8 books27 followersLike the protagonist in the Dale Hunter series of business crime thrillers, Del Chatterson is an entrepreneur who ran a computer products distribution business in Montreal in the 1980’s. Like Dale Hunter, he grew that business quickly - from zero to $20 million-a-year in just eight years.
Some of the stories in his novels actually happened, most are fiction. “These were my worst nightmares,” he says. “I decided to share them through these imagined stories of an ordinary businessman fighting crime and corruption to save himself, his family, and his business from death and disaster."
In the internationally acclaimed Dale Hunter Thriller Series, Dale Hunter and his crime fighting buddy, Frank the Fixer, were introduced in an explosive mix of crime and corruption in the computer business of the 1980s with NO EASY MONEY published in 2018, followed by SIMPLY THE BEST, and MERGER MANIAC. Del is continuing the series with three more novels – BAD BOYS IN BOSTON and CRASH LANDING in 2024, and WHATEVER IT TAKES in 2025. In addition to the Dale Hunter series of crime thriller novels, Del is also working on short stories and recently published Volume 1 of The KID from CALIFORNIA Series.
In 2020, he released second editions of his two business books first published in 2014, DON'T DO IT THE HARD WAY - Avoid the Seven Biggest Mistakes that Entrepreneurs Make, and The COMPLETE DO-IT-YOURSELF GUIDE to BUSINESS PLANS

Del Chatterson is an experienced entrepreneur and business advisor, consultant, coach and cheerleader for Enlightened Entrepreneurship. He has been writing extensively on business topics for over thirty years.
Originally from the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Del has lived and worked for most of the past forty years in the fascinating, multicultural, bilingual, French-Canadian city of Montreal, Quebec and has visited every province and territory of Canada and every state of the USA.
Del has helped entrepreneurs around the world, including volunteer consulting and financial support in developing economies and in Aboriginal communities. His own life experience includes running nine marathons after the age of fifty (setting no records, but never being last) and running for Member of Parliament in the 2000 Canadian Federal election. (He came second, not last.)

Concise and informative and instructive...this has probably saved me time, money and headaches....I would recommend this to those planning to leap into their dreams as well as those struggling to turn nightmares back into dreams of success in whatever their business.
