I’m kind of a bitch, but you would be too if you had my life.
I was taken as a baby and trained to become an elite member of Troupe Delirium. My time with them is as permanent as the damn collar on my neck. Until Heathcliff helps me escape.
I have nothing but the clothes on my back and the good sense to get as far away as I can. But then I stumble into someone else’s territory and get snagged by a shifter-happy cop who brings me to a pack.
Pack Aberrant. The only shifter pack in the world that would actually be willing to help me. Before I know it, I’m getting attached to an enforcer and I’m fighting for these misfits who somehow thawed my heart.
But I know better. My old master is coming for me, and Heathcliff...I can’t ever really move on without Heathcliff. I guess I won’t really need to, though. There’s no way I’m making it out of this alive.
Except, these misfits are tougher than they look, and they're standing by my side. So maybe I do have a chance after all. At life...and love.
Author's Note: Every book in this series will be a stand-alone for that character, but will be a continuation of the Pack Aberrant story. Each book has a unique mate dynamic. Some main characters will have multiple mates, while some will have monogamous relationships. Jetta will include multiple mates. Please be advised that this series is for readers 18 years and older, and includes explicit language and spicy scenes. Enjoy!
Raven Kennedy is a tea and dark chocolate kind of girl and can often be found binge-watching The Office or The Great British Baking Show.
She enjoys writing all kinds of books, because each one brings a different experience. Whatever the genre, she hopes she creates characters you can root for.
When she’s not reading or writing, she’s with her family, probably messing up a recipe or going on a hike that she thinks she can do, but in reality she can't because she remembers that all she does is sit at a computer all day and write her heart out.
You can connect with her on Facebook in Raven Kennedy's Reader Group, as well as @ravenkennedybooks on Instagram.
I am a Raven Kennedy superfan because I literally love every book she writes. I love this paranormal romcom trilogy, and Jetta's story was no exception. To recap, this entire series follows different characters within 1 pack of shifter misfits (all members of the pack are different types of animals). Book 1 (Addie's story) was a reverse harem between a duck shifter and 3 coyote shifters, book 2 (Reese's story) was a MF romance, and Book 3 (Jetta's story) was a MFM romance. It's impressive that Kennedy can write such funny books/characters, but still have some really dark themes.
This MFM romance had some heavy triggers, but I really enjoyed it. This was definitely different than Addie and Reese's stories because it was a little lighter on the humor given Jetta's character, but it was still an amazingly fun read. Jetta had a really terrible life, and I'm not going to lie, I was frustrated with her for a lot of the book because she can be so cold-hearted and such a jerk to nice people as a defense mechanism. However, I grew to really respect how strong she is by the end of this story. That ending fight scene where she was fighting to the death to try to save both Freddie (her 3 year old neighbor) and Cliff (one of her mates) just broke my heart.
Jericho was the real star of this book. I absolutely adore him and his dirty mouth and his dominating Jetta during spicy scenes. He was the humor in this book, and he was definitely the MVP character of this book. Jetta would not have seen the same character growth without him.
Now I'm just sitting here wondering--when will the 4th book come out?! I really hope there is another book in this series! I'm not ready to say goodbye to all of these characters, and there are so many side characters who still need their own story/HEA!
I am loving this series so much! After meeting Jetta, I was always intrigued and wanted to know more about her. Heck this whole troupe delirium life sounded awful and more like fighting in a gang with it's own members. So, yeah.. it sounds horrible.
The day she finally breaks free of them - she runs very far away. Jetta knows she is never going to be safe because she knows she will be found. One day. So when she gets to Pack Aberrant, she tries to keep her distance. In the second book of this series, she standoffish and a bitch to everyone. We never see her point of view on any of it until this book.
I'm beyond happy that we got hers! Seeing why she acted the way she did, and even see her regret it, was eye opening. No one truly knew her, heck not even Jericho. Even though their relationship was cute as sin and was one for the books. Looking back, I still think Addie's was my absolute favorite because the guys are still groveling for her love. Sort of. I'm sure one day she will cave.
Other than that, we did get some drama and fighting towards the end of the book. We even got a happy reunion/ending as well. I have no idea if there's going to be another book in this series, or who it would even be about, but I would definitely be up to read it.
When she’s in the zone, she’s a beauty and a beast all wrapped up in one.
AGH! I say it every time, but I’m going to say it again. I LOVE THIS MISFIT PACK! If you’re not reading these books, then you need to. Jetta’s story is a bit darker, and her character is a little bit harder than the first two heroines in the series. She’s sort of an introvert who is not about getting too deep with anyone. She’s definitely not silly, but her LI brings the light hearted jokester side and Jetta’s sass still had me chuckling quite a bit. Her story is sad, but I feel like all the shifters that come to Pack Aberrant have somewhat of a rough start. So while this one will make you laugh and make you sweat, it will also make you emotional. Plus, Jetta was such a rockstar. I was like fist pumping at some moments because she was just taking names and kicking butt. I love that. Don’t get me wrong a damsel in distress is awesome, because that would be me. I’m NOT a fighter, but I LOVED Jetta. She made me proud.
All in all a great read. If Raven even looks at these then I’m throwing my vote in for Stinger’s story to be next. Gotta know his animal!!
This started off quite strong as Cliff assists Jetta's escape from Troupe Delirium , where supernatural beings are being exploited to their limits, both physically and emotionally. It is evident that they share a strong bond and Heathcliff being left behind was a rather heart -wrenching experience.
Pack Aberrant is no ordinary shifter community, so when Jetta ends up with them she starts to see something she has never encountered before - this pack of misfits form quite the supportive extended family unit and for the first time in her life, the main heroine gets a sense of belonging.
As promising the first part of the book was, the second part fell a bit tedious for me. I was a tad frustrated with the FMC as there were moments when she would think of Cliff, but then forget about everything she left behind as she explores her connection with Jericho. When Cliff and Jetta are reunited, things are just glossed over. They are together, the three of them, and that was that. There was no time for getting to know each other or navigating the new dynamic .It just felt slightly odd to me as the bond Jetta shares with Cliff has been solidified through the years they struggled to survive at the Troupe Delirium and in a way that was under mingled. It is bizarre when one of the MMCs is simply left on the sidelines.
Overall, this started off strong, but ultimately fell flat for me. Hope other readers enjoy the book.

This series is honestly amazing. Another standalone within the Misfit world this time featuring Jetta, a hardcore heroine with a chip on her shoulder. On the run from the troupe she’s been involved a prisoner in from adolescence, Jetta slowly finds her place among a pack that truly accepts her no questions asked. I absolutely loved this book and Jetta. Jetta's character was a lot harder and gruffer than the two previous heroines but it was hard not to love her and root for her in spite of her not so charming personality. While her nature was harsh, RK still brought me many a laugh with her mates and a few side characters and I absolutely loved her for it. This time around we have a MFM relationship and it just worked for Jetta, just like her duo toned hair. I never saw her shifter animal coming and the reveal was everything I could hope for. I’m glad there was a very satisfactory ending for Jetta and she no longer has to hide her true self or be forced into a life not of her choosing. I’m so excited for whoever’s story is next and I honestly love RK even more now because no matter what she writes an amazing story and even when times are rough her sense of humor is the balm to my soul. Cannot wait for what’s next for the misfits and hopefully soon they can take down the local pack off asshats because they’ve been left out of control for too long now.
We met Jetta in the first Misfits book and now we got to see her past in the troupe and find out if she'd ever be free from Kaazu.
Jetta has been abused her entire life so she's not friendly or open like Addie and Reese. She's strong and used to only depending on herself. I liked that she was a great fighter and not afraid to take someone down. Occasionally I thought she was being overly mean and selfish, especially with the other females of the pack.
Jericho is funny and the only outside person who could fit so well with her. He likes their fighting and doesn't let her prickly attitude get to him. Heathcliff was barely in this which was unfortunate. I wish we'd seen more of him than a couple chapters.
Once again, the climax of the story seemed like it was over too quickly. The fight scene was cool, I just wish there was more build up and a bit more struggle.
3,5 ⭐️ The third book about the pack of misfits. This one is Jetta’s story. Jetta has been under her Master Kazuu control sense early ages. Every night the Troupe Delirium are forced to dance, act and fight. In this troupe there is also her childhood/soulmate, Heathcliff. Cliff arranges for Jetta to escape, where she ends up together with the other misfit shapeshifters. Here is also the wild boar Jericho. He loves Jetta’s anti-everyone-side, and finds it supercool (as the rest of them) that she is a totally badass fighter. ”I won’t let anything happen to you,” I blurt. Instead of swooning like the submissive females I’m used to, Jetta rolls her eyes and shoves past me with a friendly elbow to my gut that steals the breath out of my lungs. “Oomph.” “Fuck off. We both know I’d be the one rescuing your weak ass if a situation ever came up,” she tosses over her shoulder as she walks up the path to her warehouse. I grin and rub my stomach. Shit, that hurt. I think I’m in love.”
Jetta’s book is very much about her, which I liked, it gave more depth to the heroine than the previous books in this series. I loved the banter and development between Jetta and Jericho. I felt like we didn’t get to know Cliff enough. He had a strong opening, but didn’t contribute more after that. The ménage was a part of the last chapters. So as a reader this didn’t feel like a threesome-relationship at all. One sexscene. The hole dialogue between Jetta and Cliff considering Jericho’s involvement in their relationship further was a big joke. It was actually plain stupid. ”You still want me?” “Always,” she promises, and relief fills me. “But...you want him too?” I ask. She nods slowly, like she’s worried it’ll crush me, but honestly, I’m just trying to understand. “The two of you fill in all my hard edges. Like having you both balances me out. I can’t explain it.” I stroke her cheek before dropping my hand, my brain soaking in all the emotions and thoughts whirling around. There’s a jealousy there, sure. There’s a worry that I wasn’t enough. But... She still wants me. She still loves me. That’s all I’ve ever wanted or needed. And if Jetta needs us both, what kind of male would I be to deny her? I ensured her freedom. I knew that meant that she would find love. Hell, I hoped for it. So I would be a hypocrite now if I denied her that or if I walked away. Dread surges in me just at the thought of leaving her now. “Okay.”
- Cheating: technically maybe Jetta is cheating? - OM/OW drama: minor, noting that affects anything - Mostly Jetta and Jericho POV, few of Cliff (beginning and end) - Triggers: Not really - Epilogue one month later
”Good morning.” Good morning? “What the fuck do you want?” His brown eyes glitter with amusement. “You’re as delightful as a daisy in spring.” “You’re as irritating as a rash.” His mouth spreads into a grin. “There you go again, trying to seduce me.”
Jetta, Jetta, Jetta.... we've seen this black and white haired bad@ss through Book 1 and Book 2, watching as she falls into the Pack, aggravates just about everyone and struggles with the idea of staying.... but those views are just from the outside. Now we get to see it from HER side, and what a side it is.
This chick is the epitome of toughness and snark. She has balls bigger than most men and a past so scarred and brutal it can scare you, and it should. Because it's that past that made her who and what she is, and sets the 'stage' for a bloody dance only Jetta can truly anticipate.
It's ugly, it's brutal, it's dark... and it's sexy as hell at times. With the shackles of Troupe Delirium just a shadow around her neck, Jetta has a chance to grow - and meet new people, some who become more than she expects.
I won't spoilt the mate dynamic here, nor will I advertise what animal this vicious shifter turns in to (what would be the fun of that?) but I will say, it is SOOOO Jetta, and truly the only thing she could be. It's fantastic, and reaffirmed my practice of placing Raven Kennedy on my 'one click buy' author list.
Pros: ~Very Well Written. ~Jetta.... EVERYTHING about her! ~The humor melded with the dark, it's a thing of beauty. ~Some of the events happen at the same time as the other two stories, making them overlap - Raven does a superb job of showcasing this. ~Addie's duck. Enough said. ~Him.... I want to say it, I want to say it.... I won't say it. Just, SQUEE!! ~I'm not normally a fan of dirty talk, but it just works here.
This one was more human angst rather than interaction with their shifter animal, so it was not as "fun" for me. But a solid story, Jetta is sure a fighter and it was good to lay the ground work for more story arc's into the "Troupe" and the fall out. Where will the story go from there? Hopefully destroying the Rock head pack and getting lots more interesting shifters.
I like the new human types- Stimulants, Conjurers, etc.- and I really thought the whole side story of the other animal shifters was really funny and brought a lightness. For one person to shift into a llama and then the rest of the shifters line up buckets and place bets on how far they can spit? Priceless.
I will keep reading- there was a glimpse of a love interest for Hugo and/or Igor, so I will continue the series!
Ok, so let’s start off by say Jetta is a much different story that Addie & Reese. From their stories, you get a glimpse of Jetta and she’s has a lot of hard edges to her. Well her story is just as rough as she is. It’s not rainbows and butterflies and while there are quite a few laughs, it takes getting through a good bit of gruff to get to those well deserved laughs. I love how strong Jetta is and I love how much Jericho adores her strength. In this story you get to see how Jetta came to be at the Misfits’ compound and her struggles with adapting to a completely different life style. Jetta’s story is raw and heartbreaking and times and will pull out all of the emotions. I can’t wait to see who we get to meet next.
I adored Jetta's story! She was such a bad***, full of anger but not a bad person. It was great to see a slightly darker character. Don't get me wrong I loved Addie and Reese's stories (and if I'm being 100% honest Addie is still my fave). But some of these misfits come from very heartbreaking, sad pasts as is mentioned in every book and let's be real not everyone gets by being bubbly and sweet. That was my favorite part of Jetta, she's both dark and light. Never truly mean but she has no idea how to connect and just be. Those guys of hers were both hot and sweet and speak perfectly to both sides of Jetta. This story was cute and sweet and sexy but it also showed growth and anger and what it means to learn to belong. In short it was great!
Raven Kennedy, you rock my socks off!! I love the Misfits series!! It is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get but you know it is going to be absolutely delish! This one was a bit different from the first one with not as much humor, but I definitely was chuckling a bit.
Jetta is a different and more dark of a heroine than Addie and Reese, but the fact she is so different is what makes her a perfect misfit. No spoilers about the love interest, but know it was absolutely perfect for her! I can’t wait for the next one, my hope will be for Stinger, but Igor is a close second!! Thank you so much for creating this series!!!
Okay I must confess Jeff's is my favorite misfit so far !!! Oh man she's just so tuff and amazing don't take no $hit from anyone!!! I love that Jericho and Cliff give her two different things and she's shows them two different sides of herself .... This book is just all around amazing and I love the series !!!! Can't wait to meet the next Misfit
I loved it, all my love for this book! I loved Jetta's story so much. It was freaking awesome. This book was a mix of light and dark just like Jetta and her hair. It was beautiful and tragic and funny and feisty and hot. I highly recommend this book but the series should definitely be read in order.
Jetta a skunk shifter which was easy to guess has been a slave. Heathcliff help her escape her master. While she is with the misfits she is attracted to Jericho a boat shifter.
The first half of the book was like reliving what we already read in the past books, with very little new information. The fit with the all powerful master was boring. Also how many more books is that one pack going to be able to cause trouble. They kidnap a child this time and nothing happens, really?
I’m really sad this series is over. There is so much more potential for other books, but I don’t know if they are ever gunna happen. I really enjoyed Jetta and the guys. I love seeing things from her side, and love the ending she got.
4.7 stars. So good. Jetta is the most badass brat I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading, and I am so here for it. Jetta is a brat, Jericho is a brat tamer, and Cliff is sort of just along for the ride. So fucking perfect!
I loved the pace of this book.
The backstory for Jetta took about 25% of the book at the beginning, and usually I’d be itching for it to just end already. But. It was super entertaining watching Jetta find her way to the Misfits. Made everything just click into place in a way that I don’t think it would have if we had to just keep piecing it together. Then we get the sparks between Jericho and Jetta. So hot. So amusing. I absolutely LOVE Jericho. He is so sweet and dominant. And he loves Jetta not in spite of her attitude and fire, but Because of it. I love it. And then Jetta’s animal. So funny how she’s introduced to us and Jericho. I giggled like a fucking loon reading that. It fits absolutely perfectly.
The plot was fun and action packed, the characters were just as fun and playful with Jetta’s fire to balance them all out. The sex was so fucking hot and passionate, and fierce.
Freddie! Oh my god. I love that little ‘Spawn’. So fucking cute. And I love the way Jetta interacts with him. So amusing.
Then that ending! Damn that was satisfying and intriguing and I loved the cameo we got from one of her other books. I can’t wait to see where everything goes from here.
Basically. I loved this book. I loved this series. And I am now super impatiently waiting on the next story to come out. She said in the note at the end that she plans for about two a year and since this one came out last year I’m hoping that means we’ll be seeing another one here soon. I guess we’ll see, but damn am I hopeful.
I skipped and skimmed the end of the book, it lost tension after the fight. Yes, I know things needed to be resolved between the MCs but without the humour I found the book, and Jetta as a character, difficult to connect with. The third one is VERY different in tone to the first two. Maybe if you approach it knowing that, you won’t be disappointed. The playfulness and humour that made this series stand out, is not what book three is about at all. I think this is another series that is losing it’s charm.
Jettas theme song would be Nightmare by Halsey for sure!
This whole series has been incredible but I knew from the moment Jetta was introduced that this would be my favourite book in the series! She’s everything I adore in a character. Fierce, badass, sarcastic and strong. Can take down men like they’re stalks of wheat and is a proud bitch making no apologies for it.
This is darker and more intense than the first two, the action scenes made me breathless, the final act had me crying and panicking because I couldn’t see how they’d get through it. The first two books are hilarious and more of a rom-com with some action. Which I also adore, but sometimes you need that edge, that crack of pain to heighten the enjoyment and this book delivered. Though it does have it’s funny moments as well, I laughed out loud plenty.
Jetta is multidimensional not just in her hairstyle but in personality. She has had an awful life, stolen away at 1 year old moulded into a brutal fighter with no love or comfort except for the stolen moments with Cliff but even that wasn’t much since they had to hide it and not let anyone see it. She is broken but she is not weak, she collects those broken pieces and fashions them into daggers. But she loves hard too, she may not show it but under that icy, bitchy facade is a heart that sees and cares too much. She is loyal and she is strong. She reminds me of Nesta from Acotar but I like Jetta more.
Jericho and Heathcliffe are exactly who she needs, the fire and the silk, each of them making sure she’s taken care of while still being challenged. Because Jetta loves the fight, she loves the chase, she needs people that see all her jagged edges and not try to blunt them. These two are perfect for her and I couldn’t imagine either of them not being with her. It wouldn’t be right. They calm and ignite her and that’s everything.
The shifter romance is new to me, I’m usually a fae, vampire or witch kinda gal but Raven Kennedys writing is sublime. The spice is delicious and hot, the romance and intimacy is incredibly natural and the chemistry just sparks off the page. I read these books in under 24 hours. I read her cupids series in the same time frame. That’s how good these series are. I highly recommend reading both series but this one is my favourite!
I’m so sad there isn’t another book yet but I’m hopeful for more soon, I should join the group to find out if there’s news. There are so many characters I want to read about! Freya for one, she has piqued my interest and she’s barely been on the pages. I love the Sloth girl and the one that turns into a donkey or the Chimpanzee girl. I’d LOVE a book for Hugo because that male is powerful and stunning. Just do one for them all please Raven! I know you’re busy with the Gild series but that’s not my vibe so pretty please come back to the misfits? Love your work and now I’m going off to read Conveniently Convicted!
I’m a huge Raven Kennedy fan, there are only a few of her books I have not read, and I am just now getting around to reviewing them. I have not been big on reviewing authors, and then I looked back at my profile and saw I have mostly negative reviews and that’s not really how I am. So I decided to go to my favorite books that I read in 2021 and leave positive reviews for them. I’m starting with this one since I just finished it. Raven Kennedy has some of the most fleshed out characters, and cohesive storylines I have encountered. Keep in mind my Kindle says I read 396 books in 2021, and that’s not including my college text books and physical copy books, so clearly I’m a reader. Jetta is my favorite character so far in this series, because she is so broken when we meet her, and despite everything she has been through she still fights. Yes, she’s a prickly pear, but it’s not without reason, and that’s just her front, to protect herself from the pain she expects from everyone around her. While I laughed more with the first two books, I couldn’t help but to connect deeply with Jetta, and I felt her story was more impactful for me, because I understand where she is coming from. While my story is no where near as dramatic as Jetta’s is, I can connect with her character more so than some others. This is not a lighthearted book, but it will grab you from the beginning and hold on to you tightly for the whole ride. By the end, you’ll feel like Jetta and Heathcliff have more than earned their happiness. I also have to say how much I adored Freddie (Spawn) and he was the perfect bridge to show how despite her gruffness she really does have a heart, and is just as caring and protective as the other members of pack Aberrant.
I did like this book and it was more of a 4.5 star read for me but the first 60% of the book was a little boring to me and didn't grab my attention that much. I think the reason for that was because the first 60ish % was the first 2 books but I'm Jetta's POV so I kinda knew what was going on but no specifically with Jetta during that time and I was really wanting to know what happened after the end of Reese's book compared to what was happening during it. With that aside I really did like Jetta, she most defiantly wasn't a warm and fuzzy kinda girl and was more or less forced away from the only life and love she ever knew while knowing the whole time this freedom is only going to last so long before she's right back. I also really liked that Jericho and Heathcliff each brought out a different side in Jetta and they each were what she needed, even if she didn't know it yet. Another thing I did like about this was that we learned more about this world the story is set in, we meet more of the different kinds of Canes that exist in this world, hopefully we are more in coming books because the ones we meet only have us a taste of the different Canes. Overall this was a good book and I did enjoy it but I did get a little bored during the beginning until we got to the new happenings within the timeline. I really can't wait to see what happens next with these misfits, I mean there's still a lot we can learn (mostly I really wanna know who the graffiti artist is and what some of the pack shifts into).
I've been wanting to know more about Jetta since she showed up in book #1. And man...learning about what she went through in the Troupe, it made total sense why she would run without having much of a plan or any place to go. I'm glad that she managed to find her way to where she did, it also helped that along with the good pack there was Addie, someone she knew from her past.
I found myself laughing at how uncomfortable Jetta was at first with the Misfits, like most others that arrive she wasn't sure what to think/do about them. Slowly they all started to worm their way under her skin. I liked that Jericho wore her down to train and then how that training changed to Jetta doing the training for a lot of the females and others.
I liked the relationship that Jetta built with Jericho, it had a nice friendship base before moving on to more. I really loved it when they shifted together and we finally got to see what kind of animal Jetta was. It made perfect sense and was great fun!
The action at the end made me a bit sick to my stomach. I hated that Jetta had to face her old Troupe, hated that she went there thinking she was going to die, but did it any way for those that she loved and to protect the Misfits. The battle on the stage was brutal! I loved it when Jetta realized were changing and why, with the Misfits showing up and doing what they do best, protect one of their own. It made the ending all the better, as Jetta finally acknowledged she found her home, along with the loves of her life, even as they drove her nuts.
I loved this book until the end, and then it just felt forced. I loved Jetta as a character. I loved that the woman was the grumpy one in the situation. She stayed true to who she was, until the end. I think my biggest hang-up was that we didn't get to know Healthcliff. We saw him for a tiny bit I the beginning and then in a couple of flashbacks, but none of that was enough to make us love him. He and Jetta were together out of necessity. Jetta and Jericho were together because of attraction and respect. I know the author explained that Jetta had two sides, and Heathcliff and Jericho were supposed to represent those two sides, but I don't agree with that. Cliff was her past. Her first love. Her person who got her through the torture. However, Jetta changed as a person. She grew, and Jericho was who she turned to. He was dominant, but he was also soft. He saw both sides of her and loved them. He gave her both sides, soft and hard. Cliff felt like an intruder at the end. I wish they would have recognized that their relationship ended when he sent her away. I wish Cliff would have gotten his own book. He would have matched great with a couple of the women who had been tormented in their pasts and needed an overly sweet/sensitive guy. It was obvious that neither Cliff nor Jericho were meant to share. I'm so disappointed in this ending. *This book is rated R. The F word is used multiple times. There is violence and abuse. There are also detailed spice scenes.
Solid four stars. Not my favorite in the series and I have an exact reason why. But first all the things I loved! Which is almost all of it.
Writing, wonderful, easy to follow, no editorial booboos or typos that glared or stood out to me. Delightful world, as in I'm excited to keep delving into this writers world they have with these characters. I liked Jetta but she was covered pretty well in the other books, but I really enjoyed her boys. I loved getting to see another magical person/aspect ("stimulants"). And boy did I love hating her shitty "master", aka the bad guy... He needed a better ass whooping, in my opinion.
What I didn't enjoy was the fact that I ended up skipping through at least half of the book. That half was how she got to the Aberrant Pack. Like, it was covered well enough in the other books that I didn't need to see/relive her journey there. Yes, we got to learn snippets of her childhood and only friend, her animal, but that's all it was, snippets. And backtracking. Oof. The "final battle" left me feeling kind of, eh, but what about the bad guy? We get to see Jetta and a few others beaten the F up, that was pretty gorey but... that part was just left lacking and felt rushed, kind of. But that's just my own personal feeling.
I do LOVE Jetta's strength and will power. Love, love love it. I can't wait for the next book! I WILL read the entire series.
