The Nomad Hostage (The Salted Series, Episode #15) by Aaron Galvin
Chidi (a Silkie Slave) helped her fellow Silkies. She learns she was betrayed by her new owners, and lives were lost. She was promised freedom but she is torn , save herself, risk her life and save many others. Tough choices and danger awaits for Chidi under the Salt.
Sydney is learning more about being a Royal. Getting used to servants, the notoriety, and entitled living is new to her. But there are still secrets among her family and the new friend her Mother is pushing on her. Her Mother warns her not to trust her Father, she is still torn on how to feel about her Father, now that he is somewhat in her life. Sydney's world is full of change and mystery and adjusting is not as easy as she thought.
Fast paced, action filled suspense. Danger is all around for those in the salted world. A fantastic end to this season of the Salted series. I was left wanting more and look forward to see what happens to my friends below the sea.

We learn a great deal in this fabulous episode of The Salted series about who people are with hints as to their past. That’s enough spoilers hinting at the great story of this episode. Aaron Galvin has written such a great series with seemingly effortless ease that you could take it for granted that it will be well written and entertaining. I try to never lose focus of how hard creating something so good can be. This episode continues the awesome tales of the characters beneath the waves with an exciting story line. Fans of the series will be excited by what we learn this time. Yet more great writing from a firm personal favorite, highly recommended.

This is the final episode of season 3 --- I can't believe how fast it ended! I went through these episodes much too quickly and I can't help but want more. This episode is fast-paced (as usual) and full of plot twists. When are these characters going to get a break? There are still so many mysteries to solve and I'm excited to find out what happens next. Excited for season 4!
