IBALEN Finally, I have reached Earth! I will slay the weak males and claim their fertile women. I shall usher in a new golden age and lead my Kaizon brothers to total domination! But first, I will father a thousand sons...
That's my plan. Until I see her. A human female, so small and weak compared to my raw, brute strength... and yet, merely looking at her makes my two hearts race. And her scent! It drives me absolutely wild!
I must know her name. I must know everything about her. I must have her. She must be mine.
EILEEN My mission was an easy one: Go to the caves and find a crystal. Being abducted by a rogue, dominant, drop-dead gorgeous Kaizon warrior hellbent on taking over Earth was definitely not part of the plan.
Yet I find myself abducted by the hottest, tallest alien I've ever seen all the same. His brooding look tells me he's up to no good, and despite his savage nature... my stomach flutters.
I must escape -- or I will lose my heart to this brute.
BRUTE is the fifth book in the steamy Sci-Fi Romance series Warriors of Kaizon, by Luna Hunter. Each book follows a different couple and can be read as a standalone. No cheating, HEA guaranteed!
La verdad es que se me iso muy parecido al 2do libro de esta serie, pero áun así disfruto y me entretengo leyendo estas historias de alienígenas y sus compañeras.😊
3.5 Felt Like the Same Old Thing Stars At this point these books are blurring together. All the men come to Earth with the idea of impregnating hundreds or more women to save their race. One slight change this time around, the hero was the villain in the previous books. It’s hard having so much detail in a book so short and it makes it really hard to believe in this sudden change of heart on the heroes part. It was a fun naughty read nonetheless like it’s predecessors.
Is it just me, or do these books keep getting shorter and well, lazier? I was wondering how she was gonna redeem Ibalen, and how she could fix the years and years of hatred between him and the Kaizon brothers, but *SPOILER ALERT* she just gives him a last-second personality transplant, token hero moment, and a "well, you love him, so I guess it's all fine" from the girls. I don't know that I'm even gonna bother with the next installment
Ok so to me it was very short. I liked it don’t get me wrong, but it felt a bit rushed. Specially towards the end. This guy did a complete 180 and turned how he felt right around and it was like whiplash. I felt like they’re could have been more development- specially his feelings transitioning and how he treated his people- the princes, all should not have been forgiven so easily- what should of happened- he should have been exiled away from where they lived- she would of course followed him and he would have to do hard labor to earn theyre trust. I would have felt better with that ending. The ending was just—-too good.
Eileen is looking for a crystal in a cave when she’s attacked by raiders. And then Ibalen saves her, but he’s kind of rude and arrogant. All Ibalen wants to do is have babies and kill her friends so Eileen’s not cool with him. Until he takes off his clothes, that is.
Very short novella. It was okay. I felt like Ibalen had a crazy about-face. It reads almost like the author has a thing for ‘changing’ bad boys because that’s literally all that happens in a somewhat cringeworthy way.
So many typos and missed words. Or random extra words that don't fit the text. Needs a good proof read. This is the same review for each book as they could all be 5* with the removal of the most basic mistakes
I really wanted Ibalen to redeem himself, but it just didn’t happen. After torturing Feba, starting a civil war and killing lots of his own people, it’s hard to swallow he made up for all of that in a page and a half. The women all decided well Eileen loves him so we trust him too. Really? No sorry I’d have preferred another one of the brothers
This series continues to be well worth reading 😃. The bad guy from Kaizon has made it to Earth, but what he finds changes everything 😊. Thanks again Luna, I've really enjoyed reading this series and can't wait to read more 🤓.
Sadly, each book following Beast #1 lost a little of the appeal that had me reading this series. A series that is not completed. Not sure if I will bother reading any more of Warriors of Kaizon, perhaps if it is free.
Warriors of Kaizon is heavily focused on smut and alpha characters. Brute introduces an anti-hero as the main lead, driven by a distorted sense of justice. Each novel is quite short, so you won't be reading for long, which makes the novel great if you want something quick and easy to read.
I enjoyed this book from start to finish and being a quick read I finished it in one sitting. Eileen and Belinda have been given a mission and so have the others to search the caves for the crystals that can fix the teleportation device that Surlok made and travelled to earth with so that they can bring everyone to earth to live. Ibalen De’riv is brute and only wants two things death to the Kaizon Prince brothers and females the breed with and not in any order. Once he is on earth he smells the most amazing human female and must have her but soon realizes that human men are tracking his females and must save them and that’s what he does by killing all the human men. Now he wants his females to praise him for saving them but that’s not what happens and he is shocked to be spoken to like he is nothing by the feisty female but he will soon put her in her place. Eileen fights with him so she get her friend Belinda out so she get help from the brothers but Ibalen knows what she is doing and allows the other female to leave and to bring the brothers to him because he will be ready with his traps. But while he is waiting for them his focus is being pulled towards her and her curves and how he must protect and look after his mate, his mate he never thought he would be worthy but here she is a human female that’s all his but Eileen has different plans. So how does it all turn out read this great book to find out more.

I really wanted to like this book more but it felt rushed, insincere and lacked any depth. The male character, Ibalen, was more developed in previous books but this story just didn’t stay true to the way he was depicted. His quick change of heart might have been more realistic if he was forced to deal with some major problems - and show character growth. This book was slapped together without the attention to detail, a character driven plot and no interesting drama to bring the story to a satisfying ending. In addition, the sexual chemistry is stilted, awkward, full of juvenile dialogue, lacking in romance and not sexy at all! I was disappointed and should have believed the other reviews, but wanted to form my own opinion. I am glad I didn’t pay for the book and just borrowed it from Kindle Unlimited.
I can't believe we are at the 5th book in this series. I was surprised that this wasn't one of the brothers, but actually an enemy that we have as one of the central characters. It is a good story although it seems to wrap up rather quickly. It's a shame that it ended so quickly. I feel like there could have been so much more put into the back story. There were references as to why this Kaizon warrior acted the way he did, but really didn't give us the full story. I feel like we could have been given more so that we liked him better. It is still a good story and I enjoyed reading it. I look forward to the next one though.
Ibalen has made it to Earth. He's determined to take out Vuka and his brothers and rule the planet. First he runs into Eileen and Belinda whom are cornered by human males. With his eyes on Eileen dispatches the men and declares his intentions to kill the royal princes and breed Eileen. Eileen is taken back by his words. She can't bear the thought of Ibalen wreaking havoc on their budding community. Eileen convinces herself she can negotiate with Ibalen and win him over to their side. But when Febakur shows up Ibalen's cannot resist acting on his instincts. He's been ruled by his own desires to rule and for power nothing else matters not even his mate, Eileen.
Ibalen is the one who started the civil war on Kaisus. He has committed lots of atrocities against the Royals and anyone who was with them. Now he is on Earth to make himself ruler. Eileen finds herself attracted to him and believes that she can "melt the ice in his hearts". This book isn't actually much shorter than the last 2 books but I agree with quite a few other reviewers that it needed to be a bit longer. I personally thought there needed to be more substance to the story. The forgiveness seemed a little bit to easy to me. I like this author though and have read most of her books and will read many more.
Short, quick, smexy read that was very surprising for me. I’ve been reading the series (no worries, this is a standalone however I love reading about past characters and/or meeting them again) and knew who Ibalen was. Eileen being his mate? Pretty funny, considering she is a kicka$$ earth warrior and he is a mega-sized alien with ONLY war on his mind. Their story is not as much of a fight as I thought but eventually, Ibalen and Eileen get their HEA. But only after a bit of intrigue, fighting, smexy-times, and awakening. Fun read.
