Tracking What's Mine: Hound Search & Rescue Book 4

Blakely
My computer and my motorcycle- those are the two things I love most in this world. I’ve never had a warm or happy family, and sulking over that fact would get me nowhere. So I’ll just stick with what I know. My virtual world and a best friend who keeps me grounded. At least that was my world until Tracker came along, and with him came memories from my past that were lost and forgotten. But also a chance to have it all back. Questions is, who thought they had the right to take it away from me in the first place, and how can I make them pay?

Tracker
Finding things that should’ve been gone forever is how I coped with my past. My computer and my brothers were there for me and that’s all I wanted out of life. It kept the memories from coming back and consuming what was left of me. Until Blakely pulled me out of cyberspace and into reality. I thought I dealt with my demons, but they still had a hold on me until she drove them away. Now I need to do the same for her. Her past was lost, but with both of us there’s nothing we can't find. With her love and my computer, I start Tracking What’s Mine!

I wished that they had went into more detail about Blakely's childhood a little more we already had an idea of Tracker's from when we read Irish's book because the time in Juvie and the bounty hunter business together so we knew about 70% of his back story but Blakely's is still spoty. Like how did she "forget" she was kidnapped but still had her childhood bear with her birth parents singing and talking to her and never questioned who those people were or where the bear came from especially if the "parent" never showed any kindness or affection towards her. She is a hacker why didn't she look into that since the bear was so important to her that she still carried it around.

Im happy to say a lot of what I was ranting about in my review about book 3 is coming to lite. So that means that I'm spot on with the Mac and Pixie thing, and I'm guessing that Bank's "Bunny" is Joey hear me out because when they went to have their Girl's Nite at the strip club Freya had asked Doll if she invited Joey to tag along. Doll's stated that Joey told her she had something to do "what could you possibly have to do in the middle of the night???" So when Bank was all in away that his woman is suddenly gone missing without a trace I just linked the two together I could be wrong just have to wait until book 5 is released.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Handling what’s mine is the fourth book in the ‘’hound search and rescue’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. This story is Tracker and Blakely’s story who we have met in previous books. Blakely is Freya’s best friend and Tracker is a member of the hound search and rescue. When Tracker meets Blakely, he wants her but will she give him a chance. Blakely takes no messing and is full of sass. She has had a far from easy life but when everything turns on its head, what will happen?
The chemistry between Blakely and Tracker is clear to see and I liked them together.
I love Blakely’s friendship with Freya and the girls.
I loved the whole kidnapped as a child aspect. I liked seeing Sledge and his father find Blakely and get back what they lost.
My heart hurt for tracker over what happened to his parents.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

My favorite of this series!!

I loved this whole series but this one is my favorite!! I just really loved how Tracker and Blakely’s relationship developed. I was just so wrapped up in their story. It was really beautiful. I loved who Blakely’s real family turned out to be and the twist about who took her. These books were all great and I recommend every one, but read them in order because they build on each other. I’m hoping Bank and especially Joker get a book. I adore Joker. Also this author started a new series starting with a book about Blakely’s brother Sledge. That book was fantastic!

Another great read. A intriguing and captivating read, that has a little bit of everything in it. The story moved at a good pace and was a smooth read. It does end on a slight cliffhanger. Loved the characters. Tracker, a strrong alpha male but the silent type. Unless those he loves are in danger or his job is jeopardised. Blakely, her story in summoned up really nicely in this book. She’s tiny, she’s fiesty and she’s a wizz on the computer. Their relationship was made in hacking heaven. Overall another entertaining read and a grwat addition to this series.

I binge read this series over the weekend. Blakey & Tracker are so fitting for each other. Her finding out she isn’t who she thought she was throws herself for a loop. Tracker is there for her they it all. But their story isn’t over when the other part of her mystery from being taken as a child comes back for revenge. This time it looks like Bank may be the one to save her? Can’t wait for Bank’s book to come out as well as others that I’m sure to follow. Keep up the fantastic writing ladies.

please read

If you’ve made it this far you will have realized that the epilogue of the book before introduces the next book. This is fine and all when the book is out however after looking I found the authors Instagram where in 2021 they said they were no longer writing and have no plans of writing anymore in the series they have going. With this I suggest NOT reading the epilogue of this book. This book itself is good and that’s why it keeps it’s 4 stars from me.

Wow..Book four in Autumn Remington's Hound Search and Rescue is a rollercoaster of a story. They give us many twists and turns.. but they leave us with a dozy of an ending. Now I have to wait patiently for Banks Book!! Happy Reading!!

Blakely is certainly giving Tracker a run for this money in the hacking department that’s for sure. My heart just broke for both of them and what they went through.

That was a surprise I was not expecting about Roger, that certainly shocked me as did the epilogue.
