This is the third book on the series and although I enjoyed it, just not as much as the others.
Victoria saved to take her friends on a cruise for a week hoping to make some fashion contacts too for her up and coming design business. The last person she ever thought she’d see was Tyler the only man she’d ever loved and Captain of the ship. But he chose his career over her last time and she’d be silly to give him her heart again wouldn’t she?
Tyler is shocked to his core when he sees Victoria boarding his ship, he never forgot how much he loved her but he blew it when he didn’t fight for them. Can he convince her to try again and that this time he’s playing for keeps!
Good read and liked how feisty Victoria was. Got to admit though Emily her friend irritated me but am looking forward to her book. 3.5 🌟

Enjoyable story and characters. I liked Tyler and Ronnie (Veronica) as well as the supporting characters. Well written with lots of feels. Really loved the happy ever after. Must read!

It's crazy, over-the-top Victoria and she doesn't do anything at half measure. When fate brings her together with Tyler again, she's helpless to stay away. Of course, there's someone trying to stir the pot but each proves that ain't happening. I liked this hot, romantic easy read. Enjoyed as part of the Curves for Days Collection.

I could not finish this. I tried to power through for the steamy parts at the very least, but Victoria came across as such a bitch that I just could not make it.

This was a cute, engaging second chance love story. Alexa's characters carry throughout the series, introducing new members as required. Primary characters here are Tyler & Victoria. They are both strong, determined, devoted individuals who love what they do professionally, but it cost them each other on a personal level several years prior.
When Tyler realizes Victoria is on his dhip, he sets out to win her back. He never should have let her go when he took the job of his dreams in the first place. They could have made it work. Oh well, he will fix that now.
Victoria is holding a grudge. She knows he left for a good reason, but she wanted him to stay anyway. She still loves him. When her fashion icon (a famous designer) is more interested in forcing himself on her than seeing her designs, Tyler is there to defend her. She gives him one date. That was all it took and everything fell back into place.
What happens when the famous designer seeks revenge? What about Victoria's career now? What happens between Victoria & Tyler when the cruise is over? So many questions...guess you need to read and find out. This quick story is definately worth every minute!

Victoria and a couple of her friends are going on a cruise for a week and her friends are leaving their kids with their husbands and they are stressing out already, Victoria is glad that she doesn’t have any kids or even a partner she’s happy playing the single life she just wants to concentrate on her career as a fashion designer. Victoria and the girls are introduced to the captain of the ship and when Victoria see’s who it is her heart nearly stops and her mouth drops open it’s him her ex Tyler. Tyler is the captain of this ship he loves to meet each and every single passenger when they board his ship then he see’s Victoria and all of his memories come flooding back he knows that Victoria is angry with him because he chose his career over her but by the end of this cruise he will have Victoria in his life again wether she likes it or not. Victoria is writing in her diary about Tyler it’s been 4 years since she has seen him and he’s even more gorgeous now and his muscles wow but she needs to stay away from him if she wants to keep her sanity in check. Another fantastic curvy story by Alexa Blue and I can’t wait to read whatever she brings out next and I highly recommend this book.

This was my first book by Alexa Blue and was awesome! This is a very well written story with great characters and plot. It's an engaging story that tells the story of Tyler and Victoria. It's a second chance story where Tyler chose his work over Victoria. Victoria has planed a cruise trip with her friends, knowing there will be a important person form the design world on board for her to show her fashion designs to while on board. She finds out that her ex is the captain of the ship the only man she ever loved.Their attraction and chemistry is still very much alive and Tyler has his hands full if he thinks Victoria is coming back to him. It's a definite must read, what will happen with Tyler and Victoria? What will happen with the designer and Victoria's career? Grab you copy to find out if they get their HEA!!!! I can't wait to read more form this author!

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the third book in the Curvy Girls Club series. In this book, Victoria takes the girls on a cruise and she hopes to meet with Marc, a fashion designer to discuss her designs. When they get on the ship, Victoria is surprised to see her ex Tyler is the captain of the ship. Tyler sees Victoria and knows he made a mistake when he let her go and vows to get her back for good. Tyler tries to talk to Victoria and remind her how they were together, while watching Marc try to be with her on a personal way instead of professional. Victoria still loves Tyler and is confused by her feelings. Victoria wonders if she can be with Tyler for the long term without his job coming between them again. I liked this story. I liked Tyler and thought he was so in love. I love how he was determined to be with Victoria again and regretted losing her. I like this series and can't wait for the last book.

Captain’s order’s is book three in the curvy girls club series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.

Victoria the curvaceous, rich yet independent woman has taken her friends on a cruise. How did she know that the cruise company that she booked the event for had her old boyfriend as the captain. Tyler, the captain, is dumbfounded that he is found his only love again after four years. She’s wondering why he didn’t and chase after her when she purposely sent him away. And he’s wondering why he didn’t go after her when he knew he should have done so. Of course that’s where things get steamy and very exciting. So it is a book to show that there is a fight to the finish on who’s going to be the victor and claiming versus rejecting. Nice short and sweet and HEA and no cliffhangers.

This is a great story about two people that believe in true love and have attached their hearts from the beginning. A super sweet older man/younger woman romance that will have you wanting to take your special someone on the high seas. This is book 3 in the curvy girls series, each is a standalone but I'd recommend them all. You're going to love this group.

I love books about empowerment, especially when they are focused on body image. This is the third book in the Curvy Girls Club series and I loved it. Victoria has so much sass in her attitude, and Tyler is drawn to her. I believe all young women should take a page from her book. Ms. Blue offers no apologies in these books for the shape of her heroines. I am a big fan, and look forward to the next story.

But as soon as gets to the cruise ship, she sets eyes on the man who broke her heart years ago. Tyler regrets letting go of Victoria when he chose his career over her. Throught the first 2 books of the series, I really had my doubts about Victoria. She is abrupt and pushy with a huge heart. Feircely independant. Who would have thought on this cruise she would find thr one that got away. It was hot and sweet from the very beginning. I loved it all.
I would recommend.

This is the 3rd book in the series but can easily be read as a stand-alone. Victoria was looking forward to a weekend the with girls until she learns that the Captain of the cruise ship is her ex. When Tyler sees Victoria again, he knows that she is meant to be his. This steamy older man/younger woman is hot with a fun, entertaining story. A quick steamy read. I liked it.

So very bad
I tried I really did but this book is bad. It wants to be a sassy rom-com style breezy book instead it just stale and predictable also. These two met when she was 17/18 and he was almost 30, that is super creepy and my ability to root for him plummeted and never resurrected.

Great short read.
I am really amazed how much detail and thought was put into the details of this book and storyline as well as the characters. It was exciting from beginning to end. I look forward to the final book of this series. This Author never disappoints me. By far one of my favorite authors.
