I can't say enough about this book, but I will start by saying it is life-changing. There are so many books out there that get close to what Scott and Amy share, but in no other book is it ALL there---all facets of improving one's life and health. I went into it knowing I would love it because, well, I love the authors and I know they live their message. I knew I would learn about nutrition, as we've always known them to love cooking and gardening, and all things health-related. The thing is, I learned so much more than I expected. I learned SO much about sleep, about food, about my thoughts, and how all of these things are connected. This book fed my soul---it connected things where I hadn't seen connections and it helped me on a very, very personal level. I will read and re-read it, as I've already started doing. I love the format of the book---so accessible. I love the "voice" of the book---not preachy, not condescending, genuinely striving to help and share their wisdom, the authors do a fantastic job of making their message tangible. Thank you so much to Scott and Amy for writing this book, and for living lives that "walk the walk". Highly recommend Power Couple Habits!

This book offers some great insight and ideas on how to manage 5 key areas of your life--nutrition, sleep, stress, purpose, and relationships. A good read for anyone. Reading this book should help you feel motivated to make some positive changes in your life.

Excellent read about habits, nutrition and all things couple goals! I personally know the couple and can testify of their powerful couple habits. They are an awesome team! They practice what they preach!

Power Couple Habits covers five areas of our lives to improve for optimal living. These categories are nutrition, sleep, stress, purpose, and relationships. Each section teaches healthy habits we can create to slowly and consistently better ourselves. The authors emphasize taking on these habits with our spouse or partner to see the greatest success. Everything contained in this book is a gold mine! I felt healthier just by reading it. Sometimes it's easy to feel overwhelmed when trying to make changes in our lives, but this book makes it seem very doable when taking things one step or habit at a time. I appreciate the medical and scientific studies noted in the book to back up the authors' knowledge and research. I now feel more confident and empowered to implement these healthier changes in my own life!
