Remembering Cheetahs is the fifth book in the Remembering Wildlife fundraising series, which has so far raised more than USD $800,000 for conservation.

The aim of the creators is to make the most beautiful book ever seen on a species and use that to raise awareness of the plight facing that animal and funds to protect it. Each book is full of images generously donated by many of the world's top wildlife photographers.
All profits from the sale of this book will be donated to projects working to protect cheetahs in Africa.

Los cheetahs son de los animales más increíbles que el planeta posee, y uno de mis favoritos de toda la vida. Pero fue la mención de que la compra del libro iba a ayudar a los esfuerzos en pro de su conservación lo que terminó por decidirme a hacer una compra rara, pero que vale cada centavo. Este libro es una maravillosa colección de fotografías agrupadas en una edición elegante y muy atractiva. Quizás algún día tengamos la certeza de que este animal esté a salvo de nosotros los humanos. Quizás algún día pueda fotografiar un cheetah.

There are a handful of short essays in this oversize book but the heart of the book is the 75 fantastic photographs.
