Another great book by Ms. Harris. I have loved watching Zach/Neo and Kayla give each other the side eye for several books, and now they finally get their own. Kayla's past has come back to terrorize her, and she turns to Zach to help. I loved how much he loves Ana, Kayla's little girl. Zach was just as amazing in taking care of Kayla in every way. This one did drag a little for me in several places, but I still loved it. Loved seeing the previous peeps again, plus Ian Black and his Bandits.
If you don't subscribe to Ms. Harris' emails, you should. All the Hot boys like to sneak into her office and take over the emails. There's lot of laughs and whining about "when's my book going to happen?"

A sexy read that has a bit of everything the marriage in name only that leads to more, drama and a hot H that wants to both love and save the h. Love the characters and the story was hard to put down. I will be back tracked to read the other books in this series.

I love how this story gets real intense right away!
Kayla gets harassed and threatened by a member of her ex’s motorcycle club, the Kings of Doom. She is so rattled that she asks for help from one of the hottest Navy SEALs she knows, Zach “Neo” Anderson. They have a history of one hot, sexy night in each other’s arms, but now Kayla, embarrassed by her behavior, needs Zach’s help.
One attribute of the US Navy SEALs is, once they are committed, they are all in. So, when Kayla tells Zach why she needs help, he is all in and committed to protecting her and her young daughter, Anastasia. There is a fierce protectiveness that Zach feels for his new family and he will do what it takes to make sure they are kept safe and happy.
This story is full of every emotion. Kayla has the fear of the motorcycle club taking Ana away from her. She is also afraid Zach will reject her proposal and refuse to help them at all. There is also the love between Kayla and her sister Bailey, who practically raised Kayla when they were young. Also, the love and devotion Kayla feels towards her daughter Ana who she will do anything to protect from harm.
I appreciate the camaraderie and loyalty between the members of the HOT team. They are a family whether they are brothers by blood or not. They will also, without hesitation, step up when one of them or a member of their family is in need of their help or protection.
Full of action, lip-biting excitement, danger and hotness. This will keep you on the edge of your seat until you reach the end. I enjoy the HOT stories so much, I hate for them to end.

Each and everyone of Lynn Rae Harris’ books is stellar. I always think the most recent book is her best yet, and this one certainly fits that description.
Kayla, Bailey’s sister and Camel’s soon-to-be sister-in-law is, and her 8 month old daughter are in danger so she asks Neo, Zach Anderson for a big favor - to marry her. She and Zach went out once a few months before and had a super steamy night, but Kayla ran out on Neo before the morning. Each of them had an inaccurate understanding of what the other was thinking/feeling so both have been avoiding each other until Kayla makes approaches Zach and asks him to marry her.
Zach is amazing with her baby girl, the swoon worthy romantic gestures he makes, along with several steamy and sizzling scenes goes well with the adrenaline spike from the HOT Operators in action - yes, it’s a H.O.T. book that brings all the things we’ve become accustomed to and want.
All the typical appearances by other HOT characters makes this another fantastic book in this series.
I love this quote from the book and think it sums up who these HOT Operatives are and how lucky their women are to have their love, devotion, loyalty and protection:
“Love. Love moves mountains. And when your man is a lethal killing machine trained and sanctioned by the US Navy? Honey, nothing can stop him. Just do what it takes to stay alive until he gets here. Because he will be here.”

Another great addition to this series. If you have read the other books in this series then just like me you have been desperate for Zach ‘Neo’ Anderson and Kayla Jones’s story. This is something that’s been building up since HOT Seal Redemption, Neo has always had a protective side to Kayla but she assumed this was more of a little sister protection. Other than their night together, which neither of them acknowledge, they have continued as normal – or as normal as you can be when the other person you want you are also ignoring.
I loved this story. Kayla needed some luck in life and with Neo by her side she gets this in spades. Even little Ana Banana falls for the introverted seal.

OMG!!! I LOVE this book! Neo and Kayla’s story is soooo heartwarming. Just when I thought I couldn’t love Lynn Raye Harris’ next book more than I loved her previous book then BOOM!!!! She gives us Neo and Kayla and sweet adorable Ana. This book has got everything! Action, a touch of drama, romance, passion, humor and more! I could not wait for you all to read this book and fall in love with Neo, Kayla and Ana.

The romance is more dominant than the action. At first, I hesitate to read this book because I kinda dislike Kayla. She is the reckless sister who only cause trouble for her older sister and people around her. The big sister always try her best to give the best for Kayla but that's never enough and she started to found herself in trouble.
Run away with a motorcycle club member, knowing what they do to people but she turned blind eye about that and when she got pregnant, that's a turning point to open up her eyes. If I'm not mistaken, from the fourth book onwards, this series's villains are not the kind of terrorist, serial killer or mafia, etc. It's more like an abusive ex who doesn't want a no for an answer. As the guys called it as "domestic crime" (not sure that's the correct terms) where HOT has no authority to intercept. HOT is an special organization who deal with great bad guys like terrorist. So, from thr beginning, I expect to read where the HOT team doing mission against terrorist, killer, etc and some romance of course.
Still, I enjoy Neo and Kayla love story and of course the cutie Ana-banana.
P.S : there are two things (little) bothering me.
1. The repetitive "Oh Honey" said by Chloe.
2. I found some parts where the author tries to summarize what happened to other couples from the previous books. I believe it's for the readers who haven't read the previous stories.

Woah. Wow. Is it to much to say this one might be my fav after I said that about the last book (and all the other ones)? Yes? Maybe? Well too bad because wow this book kinda took my breath away. Like literally. I’m a huge fan of arranged marriages and while this marriage wasn’t necessarily arranged, it wasn’t exactly done out of love (at first of course).
We’ve been teased with Zach and Kayla for a couple of books now so it was exciting to finally get their story. After being teased with Zach’s intrigue of Kayla at the end of Alexei and Bailey’s book and then having them dangled in front of us in Ryan and Chloe’s book, we can finally read about them. And let me tell ya, they really do not disappoint.
The ending of Ryan’s book was quite a cliff hanger for Zach’s and boy does his story jump right in.
Kayla, who is Bailey’s sister and the mother of little baby Ana, is threatened again and decides that Zach, who she harbors feelings for, is the only person who can help her. So what does she do? Well she proposes to him obviously. Too bad he says no. At first anyway. After learning why he needs to marry her, of course he says yes, but there’s a stipulation. They have to actually try and be a married couple. For Zach it’s all or nothing.
And boy oh boy is that just perfect in every sense. Zach does not shy away from anything. His feelings for Kayla are put out in the open immediately and he does everything he can to show her that he’s dedicated to her and only her. And baby Ana. He is 100% on board with being baby Ana’s dad and doing everything he can to protect and love her. How freaking perfect.
Their relationship is so cute and refreshing. All their moments of shopping for baby furniture and just being a happily in love couple is butterfly inducing. Of course it doesn’t help when Zach is a tall handsome navy seal with tats, dark hair, green eyes and the sweetest most romantic personality ever. He’s literally so sweet to baby Ana and the perfect daddy for her. Also he’s from Missouri so gotta love him more (that’s my state btw).
As of right now this is the last seal book, but we def still have Shade’s to look forward to sometime in the future! For now I’ll be diving into the Black Bandits!

I so wanted her to let her guard down and have her happy ever after. Neo? Well, Lord is he one hot man! Larger than life and too good to be true. The way he stepped up will just make you swoon!!!

HOT SEAL Devotion was filled with emotional moments, surprisingly more often than you might expect from a story based around special operators that are basically alpha badasses. Zack might be able to kick butt and take names when he needs to, but he can be gentle changing a diaper or sweet offering to hold his woman when she is an emotional wreck too. I loved getting to know him and seeing every facet of his personality developed until he was a fully rounded man to admire. Kayla had her moments also, coming out of her shell and beginning to understand for herself that she doesn’t always need someone else to come to her rescue, sometimes she can save herself. She was the kind of wife and mother that most women need to model themselves after, fun and sexy, while remaining soft and strong equally to be the home that her man returns to after the devastation he sees in the dark world he protects with HOT. The passion between Kayla and Zack was apparent in the first moment they met in previous novels and never cooled, though it was lowered to a simmer as they finally allowed their hearts to connect as well and they began to admit that their love was even stronger than just their lust. I enjoyed each moment of this story, even the odd family moments of simplicity as Zack and Kayla began to build their lives together and I look forward to seeing them in future stories. Whatever comes next for these HOT guys, I know the SEAL team is down to just one more bachelor and I can already guess that story is going to be monumental and sexy as hell. CANNOT WAIT! Another masterpiece, Lynn.

HOT SEAL Devotion by Lynn Raye Harris is book 8 in the HOT SEAL Team Series. This is the story of Zach ‘Neo’Anderson and Kayla Jones. I have read the previous book but did feel this could be a standalone book if you wish to do so. Zach and Kayla have been friends who had one hot night but Kayla thinks that Zach only really sees her as a friend/sister so nothing more has come up between them. Then Kayla starts feeling threaten by a MC group who she thinks may take her little girl Anastasia 'Ana' so she turns to Zach for help and protection. Kayla thinks if she could convince Zach to enter into a Marriage of convenience who greatly help her protect her daughter. But Zach doesn't feel he can see them as a temp family because they are all to real for him. Enjoyed their story.

How come I've never read this series before?
Another swooning story of a guy who's dedicated to protect what's his. Kayla needed someone to protect her, mostly her daughter, because she knows her past is closing in on her. Who is more capable to do that other than Zach, the man she had special connection with but had to forget about it. Little does she know, Zach also harbors the same feeling as her.
Marriage of convenience was offered, but Zach would never treat it as such because he wants Kayla and Ana to be his for real. Be ready to be swooned by Zach. He's just amazing, from the moment he agreed to their marriage, he has treated Kayla and Ana with so much care and love. Even though he kind of realised it a bit later.
The author never lets me down, I really adored this one

One of the hottest HOT books yet. Zach and Kayla had one night months ago and played the avoidance game ever since. Now she’s in trouble with the local bikers and needs Zach’s protection. These two have off the chart chemistry and his love for her little girl is beyond sweet. The romantic portion is hot and heavy with a slow burn, the action portion is secondary, yet still impressive. This is a complete standalone book. A few couples make cameos and some other teammates help out too. I received an early copy through the author and wrote my review voluntarily.

Excellent storytelling yet again! I especially was looking forward to this story. I was simply in love with Zack. He is definitely the type of man Kayla needs. A romantic, strong protector. She thinks she needs him for her baby girl, so she can have a wonderful father, but Kayla needs Zack in her life for more than just her baby's daddy.
This novel is full of tenderness, compassion, love and oh so much more. Likewise, it lends itself to that action packed military excitement we've all come to enjoy from Ms. Harris's stories.
I was gifted an audio version of the book from the author and I voluntarily choose to leave this review. I recommend this book highly.

Hot Seal Devotion by Lynn Raye Harris was the eighth book in her Hot Seal Team series. Although more enjoyable, the series does not have to be read in order.
True to form for the series, I loved the characters Zack “Neo” Anderson and Kayla Jones. We met them previously and knew they had sparks. We also met Anna, Kayla’s infant daughter, previously and as expected, she stole the show at times.
Hot Seal Devotion was similar to the other storylines: Gorgeous, alpha, protective, Hot Seal saves the day for Beautiful, strong, independent damsel in distress. The specifics were different, but the personalities, main conflicts, loyal teammates, action plot and sexy scenes were all present! Harris fans - or fans of steamy, suspenseful and action packed plots - will love Hot Seal Devotion. Cory “Shade” Vance is currently the only solo Seal left on the team, so hopefully we’ll get more from him soon!

Zack and Kayla finally get their story and boy is it ever a hot one! This story tugs at the heartstrings! Zack is swoony and sexy and melts Kayla into a puddle. Baby Ana is so stinking cute and sweet and is a total scene stealer. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough and read this book in one sitting, it was just so good. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The stories just keep getting better and better!! I absolutely freaking love Neo and Kayla’s story! This story had it all and pulled at your heart strings. A great addition of baby Ana, she almost stole the show. The book had just enough drama and suspense to keep me turning the pages wanting to find out the outcome. I can’t wait for this series to continue!!

I loved Neo and Kayla’s story. It was so sweet! Lynn Raye Harris never fails to create an emotionally satisfying happily ever after with enough suspense to keep you glued to the story. Neo and Kayla put themselves out there, and they found love and a big family. Baby Anna almost steals the show. Their story was a sexy page turner. I can’t wait for Shade’s story!

Neo and Kayla’s story was another great success in the HOT series. Lynn never disappoints in any book she writes and I will be waiting for the next book as always. It’s always great when Ian and the bandits join in with HOT. Neo was the perfect match for Kayla.
