It’s sweet but I wanted more😩

A sweet, heartfelt oneshot. Even though it's only five chapters long, it does a great job developing the characters and their relationship. The pacing is consistent and I was invested throughout. The art has such a strong sense of space. Whether it's bustling train stations or more intimate bars and izakayas, they feel like places that exist in real life.

literally one of the best BL i have read ever. everything about it is so good i don't know how to express everything i feel about this manga.
the story is so sweet and tender without having to be excessively dramatic or showy about it and the characters just have such great chemistry right off the bat. it's a story so well done in such a short span of chapters ughhh i need a moment. and the art is so unique it makes me want to study it in depth because there is something so mesmerising about it......... it's just always so refreshing to find a manga with a very marked and distinctive art style.
also im so partial to the side couple because even if we only saw a little bit of them i would so kill to read a spin-off about them. but yeah :) me when old man yaoi *explodes*

Ohhh very wholesome! It is cute and very clean, a coming-of-age (for both of the leads even if one is in his middle 20's and the other in his 40's), friends-to-lovers (their friendship progressed with ease and naturally), slice-of-life (ahhh glimpses of the station -Kyoto Station- + the shinkansen + izakayas).
The art may not be pretty but the plot compensates 100% for it.
