Billionaire in Vegas by Summer Cooper a fantastically fabulous five-star read. This is the first book by this author I have read, it won’t be the last. I plan on stalking as soon as I finish writing this. It’s funny and sexy and will make you laugh so hard, and want to punch people a little as well. I read it in one sitting and loved every page.
Jude Foster is a billionaire playboy who beds a different woman each night according to some. He’s a former professional soccer player who still has the body to show for it, him and his dad haven’t always seen eye to eye. But they are there for each other and sometimes that’s all that matters. Jude really is trouble with a capital T.
Lacey Cabot is a hard worker, but when her eccentric boss gives her a birthday present she will never forget, a birthday weekend in Vegas on his Jet and in his hotel, she knows her and her girls will have a great weekend. Maybe she can get over her dry spell after all, because we all know what happens is Vegas stays in Vegas. Until it doesn’t. The problems start when Vegas follows them home.
There are some funny moments in this book, and the side characters are great, I am sure you will fall in love with Oliver Foster as much as I have, which is possibly more so than I did his son.
Billionaire Hunt by Summer Cooper a five-star read this is worth the hunt. This is the second book in the Billionaire Matchmaker series, but it is a stand-alone read, each book tells a different story. I am a huge fan of Summer Cooper, she writes great characters and shows us that karma and fate do have plans that we can’t always stop. (Karma is my girl and I would love to heart her forever, a little like I do with Summer Cooper).
When I read the blurb I was a little, mmm I don’t know what to make of this story, and when I first started reading it I was a little mmm about Erik as he is a very closed off person, but as the story reveals itself he does start to show us more and becomes someone you do want to read more about and find out more about, his story is one that will keep you hooked.
Misha is in a place where her life is falling apart and she is living in her best friends farther in law’s pool house (more about him later) and she is still amazing. Misha was someone I loved immediately, she kinda reminded me of work buddy who is someone you would never want to cross, but would also be someone you would want to have your back, that person who is funny and witty and a little scary but also knows life’s hard.
I read this book in one night, I couldn’t put it down. Its sweet and romantic but also shows us the other side of the story and shows us how far people will go for what they want.
Oliver (The best friends farther in law) is one of the best characters ever, he is an eccentric billionaire who you would love to have as a friend or farther figure.
If you are looking for a good romance that isn’t your traditional boy meets girl and they fall in love, this is the one for you. This is a slightly darker story with twists and turns to keep you reading.
Billionaire’s retreat by Summer Cooper a fantabulousness of a five-star read. I adore Summer Cooper, she is fast becoming an author I devour whatever hits my kindle, it doesn’t get time to be added to my TBR pile, it just gets read. This book has it all, some steam and a setting that will make you dream of faraway places where it doesn’t rain all day (like it seems to be doing here in Wales at the moment). Nina Charles is an aspiring actress who goes to an audition and ends up in the wrong line, leading to something that will change her life. All G.L. ‘Griffin’ Wallace wants is to attend his brother’s bachelor party and enjoy some time alone. That’s not what he gets, what he gets leads to hilarity and sadness. But also, a good plot along the way and a story that will suck you in and not let up until the last page.
