Free Book. Lots of recipes. Poorly thought out.

This book gets one star for being free. One star for decent information. One star for being short and to the point. One star for lots of recipes. Lost one star for the lack of organization in those same recipes. No actual planning on the grid food plan with recipes that serve nine people for lunch followed by a dinner for two. Obviously, common sense would need to be applied and the recipes are only a suggestion. I might try some of them. Looks like the author Googled meat recipes and just copied them in. The food plan is no useable. It is missing directions and serving specifics.

I'm not sure about this diet. I am a meat eater but I also love veggies and think that things like fiber are important. But I do really appreciate the recipes and the fact that they have included an entire section on organ meat. Organ meat is vastly underrated, it is delicious and I like that more of the animal is being used. Most of us, though, have not been taught how to prepare these cuts and it can be daunting. This is a nice guide

Meat Eaters will LOVE this book!!

I really appreciate this book! One thing about it that made it stand out is the recipes and the photographs of the food! Delicious! The book has hyperlinks to the introduction to the carnivore diet, chapters, recipes, and the conclusion. I did like to read a book that encourages people to eat as much as they can according to their bodies needs! The recipes are well written and easy to follow covering seafood, white meat, organ, and red meat. Recommended!!

I’ve been losing weight consistently on the Carnivore Diet, but I was looking for more variety beyond the bland chicken recipes of my own creation. This cookbook has lot of interesting and satisfying recipes that keep me from getting bored and giving up. I love the prosciutto-wrapped whole roasted beef tenderloin. They were a big hit with my husband and easy to prepare. I’ve also tried a couple of the fantastic meatballs. They are simple, healthy and last all week.

Helpful recipes

If you need recipes this book is helpful. Not helpful to know which cuts of meat are tender or not dry. That is the hardest part of carnivore.

Impressed

I really wasn't expecting to see normal Cooking recipes with a twist. It just makes it so Easily carnivore. Very impressed with the book.
