Sometimes LUST can get you into things that LOVE can’t get you out of.
Vinny’s love for Cami is unlike anything that he has ever felt before but in his heart, he knows that he’s not ready to give in to the fairytale life that she dreams of. The luxuries of being at the head of the Maler Empire affords him a plethora of “opportunities” that interfere with what he’s trying to build with her. When AD Maler introduces him to Magic, he’s drawn to her instantly, but she has some dark secrets of her own. With Porsha still in the background, will the two be able to act on their attraction to each other or will LIFE intercept and end everything before it even begins.

This is a great spinoff
I'm in love spiff the way he treat magic Sj I love it.
Vinny has to grow up or Cami going to end up Skylar. Skylar comes a cross as a shady character. Maybe he's the undercover. Nikki Brown did a good job coming up with good character and storyline. I can't wait for part 2.

Nikki! Girl I need Part 2 Today. I Love Spiff an Magic together! Khalil bad as I don’t know what. I want Vinny to grow up for Cami. I don’t like Skylar something is up with him. Last but not least I can wait until Spif touch Porsha she know she wrong trifling!

Great Read
Truly enjoyed this spin-off and I couldn't put it down. A page-turner and it held my attention from the beginning to the end and what a ending. Nikki, your writing and these series gets better and better and I love it. Vinny, needs to get it together and I like him and Cami. Magic, is good and what Spiff needs. I can't wait for karma to take care of Porscha. Skylar, is definitely shady and up to no good. After that ending, I can't wait to see what happens next. Spiff, is going into beast mode. Great job Nikki Brown.

Spif was a good dude. That dang Vinny was a whole mess. He loved the only way he knew how, which was not a right or wrong way. I love the way they chose to love the women in there lives.

A Really Entertaining Read
Author Nikki Brown is truly a gifted storyteller and she have proven this over and over again. This spin-off from He Brings Out The Good In Me is all that I expected and more. I can't wait to see if Vinny grow the hell up and become the man that Cami need him to be. As far as Porsha is concerned I can't wait for Spiff to make her pay for what she has done to their son. I am still confused as to who been snitching to the Fed about Spiff and Vinny. Also Skyler is still a mystery because I don't know what his agenda is as of yet. But one of the highlights of this book was Kahlil, Kane and Isis they are hilarious. I am hoping that there will be a series with the Maler kids coming soon. But in the meantime I can't wait to get the next installment for this series. I highly recommend anything written by this author you will be well entertained I should know because I have been reading her complete catalogue and I have only one more series to read before I am done and I have enjoyed them all.

Nikki Brown is a badass writer! I mean that with every ounce of love. This book hit me straight in the heart. I felt every emotion along with the characters. It did take me a minute to get into the story because I couldn’t rock with a mom being kept from her child. But as things built up, I became team Spiff. It was nice to see the Maler gang back with a BANG! Especially, Khalil’s crazy antics. Whenever all the characters are together cracking jokes, I’m laughing along with them. It was nice to get little updates on the old crew. I was a little disappointed Piper wasn’t in this one, but where would he fit now? She’s just that character I love to hate. In the next part, I hope to see Spiff taking legal action to get his son. He has all the Maler’s support to do so. A little more on Cassidy and Key would be nice too. Overall, I give the book five out of five stars because it is just too juicy. I didn’t think the last series could be topped but part one of the spinoff blew me away!

Porscha was a complete mess, when it came to her motherly skills. She was too naive, to see that her priority should have been to S.J, and not Seth, which was sad. All Seth wanted, was a driven woman, with motivation, who was a mother figure to his son, S.J.
Seth loved his son dearly, and Magic came at the perfect time. She was everything Seth needed in a woman, for him, and for his son. Seth thought that he was incapable of love, but Magic came along, and stole his heart. I loved her for him, and she's the best when it came to baby SJ.
Vinny might have lost Cami for good. Vinny started off selfish, but once Cami cut off all his benefits, he realized with the help of his closest friends, that Cami, and her feelings, had to be placed first. Vinny's pride at first, stopped him, but he decided to put the love he had for Cami first, but it may be too late. Vinny and Cami loved each other, but sometimes love just isn't enough.

The beginning of another great series
Man Nikki know she can write some banging ass series. Glad this is a spin-off from her previous series, which by the way a hitter. Spiff is going to kill Porsha with scandalous self. I pray that SJ will be ok. I glad Camilla got tried of Vinny and his hoeish way. Even though I hope Vinny gets himself together before Cami leave for good. He can't keep playing and breaking her heart without consequences for his actions. Spiff and Magic make a cute couple and Magic is just what Spiff and SJ need in their lives. I think that Skylar is a undercover cop. Hope Camilla figures out that Skylar is up to no good, before it's to late. Glad the Maker klan was mentioned, and the update on their lives. Can't wait for part 2. What I love about Nikki's series is the fact that you don't have to wait forever for the next book to drop.

Vinny, *wipes forehead sheesh I love me some Vinny.... He’s such hothead but there’s so much to him, although he’s young he’s very wise & I love that. I hope he & Cami figure things out b/c the love for one another is definitely there. Now as for Skylar dude is most certainly Suspect ain’t no doubt about, I’m just waiting for his motives to show face. Porsha.... stupid, careless porsha I just can’t wait for Spiff to kill her, she failed her son twice too many & Spiff deserves is happy ending with Miracle, b/c they’re surely made for one another. Porsha was just downright scandalous and sneaky. Messy with his so called friend bear who I’m sure is going to be dealt with in due time and to her putting jayla in her conniving plans... pt.2 please hurry I’m desperate 😭😅

I feel like everyone can relate and connect to one of the characters in this book. Every time I read a book by Nikki I literally feel like I’m on the scene like I experience everything they feel.Cami and Vinny need to get it together, but love will have you questioning your sanity and making hasty decisions. I don’t like Skylar he makes me itch.... Magic and Seth deserve happiness, and P need to put her track shoes on... I love that you brought back the Mahler men and spouses and the coolest kid EVER.

I kinda felt bad for Vinny he doesn't know that much about love and plus he's still young but I do know he loves Cami. Cami is demanding more from Vinny but to me she going about it the wrong way. Porsha needs to be put in jail but I'm sure that Seth is going to kill her. She is such a trifling mother. I love Magic with Seth they are the cutest couple. Cami and Vinny just can't catch a break. He was a damaged man and she doesn't realize that her running to Skylar's rescue really made his insecurities shut down on her. I think she will be the one trying to make up after she sees he gave up on love and on her. Bear is nothing but a traitor and he needs to be dealt with asap. I can't wait till the next book drops because this bok was fire.

Omg this series is gonna be lit. Spiff baby momma is a piece of work. I want to know how cami gonna react when she get that info on ol boy that he’s playing her. I wonder will vinny ever trust her again to make a relationship to work for them. Cause she really broke his heart by pulling that gun in his face. And I can’t wait till they find out what bear is doing. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read I’m sooo excited

That dumb broad!!!! Seth is going to kill Porsha she gave the baby drugs😡😡. Poor SJ I hope they get help before it’s too late. I have so many questions about Skylar like who is he and what’s his agenda??? Vincent better get his life together he knows that Cami loves him he needs to stop with the insecurities it’s not a good look. Khalil is still my favorite with his bad ass😂😂🤣. Dope spin off!
This is a really dope spin off. Cami and Seth both have my interest as they explore love. I love Magic and Seth together. They seem to be exactly what the other needs. Cami has been putting up with way too much from Vinny. Vinny thinks just because he’s young he can be an fboy but that’s not how it works! It seems like everyone is suspicious of Skyler so Cami doesn’t have a real other choice. She deserves so much better!

Page Turner
Character development was on point for some characters. I wish she would of given a little more background into the characters from the past series As I had to keep trying to remember who the players were. Spiff was concerned about his son did Porsche careless cause harm their son. Magic and Spiff trying to building something. What will happen to the couple's in book 2. Great read will definitely read another book by this author.

So much drama packed in this storyline. Drama is not always bad though, it just makes the story better. Character development makes the characters very relatable with some appearances from the Maler crew. I enjoyed and recommend this five star read. Excited to see what will occur in the next book. I knew from the beginning Skylar wasn’t to be trusted! He was obsessed with Vinny and Cami! That’s just sick ! Then Bear abs Porsha was a disgrace, how could you poison your own son ? Then try to make yourself right in that situation. I was mad at Spliff but happy he got his self together quick !
