The Enigma series is definitely a hit or miss for me but I have to admit there is something about it that keeps bringing me back. For that reason I'm really glad because I really enjoyed Zaureth, I loved him and Amy together. Their innocence and romance was just so sweet. I loved watching them experience new things together and I thought Amy was the perfect match for him. Also the story arc is definitely escalating with the virus going airborne. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

This was really good. I feel that I would've better enjoyed this if I had read the previous books.

I wished their story was longer. It felt a bit choppy and condensed to me. I also felt that I was behind on understanding certain things. All of these issues may be attributed to my not having read the previous books before reading this one. Overall, I enjoyed the world building and the relationship between the main characters.

In every ongoing series like this, there is a couple that you equally adore both the male and female, this was that couple for me. We met Zaureth and Amy in book 3. Zaureth is the sweet Bracadyte healer and Amy is Mallory’s sweet blind sister. These two were so beautiful together, it made my heart so damn happy. Two beautiful souls that needed and deserved each other in a way that most could never understand. Zaureth was resistant at first, because he had made vows to his people...but laws are made to be...re-written. I know, I know, you were thinking broken, probably that too, but Zaureth is a great guy and deserves to be happy too. And so does his “little one” aka Amy. I adored the way he takes care of her, and even though he is sweet, I wouldn’t mistake that for weakness. Some things go down and let’s just say that you definitely want to stay on his good side, he is not one to piss off.

This was a safe read, with two sweet virgins, and they are virgins in every sense of the word *awe*, one of which is a total badass. No ow or om drama, Zaureth gets a little jealous, but there was no need, just those alpha instincts kicking in. A little pushing away by Zaureth, because of his vows....but obviously he couldn’t stay away. Baby batter, a wedding, a mating, epilogue and an hea. This was a stand-alone with the couple, but the overall storyline goes on, and it gets better and better. Onto Oz’s book, this is the one I can’t wait to read....book crack series for sure.

To have one-tenth of the writing talent Ms. Kellen possesses would assure me of a consistent 3-star rating.
Smiling as I remember a humourous section with the naivety of Zaureth. Oh, I read it twice but not sharing this spoiler. Is it enough to state this is one of the series I have read to date? Hope so.

Cheers

Zaureth is the Healer of the Bracadytes. The tall, silent but yummy healer has powers above and beyond other Bracadytes and attributes this to his Vow of chastity and abstinence from violence.

But Amy, the blind younger sister of Mallory (in book 3 of the Enigma Series), is testing these vows and making him feel things he has never felt and shouldn't feel (in his mind). His powers have weakened and he attributes this to his unsanctioned lust, attraction and fondness to the young human.

The Bracadytes continue to fight the humans, who blame them for the deadly virus that is eradicating humans at an epidemic level. In book 4 they have regrouped in Cuba with their ally OZ. The Cartel is in hot pursuit of Oz and attack the property where Amy, Zaureth and the other Bracadytes are residing. Struggling with his attraction toward Amy, Zaureth is faced with the chance of losing her in the violent attacks and gives into his feelings of love, lust, desire, tenderness, protectiveness and coming home.

Will Zaureth continue to feel guilt for breaking the laws of the Bracadytes in regards to healers or will he realize he has found an even greater strength in Amy.

The instability of the Bracadytes continues to build, when will they be safe from the Human Government? What will they do now that the Mexican Cartel is after their ally as well? The Bracadyte leader meets with the vice president to negotiate their safe return to Aukrabuh (their home under the Ocean) Can he be trusted?

As I've previously reviewed, I love this series. Such an escape into a whole new world. I did think the ending of Zaureth was a little anti-climatic BUT I know the adventure, action, passion, intrigue, danger and love will continue in OZ Book 5. Impatiently waiting for my review copy now. A must-read series. You won't regret it.

I have to say this book was the sweetest of all in the series so far . Why ? You'll need to read to find out :) But for all the romance lovers out there this book will have you swooning :D and your eyes twinkling .

Zaureth and Amy were a perfect match , one complimenting the other. Zaureth showed Amy the light within her darkness , love within his being and a depth of emotion they both never deemed possible .

A sweet romance , that will have you sighing , grinning and eagerly flipping the pages .

The story progresses from each story to the next . A slow progression
Within the overall plot . But enough to keep you hooked .. Each initial story giving us a new love and romance among the pages and an update on the direction of the virus .

The virus has progressed for the worse. I'm eager to find out which direction the author takes us. It's certainly intriguing and leaves you guessing and wandering and wanting more.

The writing is fluent, the characters loveable and a well directed plot as each book is penned .

I've loved every book in this series so far and always look forward to the next .

The love within the pages will melt your heart. The loyalty of this species is unfaltering which make the stories strong and solid.

** If you enjoy a bit of steam in your reads there are moments I am sure that will have your reader wafting with it haha ** Tasteful and delightful thats for sure .

Unfaltering , intriguing and Un-put-downable.

I found out about this story from one of the many author recommendation suggestions that I receive on a social media site and became curious about the story from the short blurb that was with the link. Even though it is a part of a series and the previous stories were mentioned when I clicked the link, I just kept fixating on this one story. I bought it and I have no regrets. I practically absorbed this story! It is sweet, romantic, sexy, and exciting all in one book. I loved how healer Zaureth and Amy came together in this story. I was enamored with him myself after seeing what he did for Amy despite her being blind. The characters are like one large family caring and defending one another. After reading this one, without a doubt, I will have to read the previous stories and those that follow.

Doctor, Doctor, Mister M.D.🎶

As a doctor, alien man Zaureth🐺, isn't supposed to marry or have a mate. But, He has a special bond forming with blind human woman Amy💃💋. He finds that he can reach her with telepathy! She also able to respond!
He tries to leave her because he is supposed to be alone. It's part of him being a doctor. No Mate. He can't stay away, though.....

ARC Received from Booksprout🌱
I also got this ebook with KU.

I was extremely disappointed in this book that is supposed to be sci-fi. It's a novel of a typical angsty love affair, and takes place on a planet similar to 🌎Earth. Except for some paranormal and telepathic ability of Zaureth🐺, it is a typical romance novel. I expected more, an alien planet 🌎, some world building, some spaceships.
The book is well written and edited, the story is just not as expected.

I absolutely adore this series and each book just gets better and and better. The characters are multidimensional and expertly created. I loved Zaureth and Amy's relationship. He struggled with his feelings over his duties but his sweet and unassuming mate captured his heart. The subplot to the series is ramping up as well. The Incola virus is now airborne and things are rapidly changing for the Bracadytes. I cannot wait to see what happens next!

"Blissfully Raw and Ravishing"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, I would recommend this audiobook to a friend who enjoys the beauty of the unknown and the power of truth that can be found in a wonderfully written story. This is a world that will weaves its fingers, words, and feelings into your very soul until you are surrounded by boundless hope and unfailing love.

Who was your favorite character and why?
Amy was favorite character because while she as underestimated her entire life, she was the perfect, fiesty, match for the strong and powerful Zaureth. She completed his soul and was the catalyst for his long over-due transformation of the heart, mind, and soul while he was the one person who completely understood the solitude of the life she lived. He savored and cherished everything about her because she called to him on every possible level of life. In turn, she taught him the important and the value of loving and truly living life to its fullest. Sometimes our regimented way of life can hold us back from the blessings that life has in store for us, and Amy made sure that Zareth knew that he was her blessing and life.

Have you listened to any of Johnny Mack’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I have listened to Johnny Mack's preferences on the previous books in this series, and I have enjoyed each and every one of them. They are each filled with a unique flavor and stunning beauty that will he really brings to life for me. His voice is so rich and fluid that it gives so much depth and dimension to each book. This audiobook is just as exciting and fulfilling as the others. I enjoyed his signature voices and the new ones I am learning along the way. Zaureth's story really touched my heart on a level that the others haven't in its beauty to draw out the otherwise undesirable or unknown and show us how exquisite they really are. Nothing can compare to the true treasures of this life.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Beauty and hope take may forms, so never take anyone or anything for granted.

Any additional comments?
I loved every moment of this fantastic adventure, and I can't wait to see where this storyline goes from here!

This is Book 4 in the Enigma series and I have to say this series keeps getting better and better. The Bracadytes cannot catch a break at all. First it is the American government, who decides to experiment on them. Then it is the Cuban cartel who just wants revenge and some diamonds. The Bracadytes just want to go back to living their lives where they lived in peace.

We met Zaureth way back when in book one. He is the Healer and he has some fancy powers. He is feared and also people give him a wide berth because of his telekinesis and the fact that he can see the future. Zaureth has always been shrouded in mystery because no one really knows where he came from and no one knows the extent of his abilities. His entire life has been consumed with Duty so when he meets his mate, Amy Mallory's baby sister from Vaulcron, he tries his best to fight the pull.

Amy starts to resent always being looked after and taken care of and not being treated as though she is an independent person. She has some insecurities however with Zaureth she realizes that she is enough. The two of them together was just sweet. I love the relationship and I love the way these two complemented one another. This was not an instant love situation because the relationship progressed over I want to say at least 6 months. It started off with Zaureth helping Amy around to him realizing that she is the one for him.

I love this book and I can't wait to see them have a child. Also I love the fact that the royal family considers Zaureth as one of them.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest views and opinions on it .Zaureth is the fourth book in the Enigma series and can be read as a stand alone however I suggest reading all of the books in order so that you can get the most enjoyment out of them. Bracadyte Zaureth is a healer who lives by his vows of celibacy and peace . He is severely tested when Amy enters his life shes everything he never knew h wanted .Amy may be blind but she knows what she feels and wants and that is Zaureth .The connection between these two is strong but they have a rough road to go down before they get the happily ever after they both deserve .The characters in this book are well written, full of depth and so relate able. The story itself is captivating and flows along at the perfect pace keeping hold on you until the end .Full of action and emotion I would say this is one of the best books I have read this year.

This book is no longer available. The Journey Continues includes book 4 Zaureth, book 5 Oz and book 6 Gryke of the Enigma sci-fi series.
I received this audiobook as a gift from Ditter Kellen before she pulled the series from Amazon.
Enigma is a 12 book series. Apparently I’m not a fan of Sci-fi romance because these books didn’t hit there mark. I couldn’t take the dialogue seriously. I had a good laugh. These books are character driven.

Narrator:
Johnny Mack is the solo male performer. He’s a professional voice over talent. I listened at 1.9x speed using the audible app. I wasn’t impressed with the female voice of Amy by a man. When Johnny was reading in the third person he sounded great. When he performed the voices of Zaureth and Amy I didn’t like the way he portrayed there voice.

Zaureth: A legendary healer fully devoted to his people, Zaureth is one of the most powerful Bracadytes in Aukrabah. But his gifts come with enormous responsibilities and a heavy price—a vow of peace and celibacy. From the moment he meets Amy, a tiny human female born without sight, those vows are threatened. She calls forth every protective instinct he possesses, along with a desire he is powerless to deny. Amy Brighton may have been born blind, but she doesn't need sight to know how she feels about the Bracadyte healer. Their first touch forges a connection between them too strong to resist. Now Amy must overcome a lifetime of dark uncertainty if she wants to live, and turn to the only light she will ever know. Zaureth...
This book had little to do about Zaureth’s home and more to do with Amy whose a human and Zaureth whose an alien creature being together. It reminds me of The Shape of Water movie. This was by no means the same as watching Star Trek. This book reminded me or better yet sealed my date of not enjoying sci-fi romances. I find it funny that alien creatures have unique body shapes yet the one thing they have in common with humans is the penis.

Ive been waiting for Zaureth's story since book 1 and I have to say, it did not disappoint. I loved the feral devotion he had for his family and the length he was willing to go to keep the vow he made as a youngster. Although this story ends with a happy note, I can see a lot further character development over the next however many instalments and cant wait to witness the journey.
The love of Zaureth's life is sweet and laid back Amy who suits him down to the grown. She is sweet and you cant help but love her. Amy is another character I can see character development that im waiting to unfold.
As with all the Enigma series, we have the bad guys forever causing havoc, favourite already known characters and a batch of newcomers. Loved the story. Love the author.

My fifth read/listen from author Ditter Kellen. After reading the sixth book in this series I went back to start at the beginning of the series and read Enigma, then Naura, book 2 in the series then Vaulcron, book 3 and now Zaureth, book 4. With each book Kellen writes the story-line gets more enticing drawing the reader deeper & deeper. Narrator Johnny Mack has become the voice of the aliens and his talented narration adds greatly to the book’s enjoyment. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. Well-written romantic sci-fic/suspense, with well-developed characters. I’ll be reading more in this series. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request, and have voluntarily left this review. The hunt for a cure and the hunt for the Bracadytes has intensified. Once innocents start to get harm Zaureth, a very powerful healer, breaks his vows to become a very powerful warrior and they make their way back to they underground home. With each book the characters get more developed and more interesting as the action filled plot moves at a fast pace. Except to listen for longer then you intended to looking forward to the next book.

I'm in love with Zaureth!

Just Amazing. This book flowed like water. I devoured this book in one day. Zaureth is torn between what he feels for Amy and his vows as a healer. I loved how the story flowed while continuing with all the previous characters. This is exactly the kind of novels I love to read. I highly recommend.

I love Zaureth. He is so kind and compassionate. Also innocent in his own way. He makes such a good pair with Amy and all her naive curiosity. These two are the type of people who would be swallowed up in the chaos of our world today. Seeing the way their love evolves is nothing short of magical. A credit to the series!

Zaureth's story was fan freeking tastic! Poor Zaureth struggled so hard against his attention to Amy. The virus is spreading and now Oz is missing. I'm not so sure that the land walkers can or should be trusted.

Sorry I'm hot for you

The turmoil the healer feels in being attracted to and wanting his mate almost takes it too far. The blind innocent is the only women he's ever wanted and the w oman can't understand his issues with the draw that she feels. The gift of sight for both of them.

I absolutely love Amy and Zaureth love story! He was always so gentle when he was first appeared in Enigma. Zaureth can be sweet, caring and yet he can also be extremely possessive. I love how he was able to give Amy happiness by allowing her to see through his eyes what she never was able to see.
