Things get even worse when rivals to the local crime syndicate show up to cause problems, and both he and the hostess Elizabeth are forced to work together to rescue as many revelers and gamblers as they can. Now, Ben is being tapped by a local fixer to find the gambling hall’s head of security, and if he refuses, Elizabeth and her younger sister will be the ones held responsible. Especially since the cult leader has a shady, murderous past, and is busy trying to secede from the city. Thomas will have to find a way to bring in the cult’s founder while also mustering the courage he needs to tell Rachel that he’s the one really responsible for her brother’s death.BOOK FIVEThe owner and boss of Eagle Eye has had some of the worst jobs imaginable. At least, he thought so. Now, Mark Riley is forced to deal with hired killers and drug-cartel hitmen as he tries to spark a war and save Paige Henry, the daughter of a Washington bureaucrat who can end Eagle Eye with nothing more than a stroke of her pen. The target of his rescue attempt, a covert CIA agent, is less than satisfied with the outcome. The only way she’ll let Mark return her home to “the company” is if he first helps her bring down the cartel that kidnapped her. The only problem is that it’s the same cartel that invaded his own adopted city. Can Mark temper Paige’s desperate need for revenge? Or will she drag him down with her as he’s forced to confront Eagle Eye’s own involvement in the cartel’s rise to criminal power?

Book one
Aimee is working as an accountant for her brother in law’s company. Her sister is and Kemp’s wife is the CFO of the company. When Aimee leaves one night from work, two men try to kidnapper her. Her sister then hires Eagle Eye Security to protect Aimee. Joshua is the person assigned to her. Then the story gets really exciting as the two are trying to outrun whoever is after her. There is betrayal, action, suspense and romance in this book. I loved it and strongly encourage you to read the book.

Book two
Mindy is working a night shift at the bar and finds a man at a booth once she looks the doors. She finds out he was hired to watch the businesses as there have been someone attacking people and stealing there money. When Mindy goes out to her car, Kincaid checks her car and yells for her to get out and run. Then her car blows up. This is just the beginning of horrible things happening to her with Kincaid helping her. There are so many other happenings that are connected, but no one ever put together. It gets exciting and a romance forming. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

Book three
This is another exciting book around Ben and Elizabeth. Elizabeth is working as a hostess for an organized crime family to make money to keep her sister at a private school. Ben is protecting a Japanese customer who is at the gambling establishment. When men surge in to kill all the people there Ben protects his customer and Elizabeth as well as some of the customers.

Somehow Ben gets mixed up with a fixer who works for the organization and gets him and Elizabeth in some tight spots. This was very exciting and even sad at times. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

Book four
Thomas was with Rachel’s brother when he died in the war overseas. Thomas has a letter for Rachel from her brother that he has carried around for a couple of years. Rachel is working on a campaign to elect a Councilman for mayor in their small town. They are having death threats and Rachel ends up hiring Eagle Eye Security to protect them. I loved that the two had a connection from the beginning. She is a strong woman, but it was nice for her to have Thomas to lean on some. When her friend Veronica contacts Rachel, she finds out she is in some sort of cult. I was so glad that Thomas was there to help Rachel and Veronica. This is another book that is exciting and suspenseful. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

Book five
Another good book in this series. Mark has been led around by the nose of a women high in the government. Now her daughter Paige who is a NOC is missing. Her mother blackmails Mark into finding her. There is so much action and suspense in this story. The PLA are kidnapping young women/girls for slave trade. Paige gets kidnapped and the situations she is caught up in are horrendous.

Paige is no helpless woman, but someone trained to handle men bigger than her. Mark being ex-Military has his own set of skills. I loved the two together and how well they worked together. This is one of those books you don’t want to put down because you always want to see what happens next. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

I'm sorry to say it's a DNF for me. I find it hard to believe this same author wrote the Black Dog Security series which I enjoyed reading. The most disappointing part is the storylines sounded great, but not far into them, they became nonsensical. Incorrect wording, and missing words. A security team that doesn't work as a team. Over-description and wandering off on tangents that go nowhere. Four pages to describe trying on an outfit? I made it to the third page of the third book before I finally gave up. Another reader may have a different opinion and I will be attempting other books by this author in the hope that they are better.

Mixed

Well...... To sum it up, the last story was the best. Now, to clarify. This set if books could've received 5 stars from, ( not that my thoughts are much....lol)
But there were a few missteps that anyone would not be able to overlook.
While each story was good, there were parts of the first four that just did not make sense. And, honestly I tried to make them make sense.
Overall, good stories but the last one? It all clicked. That one story really had no flaws. If it were not for the missteps in the others, I would probably give 5 stars.
But still an enjoyable read.

This series was so good. I didn't want the first book to end to start book 2. It was like that for each book. I had to slow my reading on the last book because I knew I'd be upset when I finished. I loved the different story in each book. Wonderful series.

This was wonderful exciting stories in this series. It definitely keeps you interested in each book. Truly a good read.

I loved this Series!

I could not put this series of 5 books down. I love when a series uses the same characters but each story focuses on a different main character. You really get to know your characters; understand how they think. I lost some sleep because I was drawn in and didn’t want to put the book down.

Camilla did it again. This series was explosive

With every new job Eagle Eye took there was excitement. The characters were matched perfectly and the jobs were gripping. I didn't want the series to end. :)

Contagious!

Love is definitely in the air and the water these guys are drinking. I enjoyed the series, but would have knocked off a half of a star because the author didn’t extend each book to the obvious conclusion and a peek at the intimate relationships.

I just read 40 Chapters which equals book 1 for that crappy ass Ending. WTF and book 2 stars off in a different storyline or so it seems since I have no desire to even try to keep reading this series. Yes i liked book 1 but at moments it did lag a bit but I pushed through becuz it was good.

Fun, crazy and exciting. Eagle Eye Security may not be the most heavily financed investigative group, but they are a rough and tumble, highly trained and intense team. All five books focus on a different agent, each with their own foibles, talents and motives. They fight for right and find the right women to match them. Facing everything from corruption, motorcycle gangs, sex trade, mob bosses, cults and cartels this small, but moral, investigative firm overcome obstacles with grit, luck and determination. There's a few minor gaps in the conclusion of the overall story arc, but I'm hoping one more book for IT guy Zach will put those little pieces together. Nice series, entertaining and exciting.

Good stories foul language

What a pity the author was so foolish as to spoil such good story lines by using such foul language. The prolific use of the f word left one with the impression that these were all pretty low class people, especially the women. We are all aware that men use such language amongst themselves, especially those in the forces, but to use that expletive so frequently in these stories for both sexes when most of the time it was totally unnecessary or perfectly suitable alternatives could have been used, is beyond my understanding. As far as I am concerned it spoiled what were pretty good stories and made me wonder what kind of woman Camilla Blake is.

The author has the ability to tell a good story. It is unfortunate that there is a belief that a sentence is not complete without foul language in it. A good story can be told without continuous cursing and an a strong writer can communicate situational tension, interpersonal tension, fear, and anxiety without using a curse word. Manly strength is not communicated through curse words. It is communicated through strength of character, heart, mind and body. How sad that the author hasn't figured out how to communicate those attributes in a different way. If the approach was different, I would be able to thoroughly endorse the author. As it is, it's more of a sad ho-hum.

Excellent

Wow what a great series, based around Eagle Eye security this company set up by Mark Riley a veteran and full on Alpha male whose employees are all veterans and specialists in their own rights and all equally hot Alpha males. Each one of these men finds himself in serious situations as they each find the woman of their dreams. Each situation is unique but these men fight their way through and win their women. This series is a great read with never a dull moment full of interest and intrigue you find yourself glued to the pages, well done this author.

Everyone needs a bodyguard like the men of Eagle Eye

Eagle Eye Security is composed of 5 retired military men. Each of them finds love through a case. The men are all alpha males and the women aren't shrinking violets. As they resolve the cases, they end up taking on some of Dallas' most dangerous criminals. Not a lot of sex scenes but a fair amount of violence. One storyline isn't resolved which involves the shadowy government agent who's a frenemy of the security firm and her connection to the heroine in the last case has no closure.

Okay

I don't know if it's just because I had such a connection to a previously read book, or if I just am not in the mood for a novel such as this one- but I did not feel the pull to this novel that I normally do when I am reading a new novel. I will definitely have to try again later.

DNF. Didn’t get too far into the first book. The h was driving my crazy! Attempted kidnapping, then her house is broken into and completely destroyed, being followed while driving away with bodyguard/H and she just continues to fight him and argue with him about everything!

I loved the story of the Eagle Eye Security agency. It had me wanting to read chapter after chapter until the very last book. A few editing mistakes but the characters were really well developed. Can't wait to read more from Camilla Blake.

Security

I tend to get bored with some books when they are in a series. There is some predictability. However, this series kept my interest and kept me on the edge of my seat.
