We stand on the brink of a great unknown. The Digital Era has clearly demonstrated that we can’t progress further without developing leadership capabilities on a global scale. Leaderology defines the beginning of the Renaissance period in modern management and leadership while helping leaders to reach a new level of success.
Leaderology is a new approach to managing organizations in the new realities which identifies common and specific errors that arise in any business and to spot problems that distance it from customers and limit the company’s capacities early, and how to treat them before they threaten the business itself.
While defining new areas of improvement this book offers recommendations that can create ultimate leaps in performance and customer satisfaction. Through different case studies and responses from industry experts, it shows how devoting effort and time to honing leadership competencies is the best investment in the future.

Leaderology is an impressive compendium for adaptable and decisive leaders-thinkers or those on their way to this level. The book is perfectly structured and well-illustrated with cases and examples where every chapter can be considered as a little book helping to achieve success in one way or another. The book defines and discusses the requirements of modern leadership and the evolution to a higher form of it, while supporting every idea with practical suggestions and comments. A discussion of vision caught my particular attention as vision as a construct and its core criteria were never been discussed before. “Vision is a divine gift entrusted to those who will use it to empower others. Vision is a concentration of desires, dreams, potentials, and possibilities. A vision pushes people not just to do more but to do more than they think they are capable of.” Taking a ground of the present state of management and leadership, Oleg Konovalov points out ‘Making new mistakes in the new future is normal. What is not normal is to take old mistakes into the future’ and show how to avoid those mistakes in the future. My highest recommendations for this invaluable book! Leaderology stands among the best business books.
Konovalov shares a lot of information in nonfiction books, that is helpful to the professional, whether in management or just someone on their way up. LEADEROLOGY follows the lead on the theme of business and management styles. This book is well written, and it does not talk down to the reader. It shares case studies, and different expert opinions, it is designed to help the leadership competencies of an individual. It may not work for everyone, but it gives information that may be useful, even suggesting improvements on current management styles and different performance. Always, information. This book is recommended by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading more by this author.
Great book for professionals who seek for new perspectives
I put five stars to this book due to the fresh ideas I found on how to embed culture and its development to everyday management. Also the part referring to the typology of companies and its connection to business operating models gave me food for thought as well. Good reading! Thank you, Oleg!!
Fresh look into leadership. A strong focus on culture, collaboration and interdependence. This is a great book for new and experienced managers who are looking for ways to improve their mindset and skills.
