This is book three in the Bang Shift series. This is the first book I’ve read by this author but it’s not my last. I really liked this book and I’ve already purchased the first two books in the series to read. This book can be read as a standalone, but I feel like I missed some info from the previous two book that would have made me understand the dynamics a little better but at the same time this didn’t detract from being able to enjoy the book. If I had it to do again, I probably would have read the first two books first. I’m looking forward to the next book which is Shelby’s story but man I really hate her boss Rick! The author could push that character off a cliff into a canyon full of jagged rocks and I wouldn’t miss him one bit.

Anna and Blade met on a previous op. They had a hot night together, but Anna left Blade without a backward glance. Blade can’t get her out of his mind, but he has secrets and Anna is FBI. Her new boss, Rick, hates Blade and the rest of the Bang Shift crew. He’s determined to find some dirt on the guys and end their relationship with the FBI. The Bang Shift guys are not just mechanics, their also mercenaries. Rick has sent Anna and Shelby in to investigate the crew under the pretense that they’re investigating a company together. Anna and Blade have to pretend they’re engaged to his family. The relationship starts to feel real the longer the op goes on. Will Anna and Blade’s relationship survive their secrets?

There is only one woman he wants in his life, and he let her go. She is an FBI agent and he is a mercenary. Anna Sue Fisher knew she should never have slept with Blade on that initial assignment. She has regretted that foolish decision ever since. He is a known playboy on the shady side of the law. He would definitely break her heart. She should never have trusted him, and won’t make that mistake again.

So when Anna Sue’s boss sends her back to the Bang Shift Mercenaries on another case, she is not at all pleased. Not only will she not simply be working with the man who has occupied her thoughts, he will actually be part of her investigation! Working so close with him may end up being hazardous to her heart!

With Blade intent on keeping her forever this time, and Anna Sue assigned the task of putting him away, there is explosive action set to erupt as soon as Blade finds out her true purpose. Blade is the third book in the Bang Shift series. While the secondary characters are the same throughout these books all are standalone books. I liked seeing more of the HEA for the couple in book 1 but you don’t really see much if the couple from book 2 but their story is mentioned a bit. Neither of these stories are relevant to this book. The epilogue gives us a teaser of what’s to come in the next book.

I’m really enjoying this series and I’m glad that I found Mandy Harbin and her romantic suspense books. Romantic suspense is one of my favorite genres and mysteries/thrillers when I was a young/younger reader. Therefore it’s usually very easy for me to pick up who the Gillian is and who the red herring is. Mandy Harbin’’s books, including Blade, always surprise me In so glad that she keeps me guessing. I also love the heat, strong female characters and the alpha males.

NO WORDS!!!!!! JUST AWESOME!!!!
This book is my favorite one of this series so far! I love Blade and Anna and could not get enough of them! This one doesn't follow the same protector to lover plot that the first 2 do, but it is a fake relationship type and was written fabulously!
Anna is the one that got away and Hunter has been trying to figure out a way to get her back in his life. When she is placed on assignment with him he finally gets his chance. However, Anna is keeping secrets and once those come out she knows that things will never be the same.
Get ready to find out what all of your favorite Bang Shift characters are up to, along with a couple of new additions. From start to finish I was hooked and could not put this down. Drama, suspense, intense chemistry and a mystery that will keep you guessing had me dying to know what was going to happen next.

A must read book for sure!!!

Blade and Anna

A one night mistake on the last combined case makes working together on this new case uncomfortable, to say the least. When the details of their working together come out they both wonder how they can manage. Undercover together as a couple?

For Anna, it is worse as she's not only investigating with Blade but Blade as well. The Bang Shift has loyalty suspicions after recent discoveries. Will they trust their new case and the government affiliation?

The reader meets Blade's blood relations and his family business. The characters are interesting, the relationship development is fun and steamy. There are dangers and questions about their continuing with the FBI. Add life or death surprises to make for a good read.

Another good story with hopefully more to come

Want to read a drama filled, suspense filled, and mystery filled book well look no further. This series is one of my favorite series so far this year. I mean I start reading and I can't stop till I am done reading the entire book. I love the characters and their personalities.

In this book we get to see Blade and Anna. Anna is sent out on an assignment and it just so happens to be Blade and the Bang Shift Mercenaries. For Blade it is a miracle because he has had Anna once and he let her get away but this time he won't let her go. He is going to get her in the bed and keep her there. Only Anna is hiding why she is truly there and when the truth comes out Blade will have to decide what to do with her.

This is the 3rd book in this amazing series and is Blade and Anna Sue’s story. Anna Sue is an FBI agent and she is sent on assignment to Bang Shift for an investigation with mercenary and bad boy Blade, as well as to investigate him. Blade is haunted by demons and in this story, we get to know why he is the way he is today. The chemistry between these two is intense. This is a well written story which is filled with danger, suspense, fun, secrets, heartbreak, emotion, betrayal, and love which all lead to a fun and steamy read. Each one of these books just keeps getting better and better, and I recommend for all readers.

This third book in the series is about Blade and Anna Sue, who had an inevitable single hot passionate night together at the end of their last mission together 6 months ago, that neither can forget or move on from. Now they are thrown together again for a new mission and the chemistry explodes of the pages, as they navigate lies, secrets and suspenseful moment along with they unspoken love for each other, their journey comes along with a big twist that I didn't see coming.

Oh my word! I absolutely LOVED Blade & Anna Sue! These two had to work so hard to figure out their feelings & fighting that chemistry....WHEW!
I loved the added mystery of Anna Sue also being there to investigate Blade. We learned about his past and why he's the man he is. The suspense was so perfect, just like in the previous two books. I absolutely loved this book! I can't wait for more of this series!!!

This was such a fun book to read. Blade really has had a hard past and you can see the guilt that he carries. Anna isn’t looking for romance and especially not to get into a relationship with Blade, but fate really can work in strange ways. These two make a wonderful couple, with sizzling chemistry. Add in the heart pounding suspense and it was one that I look forward to reading again

This was an entertaining and enjoyable read. This story was interesting and well-written and had a great storyline. The characters were realistic and had great chemistry and I loved them together. This book definitely had some plot twists that kept me intrigued and interested

This is the third book in the The Bang Shift series by Mandy Harbin. This book could be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading them in order to fully understand the storyline and the development of the characters. This book had it all...suspense, drama, and of course romance. I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for the next book in this series to be released!

Blade: The Bang Shift Mercenaries Book 3 An Opposites Attract Bad Boy Mercenary Romance

Loved it! Anna an FBI agent and Blade, a Mercenary with an organization occasionally contracted by the government to do out of bounds operations are involved in a very tangled web of greed and insanity involving Blades family. So many unexpected twists to Mandy Harbin’s stories you left to the very end to find out the answers!

Another great book from Mandy Harbin. This series just keeps getting better and better. I couldn't put this down once I started.

Always remember to be truthful.

I loved Blade and Anna Sue together, they have such a great chemistry together. They may of been back together because of an assignment but they couldn't stop their feelings.

Great series. Chemistry and connection for Blade and Anna. But betrayal can interfere. In the end Love Wins. This book kept me interested.
