A solid 4 stars for this textbook! I'm just going to get straight to the point with this review! The deduction of 1 star is entirely because of the fact that the maps are very difficult to understand at times because of the fact that they are primarily blue, grey, and black. Sometimes the keys on the maps are ridiculously difficult to use since sometimes the colors blend and don't look altogether that different from one another.
Other than the map issue, though, I think that this book is wonderful! If you like U.S. history textbooks then this is one that I would recommend getting your hands on. I had initially just been renting it for the quarter but ended up buying it since I love it so much. It's definitely one that I will be holding onto.
