Dear Jane,
You’re a princess. I’m a thief. This isn’t a Disney movie. We never had a chance in hell of a happy ending. But I still wish I could have given you one.

When we met, I had you pegged as a snob. All tiaras, polo matches and private jets. But you turned out to be the exact opposite. I fell for you the day we met.

I lied to you about a lot of things. I don’t expect or deserve your forgiveness. You’re too good for me. But I was always honest about my feelings for you.

I hope you’ll find true happiness one day.

I’m sorry—

Charlie

*I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book*

4.5 "Live in the lie" Stars!!!

I didn't know what to expect. But then again, considering this was my first Jessica Peterson novel I reeeeeeally didn't know what to expect. Here I was getting enthralled in this sweet, funny and adorable romance when, BAM, I was hit with emotion overload. Once those feels happened there was no stopping the more and more that came after.

Charlie is a con. He deceives people and becomes different personas to obtain what he's after. Charlie didn't want any part in the life he's living. But in order to payoff an obscene debt that has more to do with his brother, he's left no other choice. He's presented a job that'll in fact make the debt paid for. Charlie's beside himself, knowing he'll finally be free and ultimately his conning days will be over. Though, Charlie didn't expect to be captivated by his mark. He didn't expect to develop feelings towards her. And he most definitely didn't expect to have to make the biggest decision of his life that would change everything.

Jane. Princess Jane has been through a very difficult divorce. She's slowly trying to find herself. Learning things about herself she didn't know. The biggest revelation is she doesn't need a man to be happy. Jane always spoke her mind and that's one of the things I liked most about her. She was also brave and strong. And just when Jane has found herself, here comes a tornado of man to obliterate all her senses and makes her question things she thought she tucked away.

Charlie and Jane were every bit different, but ironically they were one in the same. Both caring and kind and above everything, they'd both do anything for their family. I can't even begin to say how much I loved these two. Their chemistry was of the charts. And it was undeniable how perfect they were made for each other. I couldn't get enough and wanted more, more, more.

Royal Rogue was a very enjoyable read. Charming, witty, and fun. Filled with likable characters I couldn't get enough of. Who knew that a thief with a heart of gold would steal mine? I didn't see it coming, but I most certainly wouldn't change a thing.

I’m a big Jessica Peterson fan, and will devour any book she releases. It started with the Study Abroad series, and now I’m addicted to her Flings With Kings series. Each time there is news of a new release, I find myself counting down the days until I can dive into said release.

With Royal Rogue, however, I did have some mixed feelings before diving into the book. There was the usual excitement of a Jessica Peterson novel, there was lots of intrigue about the storyline (a con and a royal, of course I would be all over that), but I was tentative about our leading lady. You see, throughout Royal Ruin and Royal Rebel, Jane failed to win me over as a character. I was interested about her story, but I felt rather indifferent towards her as a character.

Fortunately, Jessica Peterson did what she is so good at – she created a wonderful story, and Jane more than won me over. She went from being a character I was indifferent towards, to be a character I adored. She grew so much throughout this one, and I really enjoyed the character I got to meet. Like all Jessica Peterson women, she turned out to be an absolute delight, with much more to her than was anticipat ed before I went in.

As glad I am to have been won over by Jane, the joy pales in comparison to the emotions I experienced throughout this novel. I knew from the outset that the storyline would grip me good, but I was mistaken by just how good it would be. There is no doubt in my mind that Royal Rogue is my favourite of the first three Flings With Kings novels, the story being so damn good. Honestly, it’s one of my favourite Jessica Peterson storylines.

There really is so much to love about it. As I said, the con and royal aspect grabbed me from the moment I heard what kind of story this was to be. It sounded so good – and it certainly was. We’re given a con artist with a heart of gold, we’re given a con that develops into so much more, and we’re given a royal romance that was insanely hot. From the very first moment the characters met, the chemistry between them was amazing – it came off the pages to punch you in the face, before grabbing you by the collar to suck you in ever deeper.

I really did adore the characters in this one. Charlie – swoony sigh. I adored him. I think he may be my favourite Jessica Peterson male. There’s just so much to him – the good, the bad, and all that grey. I could sit and write a fangirl review of his character alone.

Without a doubt, Royal Rogue was a wonderful addition to the Flings With Kings series. Not to mention, we get some insight into Jack’s story in this one. Since Royal Ruin, Jack has been my favourite of the family. He’s such a fun character, and the glimpses we got into his life throughout this one have left me with the solid belief his story is going to blow my mind. The sooner I get my hands on Jack’s story, the sooner I will be a very happy fan.

Without a doubt, the Flings With Kings series is a must read for royal romance fans.

4.5 Stars****Naughty Nobility at its best!
Royal Rogue is the perfect mix of angst, wit, scorching sex, and romance. This is a love story that pulled me into its rapture from the moment Jane and Charlie met. These two characters are both fun and fascinating. Their connection is genuine, intense, and bittersweet. How can a princess and a con ever have a happily ever after? That is the question I kept asking myself as their relationship built.

Charlie is a charming, handsome, observant man. He and his bother are working to keep their mother's dream alive, even if that means conning rich targets to stay afloat. When Jane becomes his next target, Charlie is surprisingly intrigued and conflicted by his feelings for her. Is it possible for him to be worthy of Jane's love? Essentially he must make a choice that will hurt someone he loves.

Jane is a determined, independent, and generous woman. She lost herself during her marriage and subsequent divorce. Since then she has been working on finding out who she truly is and what makes her happy. Just as she is getting comfortable in her own skin, she meets Charlie. Charlie is not at all what she expected. He doesn't treat her like he is intimidated by or trying to impress a princess. Charlie seems to actually want to know her. The feeling is freeing and intoxicating. However, Jane doesn't realize that Charlie is keeping a huge secret from her.

The evolution of Jane and Charlie's relationship is rapid and fervent. The passion they feel is further heightened by the emotional connection they share. The love that awakens between Jane and Charlie is transformative. It makes them bold and brave. But are they brave enough to withstand the obstacles they must face? Ms. Peterson crafted a HEA that is both brilliant and authentic enough to believe.
Jane and Charlie may just be my favorite royal romance couple to date!

This was my first read from this author and I will be immediately grabbing the other two books in the series. I absolutely LOVED it!!!

You know when you go into a book with an expectation of what the story will be - we'll I was expecting a light/fun Rom Com type read - I was wrong.

It definitely had plenty of laughs but there was so much more. I didn't expect the level of emotions, I didn't expect to get teary and I definitely didn't expect the amazingly realistic chemistry between the two lead characters. It jumped off the page. Wowsa!!!

Charlie and Jane are two of the most genuine/believable characters I have read this year. Such a fantastic story - definitely recommend.

I received an arc of this book

I have been fascinated with everything royals since Princess Diana. Of course, my heart has been following her sons as well.

So, being able to read Royal Rogue was priceless!!! I have been waiting for Princess Jane’s story since Royal Ruin, I knew there was something about her and her past. Then we have Charlie....he’s trying to do what he can to help his brother but at what price?

I need more of these Royals!!!!

Loved it, this is an Amazing Edition to this fantastic series by Jessica Peterson.
A badboy with a heart of gold, my favourite kind so it was easy for me to fall in love with him.
Charlie is a thief who steals Jane's heart, a princess who has been through some bad stuff. But ultimately comes out stronger and more courageous,in the end.
I Loved Jane and Charlie and the dynamics to their relationship, they will make you laugh and also shed a tear too. So be prepared. Because their situation is anything but a fairytale, even though in some respects it reminds you of the Disney movie tangled (I love that movie).. But of course this is a much sexier version of that story. With chemistry that sizzles between the pages, this is a remarkably mesmerising read that I deliciously devoured happily.
It had so much heart, so much emotion that you really felt for the characters dilemmas and struggles.
This is yet another jewel in Jessica's Romantic crown.
Absolutely wonderful highly recommend it.

A thief and a princess- sounds a little like the story of Disney's Rapunzel, right? But this story has no long lengths of hair, no evil fake mother, singing bad men, or a funny horse. It does however have some of THE HOTTEST MOMENTS I've ever read in a royal romance. I mean SMOKING HOT. And it also has some of the SWOONIEST lines I've ever read.
Charlie is handsome and sweet, but he's also a con-man. Not by his choice, just through a series of events that have gone terribly wrong in his life over the last few years. Jane, the crown princess, also hasn't had the best few years. But she's finally getting it all together again. So of course, this is the time when the Queen, her grandmother, decides it's time to meddle. And what follows will make you sweat, swoon, and sob. Can the princess and the con-man get their happily ever after? You MUST read this amazing work of writing.

Delightfully surprising
My heart was full as I read this book. Full of love, laughter, desire, terror, pain, and finally love. All the love. Princess Jane and Charlie earned all my love. And Jessica Peterson earned all my respect. I could not figure out how this book was going to end on a Happily Ever After. A Princess and a con man? Ridiculous. I kept running scenarios through my head as I read, but nothing seemed right. I love it when I can’t figure out how a book is going to end! And I love a HEA that is well earned. I love this royal world that Jessica Peterson has created! I’ll be waiting for my invitation to Sunday sandwiches and Princess Bride Monopoly.

-Kacie, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so in love with this family that it is insane! They are on a constant loop in my head. Jessica Peterson is such a great storyteller and has such a great way with words! I love how she sets the foundation for some of the background in the previous books in this series.

Jane isn’t mentioned much in the previous books. She is the party girl princess. She’s coming out of a bad marriage and her party girl ways are part of the process of finding and loving herself. There is more to Jane than being a princess. Charlie is a con man. He becomes someone else to do what is necessary to achieve the goal of the con. He doesn’t like being a con man and he doesn’t want to do it. But he does it for his mom, to hold onto her dream, and he does it for his younger brother to help fix his mistake. During the course of the story, you see the depth of love he has for his brother, he’s willing to do anything for him.

What started as a con, turned into so much more. They weren’t looking but they found each other. And they are perfect for each other. Their chemistry was undeniable and palpable and down right hot. Jane and Charlie are my favorite couple of the series. They were different and unexpected but oh so right!

This is one story that I can read over and over again and still feel like I’m reading it for the first time.

Marie's Tempting Reads ARC Review:

Oh how I do enjoy these Flings With Kings series by Jessica Peterson! Royal Rogue features Jane our royal princess and Charlie our sexy, irresistible thief. I LOVED these two so hard. Jane is strong and bold and caring and is leery of trusting another man after her failed marriage and Charlie is deceiving her from the very start. He is charming and sexy and has a way about him that instantly makes you like him. When he starts this last con, he thinks he knows what Jane desires and expects from a man, but then he learns her and soon, starts to fall for her and then...everything changes. In the most profound and best way imaginable!

This story was so bold and daring and fun and steamy. Charlie and Jane so far, seem to be such an endearing couple. The way this story was set up was incredibly brilliant and entertaining. I loved the romance and the wit along with the great banter. The storyline and plot...SO VERY WELL DONE! Royal Rogue makes me sigh and smile and brings me feels galore! A. MUST. READ.

Royal Rogue gets a DELIRIOUSLY PERFECT FIVE BIG BRIGHT BOLD STARS!

4.5 Live in your lie Stars

I'll be honest. There's always that book in a series, even in your TOP favorite author's books, that you just aren't really excited about. There, I said it. I pulled the band-aid off, and there's no going back. But don't worry....did you see my rating? Yeah, that's 5 stars.

That was Jane's story for me. I just...wasn't excited. Because Jane just seemed a little Plain Jane for me. How was Jessica going to wow me after Rob and Aly's whirlwind love story?

Charlie.

Holy smokes. A thief with an honest heart of gold!?!? How do you even begin creating such a character? Charlie has always strived to live up to his mother's wishes. When he lost her 3 years ago, he lost almost everything. Including his brother Owen and his livelihood. Desperate times call for desperate measure, and that, in a nut shell is how Charlie because a con artist.

Princess Jane has just started putting the pieces of her life back together again. She feels like a failure with her very public divorce and even more public fall out following. Jane has no interest in finding her Prince Charming. She just wants to stand on her own two feet again. But her feisty grandmother, The Queen, has other ideas. Like setting her up...think the royal version of a speed dating event. Enter Charlie.

But Charlie's usual tricks wasn't wooing Jane. She found him pompous and self centered. He was like all the others, looking for the princess and not the person. Not again, not this time. This was Jane's second chance, and she wasn't going to fall for someone that didn't want her for her. Needing Jane to be interested in him in order to make his con work, he tried something he's never done before. He was himself.

Dear lord, I fell for Charlie so hard. I loved these two. I was so torn with Charlie holding all these secrets back from Jane and him being able to free himself from the grips of his commitments. I love that I was really able to fully discover Jane in her book. There isn't much of her personality in the two previous books, so it was a treat to unveil her unorthodox quirks and how much her and Charlie were the other's true half. It was incredibly sweet!

But the icing on the cake? Jack. Jack's another character that we haven't seen that much of. But we get to see quite a bit of him in Jane's book. And that makes me incredibly hungry for his story! Get to work Peterson... :)

Just when I thought Rob was going to be my favorite Thorne sibling...….along comes Jane. I just love her. She completely surprised me from the get-go. She was a little vixen, a little naughty - and I liked it! A lot. She had gone through a lot in the past few years, and the public persona everyone had come to know wasn't who she really was. It wasn't until she met Charlie that she was able to truly find herself and live completely in the moment.

And Charlie......gah, this man is so swoony, that my heart melted more times than I could count. The dates, the thoughtfulness - seriously, he was too good to be true (as Jane thought many times). But my heart broke for Charlie knowing that he showed Jane his true self; yet he knew that it was going to eventually all fall apart.

These two together were absolutely magical and I loved every minute of their story. Royal Rogue was such a fantastic installment to the Flings with Kings series - definitely my favorite so far. I loved getting to know Jack a little bit too and I can't wait to see what she has in store for him!

I absolutely adored everything about this book. Charlie’s a con man, not by choice, and above all he’s a kind man who puts family first.

Every once in a while you'll find a book where the story has the right mix of captivating, enticing, sexiness and endearing to get you hooked in a way that you're stuck. It's the rare occasion where I really wanna finish and know what happens to them, but I really, really really wanna drag the story as much as possible because they're both so delicious I want to savor them. It's like that first shot of whiskey. You want to swallow to feel the initial burn, and then you want to roll it in your mouth to identify each and every flavor.

Charlie and Jane are delicious. Rich, complex, bold flavors. Every time I finish one of the Fling With Kings books, I find myself in front of my favorite Thorne. Well, color me confused. I don't know which one I like anymore!

As usual, Jessica Peterson does an amazing job at creating a story based on character development, building up the series in a crescendo that doesn't disappoint!

When I started Rogue, I fully expected a RomCom. The emotion, depth, and love so bone deep caught me off guard!

My favorite thing in stories is when the H or h start as flawed characters- people we don’t like even- and we get to watch their growth over time. Charlie is kinda like that, except his character shines through even at his worst. He’s everything I love about Neal Caffry in White Collar and more (minus the extraordinary forgery skills. 😄).

Oh, and I’d be remiss not to mention Jane. She’s genuine. Strong. Independent. Classy- even if she prefers whiskey to champagne. And she’s good.

At 86%, I found myself slowing down my read...I didn’t want it to end!

Bravo, Jessica! You’ve definitely earned a new stalker-fan! I look forward to going back and reading all the rest!

Get ready to have your heart open up and your tears ducts overflow. This is the story of the princess and the rogue ( dishonest, unprincipled, con). I see the potential for a Hallmark or Lifetime movie.
Here’s the thing, everyone has their own story. What makes a con a con? What makes a princess different from the rest of the world? Looks can be very deceiving as we learn in every aspect of this story. Unfortunately, we all suffer from making preconceived opinions. This runs rampant in this book and we are all the better for it. Even though this is a very easy, and fast read, it brings a lot to the table, even delicious sandwiches! I don’t do spoilers so you have to read the book. However, I did get very hungry while reading. What you will learn is, as in real life, each person has their own story that makes them who they are. Circumstances. can certainly dictate who we become but not necessarily who we really are.

This book made me laugh, tear up, swoon, smile and provided hope and lots of heat ( really good heat!). I know this may sound a little crazy but I loved the main characters names, Jane and Charlie. In case you’re wondering why, it’s because they were so normal which represents the characters personalities. Even though they came from different stations in life, at their very base they were normal! So uppity and villainous names were not required. Wether or not this was intended by the author I have no idea but that’s my spin on it.

You will fall in love with this story, and the characters, especially Charlie’s heart and depth. Jane, through all her trials and tribulations, is strong, all the while maintaining her femininity and feminism. Each individual has flaws and it’s very prevalent throughout the story. Even the secondary characters bring so much to the book. By the time the book is coming to it’s conclusion you will want to know what happens to them. Maybe we’ll get to read their stories. I’m hopeful.

I guess you can tell I really like this book. It went right to my heart. Kudos to the author.

This third installment of Jessica Peterson’s Flings With Kings series is just as good as the first two—maybe even better. English Princess Jane and her American paramour Charlie are an appealing and sexy (oh my god SO sexy) couple and, once you willingly suspend your disbelief over the circumstances of the book, you will buy them together. And hey, if Meghan and Harry can do it, who’s to say others can’t?

HOT sex scenes and dreamy British settings aside, my favorite thing about this book is the way Ms. Peterson kept me guessing as to how the conflict would be resolved. We all (I assume—I know I do) read romance at least partly because we love a HEA. I get annoyed if the path to resolution is so obvious, you can see it coming from chapter three. Peterson kept me wondering for most of the book: HOW would Jane and Charlie get past their roadblocks? The way they do it is satisfying, and consistent with the characters.

I had a few ~very~ small issues with missed Brit-isms, if you will. Jane and other Brits use the term “asshole” when every English person I know (except my mother-in-law, who is too proper!) would say “arsehole.” And I love the Thorne family tradition of Sunday Monopoly, but they must have been using an American version which featured, for example, Park Place instead of the British Park Lane. Like I said, really insignificant things in the grand scheme, but it took me out of the story a little bit.

At its most basic, Royal Rogue is a moving, beautifully crafted story of a loving family accepting a lonely outsider. The fact that he’s welcomed to Buckingham Palace is icing on the cake!

Boy did I love Royal Rogue! This book is why I read romance. We have a not so perfect hero in Charlie. He's a con man. He didn't set out to be one but life got in the way and this is where he ended up. He wants it to end and with one last job he can achieve that. He just needs to charm a princess named Jane and steal a painting. Sounds simple but that's where our story really begins. Everyone always says not to judge a book by it's cover and that is Jane in a nutshell. She has so many layers and has been badly bruised so she keeps herself tightly sealed. Charlie cannot help but be drawn in by the not so perfect princess. I loved getting to know these two. They are so good together even though we know that deceit and lies can only lead to a bad ending, the romance lover in me wants everyone to have an HEA! If you like your romance to have some heat, laughs and a tear or two this is the perfect book. Royal Rogue is written from dual POV and stands completely alone even though it's the third book in the series. I haven't read those yet but I am running to start them now!

I was so excited to receive an ARC of this book thorough a FB group because I flove Jessica Peterson and devoured her Study Abroad Series (2 words - Rhys Maddox). So when she came out with the Flings With Kings series I jumped in with both feet! Who doesn't love sexy, funny tales of royals, commoners and happily ever afters? While I thoroughly enjoyed each book in the series, I was anxious to read Princess Jane's story and holy hell, this did not disappoint! Not your typical royal romance - Charlie is a con man and a thief and Jane is a divorced princess so from the get go I knew I was going to be in for one heck of a ride. I immediately feel in love with Charlie and Jane and their unconventional love story. Jessica's writing style is so engaging and gives you all the feels. These characters were both flawed and broken in their own way, but together they were truly magical. Charlie is swoon worthy despite being a thief and I loved the way he loved Jane. Rob & Aly as well as Kit & Em make an appearance in this latest installment, but Jane's brother Jack stole the show for me. I seriously hope Jack has his own book because he is absolutely delicious.

I am a HUGE Jessica Peterson fan, and what the other two books in the Flings with Kings series were lacking this one totally delivered. That is a strong heroine. Jane. Has. It. She isn't compromising her morals, she is standing up for herself, she is true to herself, she isn't bending to meet the hero's demands.

Then there is Charlie, the tarnished hero. The big brother trying to "fix" his brother, Owen's mistakes. (BTW, I could have killed Owen for a good chunk of this book) I wasn't sure how this book would end, how they would take the impossible situation of Charlie's mission to con Jane to, but it works. I am still kind of ehhh about it, but he did end up making the best of the situation. This book makes references to Aladdin, as it should as the stories are similar, just no tiger or cute monkey ;)

Princess Jane and Charlie are the most unlikely couple. Charlie thinks she’s a “target” to get his brother and himself out of trouble. Princess Jane thinks Charlie is everything her ex wasn’t, but is leery because her ex was amazing at first. The connection between Jane and Charlie can be felt. Charlie realizes that Jane isn’t what he expected from a Princess and Jane opens her heart and realizes she’s in love with Charlie. Secrets are exposed and they have to fight for each other.

Jane and Charlie’s story was EVERYTHING I had hoped it would be. Jessica Peterson knocked it out of the park. Royal Rogue is a book you won’t want to put down.

You need Jane and Charlie in your life!!!

After reading the other Flings with Kings books I wasn't sure what to think about Jane, but she was so well written that she completely won me over. Charlie is a con man with a heart of gold and he is completely swoon worthy. I really liked the royal/ con man aspect and was curious how the author was going to make their love story work. Royal Rogue was full of witty, sweet, sexy, angsty emotions that had me laughing one minute and tearing up the next. These books just keep getting better and better!! I loved everything about it!

Wow.

At 51%, I shed a tear. I didn't see how these two would get a HEA. Ever.

I should have had faith.

Charlie is a con man...Jane is his "mark". But these two lit up something in each other, something that was missing, and changed paths for both of them.

Go read this. Why are you still sitting there?

Princess Jane is navigating the dating world again on the heels of a messy (and public) divorce. Set up by her grandmother the queen, she finds herself falling for American businessman Charlie. But is he all he seems to be?

Charlie is a flawed but kind-hearted con artist who is trying to steal more than just the princess’s heart. Jane falls fast for his charms, but she may not be able to survive another betrayal. Will Princess Jane finally get her happy ever after?

I enjoyed this story immensely and found it to be the right mix of intrigue, humor, heat and heart. Jessica Peterson delivers another swoon-worthy hero and likable leading lady in Royal Rogue, the third (and hottest!) installment of the Flings with Kings series. Highly recommend!

If you haven't gotten on board with Flings with Kings by Jessica Peterson, I suggest you do. You do not want to miss the third book, Royal Rogue, in this series. While it is a stand alone, I would suggest reading the other two to catch up with the characters. Royal Rogue might be my favorite book in the series. It is sweet, heartbreaking, and sexy all at one time. I absolutely loved Jane and Charlie and wished their story didn't have to end. They tore up the pages.

This book was SO good! I found this author when she did a take over at a release party for another author I follow, and I won an e-copy of the second Flings With Kings book. Thats all it took, her writing style and sense of humor fit mine perfectly and she became my latest one click author. I immediately devoured her backlog. Her characters come right off the page. I totally got where Jane was coming from, having been divorced myself, it does take its toll and you feel like a screw up, like you failed in some way. And Charlie *sigh*. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the hero who has to do the wrong things for the right reasons. Thats real life, I don't care who you are, we've all been there, I mean not stealing from rich people probably or anything that extreme, but I get it. He's a bad boy with a great heart. The witty banter between them, and between Jane and Jack had me smiling throughout. Its a fantastic book from a great author, very well rounded with equal parts humor, heart and heat thrown in for a damn near perfect (in my eyes anyway) balance. This author has serious talent, I mean come on, there aren't many (if any) books I've read that have what I'd call a romantically sweet but VERY sexy anal scene lol but she pulled it off magnificently! Their HEA will leave you closing your Kindle with a sigh and desperate for more of her words.

Charlie is sexy, charming, and would do anything for his brother. He never aspired to becoming a conman, but he has the acting skills to pull it off. But conning the wealthy, entitled, spoiled crowd in England is getting to be old. Conning Princess Jane could be his last score and set up him and his brother, and if the headlines are true, she might deserve it. Charlie quickly learns that Jane is nothing like he expected. She's smart, warm, generous, giving, loyal, dedicated to helping women and girls, and knows her whiskey. Jane and Charlie have more in common than either expected and with chemistry that tests his resolve to keep her close yet retaining some distance. She pushes and challenges Charlie to see the world differently while he supports her and sees the woman instead of just the title and privilege. Their relationship is intense and leaves Charlie questioning everything. Jessica Peterson definitely created an intriguing, impossible, forbidden relationship with plenty of banter.

A new to me author, Jessica Peterson weaves a fun tale of love, royalty, outside appearances, inside beauty and the common guy. Charlie is a con man with a loving heart trying to save his brother and their mom’s business. Jane is a divorced princess just now getting her life back together. Their attraction is instant and hot. Their story is sweet and fun but not without a little trial and tribulation. Just an all-around fun read.

What an emotional roller coaster! Charlie is a con man and his mark is Jane, the Princess. You want to hate Charlie, but it's hard to hate him. "I want you to do better than I did, Charlie", those are the words that Charlie lives by to get him through each day. He's conning people out of their money! He's in debt to someone and the only way to get out of debt is cons. His brother is involved too. A big opportunity comes up and it's Jane. Things move quickly and feelings are created. I loved the monopoly afternoons and the family banter, their willingness to bring in Jimmy and Owen. It was a very well written story and I'm so glad I've been a part of this series. I highly recommend Royal Rogue, Fling With Kings #3, Ms. Peterson is a great writer and she captures those feelings of her characters exceptionally well.
