read? Honestly, I have no idea.
I think it was supposed to be a teenage gay version of the old French movie Barbarella but it simply lacked the cuteness.

Disappointingly a complete waste of my time.

Good grief what a horrible read. I read several hundred books a year and I must say this ranks in my top 10 of worst LGBT books ever. Connor, an orphaned young adult nerd ends up being abducted by an alien looking to sell the human on the intergalactic eBay. The spacecraft is stranded on a planet of cyborgs...and that is it. Yes. That is it. There is a part 2 on its way (it may already be published) but no more Perie Wolford for me. I am normally very generous with my LGBT book reviews because I’m so appreciative someone has taken the time to write a book in this genre. For me to give this book a 1 should tell everyone to avoid this nonsense. If anyone rates this more than a 2, I assure you they did not read it.

The only thing that kept me going was the audible narration, by J.E. Jones. Mr. Jones is a phenomenal voice artist who could probably read a phone book and it would keep my interest. A phone book would have been a better read.

Now with a different name - Connor's Big D*ck and Space Adventures, Featuring a Planet of Sexy Cyborgs

Funny, cute, some laughs, some tears
Although the rambling, absolutely incorrect narrative style takes some getting used to, and grammar, perfect editing or precise syntax are left by the wayside, the quirky personality of the protagonist makes up for it all!
Told in a manner very similar to high school bonfire stories, with the same irregular ups and downs of someone telling about experiences they remember.
Obviously not a literary masterpiece (perhaps the title was the first hint?), but quite a little jewel in it's own right.
After re-adjusting one's parameters for correct diction, perfect grammar or even basic syntax, at times, the storyline is uniquely titillating, the storytelling keeps a smile (or, at times, a smirk) quivering on the reader's face, and the scary, horrific, or extremely sad moments are even more brightly lit because of this particular type of narration.

Humorous sci-fi romp

The author emailed me a link for an audiobook version, and I picked up a free copy of the eBook. First audiobook, and found that it went slower than I read, and wasn't really how I will choose to experience written material - I prefer my own inner voices.
As far as the story goes, a first-person narrative, unfortunately sounding somewhat immature. While sci-fi and fantasy can provide milieu for fictional settings, this rendition read more like a high school composition assignment. A valiant attempt.

As I am a gatherer of books, I collect books and ebooks from a variety of sources: Goodreads wins, BookBub, BookFunnel, Riffle, Prolific Works, emails from authors and publishers, and others. I do lose track of their sources. But, as a reader, I feel I should give an honest, unencumbered review for all I read.

Libro bastante extraño pero divertido. Hay momentos película porno que no se si me acaban de molar por sumisión no consentida o mirar a la gente desnuda sin su permiso. La continuación me la leeré seguramente

Amusing, but nothing too spectacular. I know Connor said to ignore his grammatical errors, but they're still kinda annoying.

So I’m sitting here thinking “what the hell did I just read?”, but also I didn’t hate it? It’s super weird, but if you just let it happen and enjoy and don’t take it too seriously it’s surprisingly not bad. I don’t know, I’m in a weird place now

A very different story. There is some dark humor in there, some voyeurism and definitely a lot of action and adventures.

I did think this was more of a telling than a showing book, but it's not a book to be taking seriously. There is zero relationship development and I don't consider this a romance but a love story.

It would be a five star read if not for the ending. That sucked, but I should have imagined. Not a HEA guys.

I LOVE the narration! J. E. Jones brought the fun out of the book. His pacing is very accurate and even in the dark parts, it felt funny because of his narration, right as I imagined the scene would play out. I'm amazed by his ability to make such different and distinct voices, I NEVER mistook one character with another.

Connor is perving on some online porn people and finds himself abducted by an alien, in danger of being studied by cyborgs and finds his manhood is magic and maybe their only hope of being rescued.

I will begin by saying neither erotica or sci-fi is my usual thing. So why did I take this for review? Because I have listened to several books by Perie Wolford and though out of my usual comfort zone, I find them refreshing, funny and interesting. Though very erotic there is a deep underlying story with lots of adventure, never a dull moment and thought the story is extremely short it is complete. I think this is my favorite yet.
The narration is also very good, more acting than just reading and gives, excitement to the story as well.

It's a pain to have to write this review again. Stupid phone didn't submit it yesterday.

The author sent me across link for the audio book version, and I also downloaded a ebook version. This was my first (and probably last) audio version as I read faster than the narration. Plus the dialog didn't work for me either.

As far as the story, I found it juvenile and too derivative from television. Sci-fi and or fantasy, I.e. world building, is difficult to do well and meet the limits of story length. As a movie treatment, this might be a first draft / concept, but there's too much covered too thinly to be enjoyable. And the heat seemed gratuitous.

Amusing

I enjoyed this for what it was: a short, fun, not-to-be-taken-seriously read. Some of the writing felt immature and some parts felt a tad glossed over but you know, whatever! I don’t regret reading it and I’d read any upcoming parts of this that the author writes.

I'm not sugar coating, but, Perie Welford's Connor's big dick and Space adventures is reaaaallly awesome! Unexpected twists, hilarous, sarcastic alien and Connor's power. And the feels on the last chapter... (Plus, the audi of this one, the narrator nailed everything!)

This book had me laughing out loud so much. J. E. Jones really gives these characters their personalities. Good storyline, a bit bizarre but good.
