Oh how I love this family!! Every time I read about the Abbott family, I want them to adopt me!! I really want to be a part of this funny and huge family! They all have each other’s backs and everyone loves everyone! ALL MY LOVING is the perfect way to spend the day with this beautiful family and all the antics that go on within it. ALL MY LOVING is the fifth book in the Butler, Vermont series but it really is a continuation of the Green Mountain series. One of the best things I love about this series is the life advice Grandpa Elmer loves to give out!


ALL MY LOVING is going to have your emotions all over the place as Landon and Amanda try to figure things out. Not to mention the drama the other couples are going through as well. I really enjoyed reading Landon and Amanda’s love story! It wasn’t the easiest read because there were some major dilemmas going on in Amanda’s life. In the beginning, she is living with Landon because she almost lost her life in a fire at the Inn. All Landon wants to do is take care of her. He’d almost lost her after finally finding what he believed was his soulmate. He really needs to be patient with her and give her time. Amanda is so emotional and mentally scarred about almost losing her life in the fire, she decides to shake things up and starts making a list of things she wants to do.

Landon accidentally reads some of the list and decides to help her. Landon is working really hard for her to see that she can count on him. He falls head over heels for her much to his surprise! Men!! Landon was always a player, moving from one woman to the next, but with Amanda, he is so different. Amanda starts falling for Landon as well. Then something from Amanda’s past changes things. Landon is determined to not let that change anything. You all should read this beautiful and fun story about how Landon and Amanda fall in love! The Butler, Vermont series just keeps getting better and better.


Marie Force is one of my favorite go to authors. I am not up to date with this series and I am working my way through her other ones as well and they are all wonderful reads. Marie has a way with words that pulls you right in and never lets you go. You are instantly emotionally invested in all the characters lives and you can’t help but feeling like they are your old friends by the time you have finished. Marie’s stories always leave me with a huge smile on my face, but screaming for more. That’s how wrapped up her writing gets me.

Hat mich ganz gut unterhalten. Kam für mich jedoch an den Vorgänger definitiv nicht ran. Die Liebesgeschichte ging mir wieder etwas zu schnell und vieles war ein bisschen vorhersehbar.

Reading a Green Mountain or Butler Vermont book is to me like going home to visit my family. I love the Abbott family and absolutely loved All My Loving.

I have been intrigued by Lucas and Landon Abbott from the first time they were mentioned and my interest has only been peaked as each book in the series was written. So to say I have been waiting for Landon’s book is an understatement.

Marie Force did not disappoint in any way. It is an extremely well written sweet, sexy and romantic book. Marie Force's characters are often slightly flawed, yet so realistic and relatable that you cannot help but be drawn to them.

After his brother Lucas rescues Amanda from a fire, both are injured and Landon happily opens his house to Amanda to recover.

Both Amanda and Landon have emotional baggage and I admit to shedding a few tears as the story unfolded. It was heart warming to watch the growth and development of Landon as he really came in to his own in this story and I loved it.

All My Loving is at times a heart wrenching story of determination, courage, strength and above all love and acceptance. As always the Abbott family embrace Amanda with open arms and hearts.

All My Fantastic

I am totally biased when it comes to this series, because as I have stated many times it is one of my very favorites. Why? What makes this series so special? Mildred, who is a character in this book, in my opinion sums up this series to a tee when she tells Amanda, ""Do you know what the secret to a happy life is?" "Please tell me" " It's all about simple pleasures, love, friendship, satisfying work, faith, a sense of community, and the desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself. People run all around looking for fulfillment, often missing the simple things that're right under their noses. "" That right there is Butler Vermont and the Abbott family.
This book is mainly about Landon and his love for Amanda. Landon has always been the fun carefree go with the flow kind of guy, but in this book, you get insight into the deeper feelings of Landon and the reasoning behind them. At the same time, you learn about Amanda's past and how it will affect their future together. ""...I'm apt to be a bit of a mess for a while" "You're not a mess. You're like a butterfly emerging from your cocoon and spreading your wings." "That's a lovely metaphor " "It's true. I'm looking forward to watching you fly"". This story was so heartfelt, loving, caring, warm, exciting, and emotionally freeing. It was so sensational I literally felt like I was having anxiety waiting to read what was going to happen next.
This book contains all the characters we have come to love in our beloved Butler Vermont. In this book however, we get to spend a little more time with some of our favorite people and are given a deeper glimpse into their daily lives. Any time spent in Butler Vermont is a delightful experience and I hope we can continue to do so for many years to come. Five stars Ms Force, Cheers and Thank You !!

This is my only dnf from this author and those two series- "Green Mountain" and "Butler, Vermont".

I love the dynamics between the side characters. Big families and a strong group of close friends. They literally build the stories.
I love the hot chocolate near the fire when it's raining or snowing and freezing outside. I love the food, the cosiness, the small town life and the hilarious Moose and the Moose whisperer.. Everything about it just called me.

But this couple where boring and very insta love with no conflicts and all was sweet between them.
I gave up after a very dull, quick and detail-less first time sex.

Readers who loves sweet and insta will enjoy it.

Whenever I pick up a Green Mountain or a Butler Vermont book I know I’m going home to catch up with family and friends. The Abbott family are dear to my heart and I was excited for All My Loving. Well as you would expect from Marie Force this was another wonderful read and for me it’s the perfect addition to the series. This is Landon and Amanda’s heartwarming story.
When Lucas Abbott rescues Amanda from a fire both are injured and it’s Landon that opens his house up for Amanda and it’s him to helps her to recover. What follows is a heartwarming journey as this couple get to really know each other and as they spend time together they find themselves falling in love. But both of them need to come to terms with their emotional baggage before they can find true happiness.
This book ticked all my boxes and I really can’t get enough of this family.

Wir sind im mittlerweile elften Band der Green Mountain Reihe und die Familie Abbott macht mir nach wie vor einfach nur Spaß. In "Nur Augen für dich" sind wir beim zweitjüngsten der zehn Geschwister angekommen: Landon. Sein Zwillingsbruder Lucas war im letzten Buch dran und Landons Geschichte ist quasi übergreifend auf Lucas' Geschichte. Beide lernten Amanda im letzten Band kennen und sind beide mit ihr ausgegangen. Das führte zum ersten richtigen Streit zwischen den Zwillingsbrüdern. Dann aber lernte Lucas Dani kennen und lieben und nun ist der Weg frei für Landon und Amanda. Aber natürlich ist der Weg steinig und voller Hindernisse....

Tatsächlich hatte ich bei diesem elften Band den größten Taschentuch Verbrauch der ganzen Reihe. Es wird sentimental wie selten und doch soooo schön.
Wie in allen Büchern der Serie steht die Familie Abbott im Mittelpunkt. Die Familie ist riesig, laut, lustig und man möchte sofort von ihnen adoptiert werden. Am Anfang wollte man sich noch einen der Brüder schnappen aber die sind inzwischen fast alle glücklich vergeben also bleibt nur die Adoption 😂
Und obwohl ich eigentlich kein großer Schnee Fan bin möchte ich gerne in diese beschauliche Kleinstadt in Vermont ziehen. All das schafft diese Reihe.

Um dieses Buch zu verstehen sollte man definitiv das vorherige Buch lesen, am besten aber sogar die ganze Reihe da fast alle Familienmitglieder kleine Nebenstories bekommen. Das mag ich besonders gerne, man verliert die vorherigen Paare nicht aus den Augen. Und auch in diesem Buch haben wir eine Hochzeit zu feiern, Schwangerschaften, eine Nicht-Verlobung und auch mit dem Tod werden wir konfrontiert. Da Amanda bereits in Lucas' Geschichte auftaucht und eine wichtige Rolle spielt sollte man seine Geschichte wirklich definitiv vorher lesen.
So ähnlich sich die Zwillingsbrüder Landon und Lucas sind so ähneln sich auch ihre Geschichten ein wenig. Ich will da gar nicht zu viel verraten aber es gibt definitiv mehr als eine Parallele zwischen den beiden. Der Handlungsstrang von Amanda und ihrer Vergangenheit hatte für mich den größten Heulfaktor des Buches..aber auch den größten Hach-Faktor. Mega emotional. Aber auch die kleine Nebenstory mit Will und Cameron, dem Paar aus dem ersten Band hat mir Herzchenaugen beschert.
Ich kann nicht genug bekommen von der Abbott Familie und bin auch mit Landons und Amandas Geschichte einfach nur glücklich und zufrieden.

Das Cover reiht sich nahtlos in die Reihe ein. Das Motiv ähnelt den anderen sehr und passt dadurch natürlich perfekt zur Serie.
Den Schreibstil von Marie Force bzw.die Übersetzung von Lena Kraus finde ich wieder sehr gelungen. Man fühlt sich komplett nach Vermont versetzt, in die Berge, zur Familie Abbott. Der Schreibstil ist locker und leicht aber gleichzeitig emotional und lustig.

Eine wirklich tolle Reihe mit einer weiteren klasse Geschichte. Landon und Amanda sind zauberhafte Protagonisten und machen einem als Leser viel Freude.

Von mir gibt es eine absolute Leseempfehlung.

After experiencing a dramatic fire situation at the hotel, she was staying in while in Butler, Amanda knows that nothing will be the same anymore. She is shaken to the core and tears seem to be her new self. For Amanda, a new situation. And when Landon and his family offer her shelter and a way to deal with everything, Amanda is grateful for their help – and love.

Lots of emotions, disturbing scenes, delicious dialogues, and two main characters serve pretty much everything that the family´s palette of emotions has to offer. In any case, it won´t be boring with Amanda and Landon. Marie Force has stayed true to her style. The reading speed is brisk and the characters well worked out. And in individual scenes, you get to see almost the entire Abbott clan. Just having Cameron and Will so close again was an experience.

In general, emotions are very important in this novel. Amanda is inundated with feelings that she thought she had long since forgotten. Something that has been repressed for a long time comes up and gives her a lot of trouble. The inner conflict that arises in her is presented in a sensitive way by the author. Well, if you are looking for a dispute with a potential rival for Amanda in the “fight” for Landon, you will look in vain. The few scenes that go along with it are so tiny and insignificant that they could be overlooked. As a kind of opponent for Landon, a different situation arises here, if you want to call it that. And this makes it clear to Landon and Amanda what really matters in life.

The author lets her main character Amanda deal with an old trauma that is practically brought back to the daylight by experiencing a hotel fire up close. After a few conversations with a wide variety of women in the Abbott family, Amanda quickly realizes that she has to come to terms with her past and learn to live with her feelings. The author shows the way in which she does it in a very varied manner, albeit a bit sad in places.

Reading a novel from the Lost-in-Love series is always a pleasure. At least, most of the time. This time the author offers her readers a wonderful story again. With a few minor blemishes, but still beautiful to read. So if you are still looking for reading material for a nice sunny afternoon on the beach or in the garden at home, this book is well advised. Clear reading recommendation from me.

Ich mag die Blue Mountain Reihe sehr. Die ganze Familie Abbott ist ein absoluter Kracher. Der Opa Elma versucht gemeinsam mit seinem Schwiegersohn Lincoln immer wieder ein Mitglied der Familie zu verkuppel. 10 Kinder haben Molly und Lincoln bekommen und so gibt es genug Auswahl für viele Bücher. Außerdem gibt es auch noch die Nahe Verwandtschaft und Freunde.
Alle Charaktere sind individuell und sympathisch.
In diesem Band geht es um Landon, den Zwillingsbruder von Lucas, um den es im letzten Band ging. Die beiden Brüder haben sich um Amanda 'gestritten' und Landon hat ihr Herz gewonnen. Amanda ist im letzten Band knapp dem Tod entkommen und Landon kümmert sich um sie. Ein weitere wichtiger Schicksalsschlag ereilt sie nun in diesem Band, der ihr Leben völlig auf den Kopf stellt.
Neben dem Hauptpaar geht es aber auch wieder um bereits bestehende Paare. So gibt es eine Hochzeit und eine Geburt. Neben viel Liebe und Familiensinn, gibt es auch ein paar Dramen, die das ganze interessant halten. Aber grundsätzlich ist alles wieder sehr rührselig und übermäßig emotional. Manchmal ist mir das auch etwas zu viel, aber da ich diese Familie nun schon so lange 'begleite', kann ich darüber hinwegsehen. Für mich war es wieder ein richtiges Wohlfühlbuch.
Auch Christiane Marx, die Sprecherin, macht ihre Arbeit wieder super und ich konnte richtig abtauchen in die Geschichte.

So, apparently I need to go to Butler, VT to find true love... Landon and Amanda’s story seems to have been a really been a long time coming. And I love that she dated his twin, Lucas, first!

Now, Amanda did survive a fire and her reward is getting to stay with hunky firefighter Landon. But of course it isn’t sunshine and roses. After surviving such a life changing event, I want to think I would be strong and grabbing life by the horns, but nope, I’d probably be sobbing my eyes out too, and I wouldn’t have all of the justification Amanda has!

The twists in Amanda’s story alone made this a fabulous book, and I love how she was able to re-examine her life. But watching Landon, who has changed so much since the start of the series, grow and be there for her, oh boy... sexy, caring, considerate, firefighter... yup, boxes checked

Oh, of course in typical Butler fashion, Elmer gives advice we should ALL take to heart, moose are everywhere - although Dex might break a heart, there is a wedding, babies, we catch up with old friends and family, and we get a glimpse of the future.

Das Muster bleibt gleich im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Bänden - wobei mich die Tiefe der Geschehnisse immer wieder fasziniert im Vergleich zur eher einfacheren Liebesgeschichte.
Die Protagonisten, welche sich zur Familie gesellen erfahren unglaublich schlimme Schicksale. Teilweise ist es ein bisschen übertrieben.

Leider funktionierte für mich die Kombi zwischen Landon und Amanda nicht. Obwohl die Zusammenkunft mit Stella eine berührende Sequenz ist, wurde sie etwas zu sehr hineingerissen. Das merkte man vorallem im Verhalten von Landon, welcher mit dem ganzen (verständlicherweise) komplett überfordert ist.
Dies wiederum passte nicht zu seinen äusserst (verliebten) emotionalen Gefühlsausbrüchen.

A good read.

I'm crazy about this series, but this wasn't my favorite book. It was sweet and the main characters are nice, but I think the previous books touched me more deeply.

I love the place the story takes place and the whole Abott/Coleman clan is simply incredible. And that's the thing, I think I was more invested in other family members than in Landon and Amanda.

Don't get me wrong, I liked them both; I just didn't love them like the previous ones.

That being said, the book was really sweet and it was adorable reading about them.

Love, love, loved it!

I loved it, lots of catching up, lots of new adventures. Loved how much Amanda learned about herself. Laughed and cried as usual with one of Marie's books. Love the town of Butler and all the characters! Can't wait till December for the next book. Thank you Marie for continuing to write great stuff for our entertainment.

Not my favorite Abbott book. While I loved getting more time with the Abbott family, not to mention Fred and Dexter, Amanda’s over the top water works and insecurities worked my last nerve.

I was very excited for Landon's book and was not disappointed!! When Amanda walked in with sex toys for the store I knew she would be perfect for Landon!! These two had many obstacles but they manage to hurdle over them but they had a big obstacle that you will not see coming!! I really loved revisiting Butler Vermont and all the many family members, town people and moose that are there!! Can't wait for Max's book and for him to get his HEA!! Don't hesitate to grab this book!! You will love it too!!

All My Loving picks up right where the previous book Till There Was You leaves off after Lucas Abbott and Amanda Pressley are nearly killed in the fire that burned down the General Butler Inn. The primary story is the love story between Amanda and Lucas’s identical twin brother Landon which began at the end of the third book in the series Here Comes the Sun. But just as there are a lot of members of the Abbott and Coleman families there are a lot of secondary stories in this book too as some of their stories are continued and others begin. More engagements, marriages, more childbirths and hints at future relationships. Although each book focuses upon the romance of one key couple one, of my favorite features of this series is the way the author continues the stories of previous couples including some of them in every book. This series is as much a celebration of familial love and support as it is romance.
By the end of Till There Was You Lucas Abbott is no longer interested in sex toy manufacturer representative Amanda Pressley which caused the riff with his twin brother. As this story opens he and single mom Dani are happily coupled up and engaged. While Dani nurses Lucas back to health from his injuries suffered in saving Amanda in the fire, Landon has Amanda ensconced in his cabin as she recovers from the severely sprained ankle and psychological trauma she suffered from nearly dying in the fire. The problem is what appeared to be a budding romance between Landon and Amanda has stalled as Amanda deals with her post fire trauma. Landon is unsure of how Amanda feels about him and as a man who is used to having women throwing themselves at him since he completed puberty, he has no idea how to move his relationship with Amanda forward. As for Amanda, due to a traumatic life event when she was a teenager she too has never been in a relationship, so even if she wasn’t traumatized after her near death experience and rethinking her life, she also has no clue how to communicate her desires about their relationship a to Landon.
Even after Landon (with the helpful advice of his siblings) manages to make his feelings known to Amanda and they become lovers he’s not certain whether Amanda sees them as being in a long term or even exclusive relationship or a short term fling? Which is fair since Amanda is busy thinking of how she wants to reinvent her previously unfulfilling life and isn’t really certain about anything herself. Amanda is also convinced that anyone who is as handsome as Landon and has his pick of women to be with will quickly lose interest in her with all of her emotional baggage. Something big that happened in Amanda’s pasy re-emerges that will either bring them closer together or push them apart. I confess I really didn’t understand why Amanda didn’t want Landon to visit her while she was supporting Stella and Kelly? It seemed to me she would have welcomed his close support whenever he could be with them, not found it distracting from her ability to support Stella and Kelly. It also delayed Landon’s ability to get to know and bond with Stella
While Landon and Abbott are working their way through this new for both of them experience of being in a relationship the other Abbott’s lives aren’t frozen in time. Lucy and Colton finally make it official in a pretty country wedding. Charly is worried that Tyler is going to propose to her. Why none of her female siblings tell her how ridiculous her reasons for rejecting the idea of marriage is rather then bolstering her beliefs, I didn’t understand? Wade and Mia are busy with Mia’s newly found wealthy Boston scion father planning a second wedding fit for royalty. Hannah is obsessing over the young moose she’s named Dexter intent on treating him like a house pet much to her husband’s chagrin. Cameron’s pregnancy inadvertently disrupts another family wedding. Youngest Abbott sibling and single dad Max meets someone at Wade and Mia’s wedding but there’s reasond it doesn’t appear it will go anywhere beyond a one night stand.
Between the roller coaster ride that was Landon’s and Amanda’s journey to happily ever after and all the secondary stories I found this to be an engrossing story I had trouble putting down. There was plenty of romance, enough steamy sex and lots of warm family feels as well as some family drama.

Vielen Dank an den Verlag für das Rezensionsexemplar. Endlich ist auch der elfte Band der "Lost in Love" Reihe erschienen. Ich liebe diese Reihe und es fühlt sich immer an, als würde man wieder nach hause kommen. Zu den Freunden die man schon kennt und denen die man noch besser kennenlernen darf. In diesem Band geht es um Landon und Amanda. Beide Charakter kennt man schon flüchtig aus vorherigen Bände und jetzt darf man sie mal wirklich kennenlernen. Landon Abbott ist der eineiige Zwilling der Abbott Familie. Sein Bruder durfte man schon in Band zehn begleiten und wie sein Bruder arbeitet auch er für die Feuerwehr. Amanda dagegen bringt frischen Wind in die Stadt. Sie führt eine Sexspielzeug Linie und ist dadurch mehr als ein Gesprächsthema in der Stadt.

Die Protagonisten mochte ich beide wirklich gerne. Da man schon vorher Einblicke in beide bekommt, wuchsen sie mir nur noch mehr ans Herz. Trotz das Amanda etwas mit Sexspielzeug zu tun hat, ist sie die etwas zurückhaltende, während bei Landon der Schützerinstinkt zum Vorschein kommt. Neben den zwei kommt auch die Familie Abbott wieder groß in die Geschichte. Es ist manchmal auch so als wäre sie meine eigene Familie und ich würde gerne tauschen. Man liest also auch hier über einige Charakter die man schon kennt.

Der Schreibstil von Marie Force war wieder wunderschön leicht und flüssig zu lesen. Auch hier liest man wieder aus der Sicht von beiden Protagonisten. Marie Force weiß wie man Liebesromane schreibt, die einem wirklich ans Herz gehen. Es muss auch nicht immer Drama enthalten, sondern kann einfach nur ein ganz klassischer Liebesroman sein, den man entspannt lesen kann. Dabei sind auch wieder einige Zitate, Weisheiten und Sprüche die die Autorin passend zur Geschichte mit eingebaut hat. Natürlich gibt es zwischen den Protagonisten auch den ein oder anderen Konflikt, welche aber schnell vergessen sind. Ganz besonders ist das Ende vom Buch. Einem klassichen Happy End mit Einblick auf die nächsten Protagonisten. Daher freue ich mich schon sehr auf Band zwölf der Reihe und hibbel der Geschichte schon entgegen. Ich muss auch sagen das die Bücher einfach wunderschön im Bücherregal aussehen, mit einem schlichten farbigen Buchrücken und das Cover, welches die Protagonisten darstellen soll. Einer meiner Herzensreihe die mir immer in Erinnerung bleibt.

MARIE FORCE ist für mich eine der vielseitigsten Autorinnen, die ich in den letzten Jahren gelesen habe. Ich LIEBE ihre BÜCHER! Und die ABBOTTS sind einfach allesamt ABSOLUT ZAUBERHAFT.
In NUR AUGEN FÜR DICH geht es nun um LANDON ABBOTT, endlich bekommt der ZWILLINGSBRUDER von LUCAS auch seine eigene Geschichte. Zusammen mit AMANDA, die schon ihre Rolle in dieser Reihe hatte, bietet er so einige WUNDERVOLLE LESESTUNDEN und man lernt ihn von einer ganz anderen Seite kennen. Die beiden HAUPTCHARAKTERE sind klasse und sehr REALISTISCH ausgearbeitet. Ich mag die AUTHENTIZITÄT von LANDON und AMANDA. Und AMANDA fordert LANDON sehr. Während wir in all den anderen Büchern immer wieder mitbekommen haben, dass die Damenwelt ihm zu Füßen liegt, sieht es hier ein wenig anders aus. Mit AMANDA zusammen begibt er sich auf eine Achterbahnfahrt der Gefühle.
Den SCHREIBSTIL von MARIE FORCE finde ich IMMER große KLASSE. Die Autorin nimmt mich auch in diesem Buch wieder von Seite 1 an mit und lässt mich die EMOTIONEN hautnah miterleben. NUR AUGEN FÜR DICH ist GEFÜHLVOLL, FESSELND, TIEFSINNIG, EINFÜHLSAM und KURZWEILIG erzählt. Die Geschichte von AMANDA und LANDON gefällt mir RICHTIG GUT. Ich liebe es, dass man auch den anderen ABBOTTS immer wieder begegnet und man weiterhin an deren Geschichten teilhaben darf. Und auch die ELCHBEGEGNUNGEN machen mir immer wieder großen Spaß.
Jede Geschichte aus BUTLER, VERMONT empfinde ich wie ein `nach Hause kommen´. Man hat jedes Mal das Gefühl, Teil des Ganzen zu sein. Die Bücher dieser Reihe bieten einem immer wieder eine willkommene Flucht aus dem Alltag. Für jedes einzelne Buch dieser Reihe kann ich eine LESEEMPFEHLUNG aussprechen. Für mich sind die Geschichten der ABBOTTS ABSOLUTE WOHLFÜHLGESCHICHTEN. Ich bin schon jetzt sehr gespannt auf das, was da noch kommt. NUR AUGEN FÜR DICH von MARIE FORCE in der deutschen Übersetzung von LENA KRAUS hat mich VOLLKOMMEN ÜBERZEUGT. Von mir gibt es 5 von 5 STERNEN.

Nach dem Brand im Butler Inn, bei dem Vertreterin Amanda beinahe ums Leben gekommen wäre, kommt sie bei Landon Abbott unter, der sich hingebungsvoll um sie kümmert. Er ist froh, sie in seiner Nähe zu haben, doch er traut sich nicht, ihr gegenüber offen zu seinen Gefühlen zu stehen, nach allem, was mit seinem Zwillingsbruder Lucas war.
Amanda hingegen musste erst fast sterben, um zu merken, dass sie bislang nur ein halbes Leben gelebt hat. Sie erstellt eine Liste mit Dingen, die sie unbedingt erleben will. Auch die große Liebe gehört dazu. Da passt es sich, dass ihr Herz beim Gedanken an Landon mehr und mehr ins Stolpern gerät. Doch grade, als sich alles in ihrem Leben zum Guten zu fügen scheint, tut sich für Amanda eine persönliche Tragödie auf, die ihre schmerzhafte Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart holt. . .

„Nur Augen Für Dich“ ist der 11. Band der Lost-In-Love – Green Mountain-Reihe von Marie Force.
Wir sind zurück in Butler, Vermont und erleben nun die Geschichte rund um Landon und Amanda. Es ist jedesmal fast so, wie wieder nach Hause zu kommen. Man hat die Familienmitglieder der Abbotts einfach so ins Herz geschlossen 💜 Auch der schöne Schreibstil und die unterhaltsame, bildhafte Erzählweise tragen zum Lesevergnügen bei.
Landon kennen wir ja bereits als Womanizer, der sich nicht festlegen will. Als Scherzkeks und liebenswerten Clown.
Amanda ist als Vertreterin in Butler, um eine neue Produktlinie im Familienbetrieb vorzustellen. Sie ist eine starke, kompetente und intelligente Frau, eine Planerin. Sie lebt ein unabhängiges Leben ohne Bindungen und Verantworten, außer, es geht um ihre Arbeit.
Doch das ändert sich schlagartig, als sie eine Nachricht bekommt, die ihr ganzes Leben - und auch Landon's - auf den Kopf stellt.

Es ist wunderbar, dass wir nebenbei immer etwas Neues aus dem Leben der anderen Abbotts erfahren. Auch Stadt-Elch Fred und Baby Dexter bringen mich immer zum Lachen.
Natürlich schmieden Großvater und Vater selbstzufrieden neue Pläne. . .

Fazit: Eine unerwartet berührende, emotionale und herzzerreißende Story, die mir wirklich sehr gefallen hat 🥰

As a series, these books are to be taken lightly; mindless with a tidily-wrapped HEA; the literary equivalent of a soft-focus Hallmark holiday movie. But even with that lens, the basis of this storyline isn’t solid enough to stand on. Introducing an existing product line to a a distributor simply does not require a lengthy stay – she would have been there maybe one night due to travel time, but mainly in and out. And a sprained ankle doesn’t require weeks of healing-in-place and certainly does not prevent air travel. The author made a valiant effort at explaining away these issues, but it didn't shake it enough for me. I'm also tiring of the premise that incredibly handsome eligible men continually fall head over heels for literally the first new woman that they meet. I was actually hoping that Amanda would be a segue character, just to mix things up. It’s starting to feel so formulaic that I just skimmed this one. Skimming was fine, actually, because briefing up on everyone’s backstory took half the book anyway.

And seriously, a moose living inside a house is just ridiculous. Genuinely the point of physically impossible, putting aside details such as the fact that moose do not use litter boxes. And what sane person goes into labor hours away from home and doesn’t tell their husband? The entire essence of these books is that the couples are so close and perfect, everyone does such an excellent job of clearly communicating and supporting each other to the point of sounding like scripts from a bad self-help book, and she doesn’t tell her husband she’s in labor and he doesn’t notice?

I hope Max’s storyline is less predictable, because now that I’m this far into the series, I’ll still read it. Realistically, though, I probably already know the plot line based on the crumbs in this book.

Wiedermal auf nach Vermont, es ist immer wieder ein Stück nach Hause kommen.
Dies ist nun schon der elfte Band der Green Mountain Reihe und ich liebe diese sehr.
Die Autorin gehört zu den ganz großen und ich habe fast alle ihre Bücher gelesen.

Da im zehnten Band Lucas an der Reihe war, treffen wir hier auf seinen Zwillingsbruder Landon.
Ebenso im Familienunternehmen tätig und als Feuerwehrmann unterwegs. Er ist in Amanda immer noch verliebt und als er sie aus einem brennenden Haus rettet, war klar er nimmt sie mit nach Hause damit sie gesund werden kann.
Amanda die nur knapp dem Feuer entkam beginnt über das Leben nachzudenken. Ihr wird bewusst wie schnell alles zu Ende sein könnte und will es nun mit beiden Händen genießen und sich den Gefühlen für Landon stellen.

Wer diese Reihe kennt weiß, dass es eine tolle, einfühlsame Lovestory ist, soweit die Oberfläche. Durch viel Liebe, Rücksichtnahme, Einfühlungsvermögen aller beteiligten kann man Menschen wieder Mut zum Leben geben. Ein ganz einfaches Rezept und dies gibt diesem Buch die Tiefe. Habe es wieder einmal verschlungen und bin begeistert. Ich liebe alle Abbott-Familienmitglieder.
Man kann es gerne einzeln lesen, jedoch empfehle ich beim ersten zu beginnen. Es macht so viel mehr Freude die Entwicklung aller mitzuerleben und auch nahe am Geschehen zu sein.
Ein für mich perfekter 11.Teil nachdem mir der zehnte nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat.
Freue mich auf einen weiteren Band und da müsste der jüngste dran sein. Lincoln und Elmer werden hier nicht schwächeln und auch diesen Burschen noch an die Frau bringen. 

Fazit: Einfühlsame Lovestory mit Tiefgang
Klare Kauf- und Leseempfehlung von mir.

Wie kostbar das Leben ist, weiß Landon Abbott nicht erst seit dem schrecklichen Feuer im Butler Inn, doch beinahe hätte er nicht nur Amanda verloren, die ihm seit einiger Zeit mehr als den Kopf verdreht, sondern auch seinen Zwillingsbruder Lucas. Aber wie heißt es so schön: „Glück im Unglück“, denn Lucas ist auf dem Weg der Besserung und auch Amanda erholt sich langsam von dem schlimmen Ereignis und das ausgerechnet bei Landon zu Hause!

Kann Amanda das Geschehene verarbeiten und wird doch noch mehr aus den beiden? Tja, das müsst ihr natürlich selbst herausfinden…

Meine Meinung: Immer, wenn ich einen neuen Band der Green Mountain Reihe gelesen habe, bin ich hellauf begeistert, so auch dieses Mal. „Nur Augen für Dich“ ist ein wundervoller Roman darüber, wie wertvoll das Leben ist. Marie Force ist es auf zauberhafte Weise gelungen, sowohl Landon eine eigene traumhafte Geschichte zu schreiben, als auch sie mit Lucas’ Story zu verknüpfen. Es hat mir großen Spaß gemacht, die Unterschiede zwischen Landon und Lucas zu entdecken sowie zu lesen, wie Landon ebenfalls sein Glück findet. Der 11. Teil der Reihe steckt voller Liebe zum Detail. Amanda hat eine sehr bewegende Vergangenheit, die die aufkeimenden Gefühle der beiden ganz schön durcheinanderbringt. Natürlich wird auch das Leben der anderen Familienmitglieder auf charmante, humorvolle sowie liebenswerte Art weitererzählt. Ich kann von den Abbotts einfach nicht genug bekommen und freue mich jetzt schon riesig, wenn es im Oktober zurück nach Butler geht.

Volle Punktzahl für diese wunderschöne Fortsetzung.

Landon traut seinen Gefühlen nicht: Amanda fasziniert ihn von Tag zu Tag mehr. Und er sieht sie jeden Tag, denn nach dem Brand lebt sie bei ihm. "Nur Augen für dich" hat Landon für Amanda.

Wie viele vor ihr, die mit der Abbotts-Familie Kontakt hatte, ist Amanda nicht nur von ihrem grossen Familienzusammenhalt beeindruckt, sondern merkt, dass sie genau das auch will. Nicht mehr aus Koffern leben, sondern eine Heimat finden. Und Dinge tun, die sie bisher nicht gemacht hat. Dafür erstellt sie sich eine Liste, denn sie liebt es zu planen.

Doch nicht nur die Liebe zu Landon kommt ihren Plänen in den Weg - wobei er auch einen wichtigen Punkt sehr schnell erfüllt - sondern auch ihre Vergangenheit. Diese hat Amanda in sich weggeschlossen und verdrängt, doch nun muss sie für jemanden da sein, was für so eine frische Beziehung nicht leicht ist.

Ich verrate sicher nichts Neues, wenn ich sage, dass es auch hier, wie in allen bisherigen Bänden ein Happy End gibt. Auf dem Weg dorthin erleben die Leserinnen nicht nur die neue Liebe zwischen Amanda und Landon mit, sondern erfahren wie immer Neuigkeiten aus der Grossfamilie. Dass die für Troubles sorgt ist glasklar, dass die beiden Elche Fred und Dexter unerwartet auftauchen, ebenso.

Es ist eine Wohlfühlgeschichte mit - wie immer - vielen horizontalen Szenen, die man aber gut überblättern kann.

Das Faszinierende an der Serie ist ja, dass jeder in der Familie willkommen geheissen wird und für jeden einen Platz gefunden wird, sowie man beim besseren Kennenlernen einer der Abbotts-Kinder auch immer wieder auf dem Laufenden gehalten wird, was bei den anderen passiert.

So war es auch diesmal ein Vergnügen sich in Butler aufzuhalten. Störend sind einzig die sich - ebenfalls wie immer - zu oft wiederholenden Sätze (hier: "Ihm/ihr war klar, dass sich gerade viel verändert"), die man ab dem vierten, fünften Mal über hat. Wenn man die überlesen kann, hat man eine traurigschöne Geschichte vor sich, bedeckt mit viel Familienwärme.

Fazit: Ein ereignisreicher und emotionaler 11. Band, bei dem man ganz schnell "Lost in Love" ist.
