Geronimo Stilton zit alweer in de nesten. Dit keer is hij gevraagd om familie Duistermuis op te sporen die is schijnbaar uit hun eigen kasteel spoorloos verdwenen samen met Duifje Duistermuis Geromimo's verloofde ( zegt zij )
Geronimo onze geliefde bangerik en klungelaar moet er van doen om zijn angsten te kunnen overwinnen tijdens deze zoektocht. En daar gaat het juist om.

Tijdens zijn zoektocht naar familie Duistermuis moet Geronimo er alles uit de kast halen want zijn vijand is Geronimo's eigen zelf.

Ik vond erg leuk dat het boek is in twee delen verdeeld, waarin de eerste helft die Geronimo's , zoektocht naar de verdwenen familie Duistermuis beschrijft en de tweede gedeelte, waarin allerijl tips en aktiviteiten om je eigen angsten te kunnen overwinnen samen met een soort dagboek om je eigen vooruitgang kan beschrijven.

A cute special edition. Somehow for an even younger public than usual I'd say. Almost 400 pages but around 100 of these are dedicated to games to play with friends and a "journal" to fill out. There isn't really a "story", rather a bunch of situations put end to end in the Castle Tenebrax to pass on a lot of cute messages and values ("the secret to bravery is to face your fears", "we're always stronger together", emphasis on friendship and family supporting and loving each other, etc.) but it works out quite well for a young audience (early middle grade imo, publisher says 6-12)

Questo libro non l'ho letto, l'ho divorato. L'avrò letto 5/6 volte e ogni volta che ripetevo la lettura, non mi stancavo mai. Per quanto può essere banale e per bambini, esso è un libro che mi aiutato molto e ogni volta che lo leggevo avevo sempre il sorriso. Perché Geronimo stilton ha questo potere: intrattenere, far sorridere e mandare comunque un messaggio.
Questo libro farà sempre parte del mio cuore

Uno dei Geronimo Stilton che non avevo letto da bambina perché non mi aveva mai attratto..eh mi sa che dovevo continuare a seguire l’istinto..il libro è scritto bene e con un sacco di messaggi positivi come tutti i libri scritti dall’autrice. Però trovo che qui la trama sia più scontata e poco entusiasmante rispetto agli altri che ricordo. Peccato.
