I would not consider this anywhere near being a complete guide. On the contrary, this book is extremely short at just over 100 pages and mostly full of general information, and quite a bit of fluff. To that end, it's introductory on just a few topics out of many at best; only curious beginners may find it useful, and only as a starting point. This does touch a fair bit on different ways you can use astrology and the elements in your practice, which isn't always mentioned, so I did like seeing that.

After reading this book I would recommend that those serious about their craft seek out more informational sources. This is especially true when using herbs, as misuse can pose a very serious threat to your health. There is so, so much more information out there waiting for you.

Love this book!

Very easy to understand for beginners! The way it is broken down by each herb and then a whole section for what is needed and the lost of herbs. Perfect!
