DL Gallie writes spicy romance with elements of comedy and suspense. She currently lives in Central Queensland, Australia, her husband and two teenagers. She and her husband have been together since she was sixteen, and although they drive each other crazy at times, she couldn’t imagine her life without him.
Shortly after her son was born, DL began reading again. With encouragement from her husband, she picked up the pen and started writing. Almost ten years later and the voices in her head won’t shut up.
DL enjoys listening to music, drinking white wine in the summer, red wine in the winter, and beer all year round. She’s also never been known to turn down a cocktail, especially a margarita.

The Unexpected Connection is book 4 in the Unexpected series and a sizzling read. Blair and Keeton are used to sharing but after meeting Faith they know that they have found the one, this is a fast pace romance that will leave you feeling hot under the collar this book would have to be my favourite so far in this series.

Wow i totally loved this story.
Its different to all other love stories and DL Gallie has done a fantastic job.
Blair Keeton and Faiths story is amazing they were HOT and Heavy from the start i couldnt put it down.
They way they all loved eachother and didnt care what others thought. And to have there friends and family be happy for them made it even better.
The trouble Faith had with her family made it even better.
Glad she found Eden before she met the boy. Eden was lovely to take her in with only knowing her a short time

I loved Keeton when we first met him, but who knew her was going to turn out so deliciously dirty?
This book perfectly rounded out the “unexpected” series.
As hot and steamy as the sex scenes were, the thing that struck me was the way they defended Faith and helped her not only stand on her own feet but be proud of who she was and what she needed to be happy and complete. That’s all anyone asks for in any relationship... Faith just happened to score the sexy jackpot with Keeton and Blair more than ready to step up to the challenge.

Sometimes you find love unexpectedly
I have clearly been living under a rock to have never have read the unexpected series by DL Gallie! And well let me tell you, she’s stuck with me for life.
This book is a mix of fun, flirty and some deep feelings. She wastes no time in giving us the hot chemistry that is faith, Keaton and Blair. This throuple is so yummy. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

Great read!
Perfection, the fourth story in the Unexpected series was simply perfection! I couldn't love three characters more then Faith, Keeton and Blair. There story was spellbinding and I seriously couldn't get enough. Perfect throuple ever!

Steamy read. I loved Keeton, Blair and Faith. They were only supposed to be together for one night, but they had an immediate connection that no one could ignore.

This fourth book in the series is a tad different in that it’s Faith, Blair and Keeton who form a relationship. From the minute they all meet the two men, business partners, feel an instant connection with Faith and vice versa, she does too. The chemistry between the three of them is very strong but it’s a lot deeper as well.
Faith is a wonderful character, feeling freedom for the first time her inner needs are released and she finally finds her true self, someone who has the capacity to love two men equally. She is sassy and fun as well. Keeton and Blair are both absolute sweethearts who readers met in the third book, The Unexpected Package. Their bond is strong, from not only their business partnership, but also their friendship and prior history sharing women. They both treat Faith with respect and treat her beautifully.
There is a darker element about repression and bullying that doesn’t becoming overbearing, it is handled extremely well. As a counter balance, and it really tips the scales more on this side to be honest, there is wonderful humour in the story. The fun banter between characters and side comments to the readers are very witty.
I thoroughly enjoyed this short story. It is a quick read with its fast paced and entertaining storyline. It has steamy passion as well as a beautiful romance; all reasons why I gave it an extra half a star.

I've read every book DL Gallie has written and loved every one. The Unexpected Connection is a departure from her usual couples and a dive into menage. While new to this sub-genre as an the author, she handles each character with equal finesse. The characters are well-developed and easily liked by the reader and the banter between the truple is real whether it be humorous or serious.
Blair and Keeton have been characters in previous books in the Unexpected Series and while I knew they were best friends, I wasn't aware until this book that they liked to share a woman on the weekend, nothing serious until they met Faith.
Hiding from her past, Faith usually stays under the radar, until she meets Blair and Keeton her life suddenly changes for the better. That is until her past comes sneaking up on her, blindsiding her and her new relationship. The twists and turns are twice as much fun with the threesome and their journey to HEA. If you think menage isn't your thing, give this story a go, you may find out you'll love the genre after reading this book.

DL Gallie has stuck again with this super steamy and read. Have a fan nearby as you read The Unexpected Connection because Faith, Keeton and Blair were hot hot hot!!
I liked Faith so much. She was brave and strong willed. Determined to break out of the stuffy mold her mother tried to fit her into. All it took was one look at best friends Blair and Keeton and she knew she was done for. They knew it too. They could feel it in the air when they saw her.
For as steamy as this was, there was also an emotional connection between the throuple (yes throuple). I could feel it in the quiet moments. The hand holding, the cuddling, the laughter. But when Faith's past came calling, it set off a chain of events that changed everything.
I didn't see the turn this book took coming at all. I liked that Keeton and Blair were there for Faith. But that through all the turmoil, Faith's kindness and generosity shone through. Loaded with plenty of steam and heart, The Unexpected Connection was a good way to wrap up this series of short stories.

The Unexpected Connection Book 4 in the series, however it can be read as a standalone book. It is my favourite of the series, although Bennett and the other characters enter the storyline it adds to the wonderful series. It was magical to discover the characters and their backgrounds it just added to make this a great balance of emotions sweetness, and love through strength of loyalty to each other the support. The friendships developed that were more than just about the sex. The sexual chemistry was intense and Faith brought a love and respect to Blair and Keeton that made their relationship complete. Highly recommended read.

Ok. Another outstanding, dirty hit for DL Gallie. Her writing gets hotter and hotter with each book. She manages tome the forbidden and make it oh so hot and tasty. I absolutely loved the characters and everything about this book

Damn this story was hot from get go and I loved thaf. Its diferent to the other stories in this series but boy does the hotness fly off the pages.
Keeton, Blair and Faith are just divine and I loved the connection they all had. They had a fresh feel about them they you just fell in love with.
This was one hot as hell story that left me fanning myself. I really loved thr final story in this series and I cant wait for more from DL Gallie.

Wow! This was so much better than expected and while reading Faith, Keeton, and Blair’s story, we also get the added story of Eden and Trenton. This was short and sweet and so so hot. It starts out with a bang and I love the immediate connection between the three of them. It's electric and I love that there is no drama and no angst. There is no drawn-out separation between them either and their loyalty and dedication towards each other is refreshing to see.

I knew it was going to be great but the story was way too much better. This book was different from the previous ones, short, sweet and hot. Trust me when I say that the levels of hotness were high. This is the 4th book in this series and it is a great one we have Keeton and Blair who have their weekends and then the weeks are like the weekends never happen , then comes Faith in their lives and they realize that just maybe their twosome becomes a threesome and they couldn't be any happier!!!

throuple 🔥🔥🔥This was fourth book in series it's about Blair and Keeton with addition of Faith. This book was touching and full heat/steam. Enjoyed this book.
