Variant
The Midnight Queen and Variant continue to threaten us. And now we know they’ve been sacrificing the fae in order to increase the Midnight Queen’s power…
Dragan and Baron are at each other’s throats.
Cambion turned on us and is imprisoned by his brother.
Theren is still under the power of the Midnight Queen, as is Variant.
And fae creatures are being sacrificed for their life essence.
Everything is falling apart and the end is looming.

This series ya'll... I have been a fan of this author when I accidentally found her years ago. This series is truly different. I mean I am not one to blush & let me tell you I blushed. Those sex scenes... Omg.
This series has some pretty good twists and turns. Just when I think I figured something out.. Something happens and I am like yeah you know nothing JB... You know nothing. This series made me go on boy multiple times. I still favor Dragon but not on boy those bad boys are starting to gain a little rank.
As always the world building is awesome the characters are so rich and complex. Even the bad guys make you feel something ... It might be rage but you will feel.
Such a fantastic and unexpected series. I cannot stop reading!

Eilish needs allies to fight the war against Morrigan, The Midnight Queen. She travels with Dragan and Kolvar to meet some of the powerful men who can help turn the tide in the upcoming battle. With their help, they can also release some of the fae Morrigan is killing to strengthen her power.
Meanwhile, Theren has broken Morrigan's hold over him only to land himself in the dungeon's of another enemy. Pyre and Baron must work quickly to help him escape. Cambion finally has an opportunity to make things right between him and Eilish. Variant is still trying to break free of Morrigan's hold, but so far no luck. Find out what happens to them all in VARIANT.
VARIANT is one of the best books so far in the SACRED OATH series. Eilish has come into her own, and accepted herself for who she is. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it. It was wonderful to finally get the background info on Eilish's relationships with Cambion and Theren. I am so glad Theren was able to end Morrigan's control over him. I just wish Variant could have been so lucky. I know the next book in the SACRED OATH series is going to be epic and I cannot wait to read it!

The Rebel Lords or Vindication
What a ride The Rebels Lords of Vindication have been on. So we now know The Night Queen is pulling strings but we have yet to find out who her costar is.
This book was a blood bath, non stop battles. It seemed like that’s all they did, one fight after another but I see how it was necessary. It did remind me a lot of the battle scenes in the Dolcie O’Neil books with all the different creatures, a woman leader and the different training sessions between unlikely characters. However it was unique in its own way. Even though this book was dedicated to Variant we didn’t see a lot of him. There are more characters in here than you will find in a George RR Martin novel so it gets a little confusing with all the different story lines going on. I didn’t enjoy this book as much as the other but like I said it was necessary and we did learn a bit about forgotten pasts. Looking forward to the final installment.

Eilish and the guys are at the spire. They are trying to figure out there next steps. They need allies in order to fight Variant and The Midnight Queen. Eilish and Dragan will go with Kolvar, the the mercenary stronghold. They are hoping they will help to free the fae. The others are going to try to Cambion.
Variant is trying to fight Morrigan's hold on him, she keeps the spell up. He will do her bidding even though he doesn't want to.
Theren has broken through the spell that Morrigan has placed on him. He tells Cambion everything he can before the spell snaps back into place.
This just a basic outline that has happened, there are so many good moments in this book. I am can't give out spoilers, as you need to read this book. This series gets even better with every book. Looking forward to the next one.

This series just gets better from one book to the next. The rollercoaster ride just gets more dangerous the more you read.
There is one part that is one of the hottest scenes I've ever read. Talk about needing a cold shower! I can't wait until all of them finally come together for Eillish! So good!!

Great read
This story was an awesome addition to the series. It explains more and devolves a lot of information. The series is really good and I enjoyed Variants perspective
