There’s no going back now. The battle for Blood Moon Academy has begun in the final book of the series.
My dark magic is only getting darker, and forbidden magic is taking over. The only question is will it kill me or save me in the end? According to the prophecy I’m either the savior, the martyr, or the monster.
There’s only one way to find out.
It doesn’t hurt to have a powerful vampire, fallen angel, wolf shifter, and dragon on my side.
Monster Unleashed is the last book in the completed Blood Moon Series. It’s a sexy, action-packed, why-choose romance with steam, humor and monsters.
Demi Dumond writes steamy adorable happily ever afters. She lives with her real life Prince Charming in the Rocky Mountains. Her stories are good for heating things up on cold winter nights.
We have lots of suspense, and action in this book. We start were we left off, with Keira being paralyzed and the Headmaster taking her some where. What will happen? Can her men save her? What will happen if they get lucky? What will happen with the black magic that's forbidden? Why does the headmaster want hers?

I read through the whole series that should have really been a single book. It was short enough that it easily could have been. This book/series really left me wanting. The last chapter is an epilogue of what they did after they inevitably and surprisingly won/survived, but honestly after being in a time bubble for who knows how long I am left wondering how does that really work. All the people assumed dead, except for the pack which seemed to still care about the shifters, did everyone have somewhere to even go. There were loopholes to the time bubble that were never explained, like how did the guards leave to collect new students, why did they do so, were they working for only the headmaster or were they actually working for magical law that required the detainment of people who harmed people magically. The original robber/guard reappears to give himself away, but why the deceit? What happened to Bree? We don't hear about her after a certain point as soon as Ivy and Keira become friends. Why are they able to hold some weird orgy in front of the assembled monsters once? Why doesn't this strategy ever work again? And then they just poof disappear? And what is up with the fountain waters. and the prophecy? There were seriously so many things introduced and not explained enough then just boom sex scene, peril peril, aggravating accusations that make no sense, peril peril sex scene. Not sure if she is in love, then boom she's saying I love you and no one is batting an eye. I read a lot of academy reverse harem and this one could have been a single book that started the series. not impressed.

This one picks up right where book 2 ended--Keira paralyzed & in the clutches of the Headmaster. After he lifts the spell that has kept her immobile, she tries to think of how she can get out of the office, but quickly realizes it's not going to happen. Her mates & Professor Kiln come up with the idea that the only way they are going to get her out of there is to rip apart the building from the outside, which means there's only one way strong enough--turning Tor back in to a dragon. What comes next is they have to go hunt for items that the Headmaster buried a very long time ago in order to try to break the time bubble. The race is on for completing the spell to break the curse & defeat the Headmaster.
I really enjoyed the ending of this series. I think it would be cool to have a spin off series. Steamy scenes & a HEA.
This series was pretty good. I enjoyed the characters and the story line a lot. The villain was definitely new to me and amazingly insane lol with this book I felt a little let down though. About midway through the book, when they are about to start looking for the boxes there seems to be a mix up with names. Keira says her, rafe, and ian are going together but then throughout that time it mixed Malachi into it even though he is supposed to be with ivy. It is definitely confusing and should definitely be fixed. The ending seemed like it was just thrown in to end the series. Especially with the whole I've cream shop thing. Don't get me wrong, the battle was epic but I feel like after that everything was just thrown in. However, even though I wasn't as satisfied with the end, the series was great and I would still recommend it.
Great conclusion to the series. I had to remind myself where we left off in the action as this book picks right up without any real summary of where the story is.
Naturally those more danger facing Kiera, Ivy, Rafe, Ian, Tor, and Malachi who get help from one of the professors.
I have to say I was a little disappointed in the ending which I shall not spoil. All of this effort (not to mention mine reading 3 books) to break the evil hold of the Headmaster and the ending just kinda plopped for me. A chapter or so of just... so here's our 'new normal'. Overall not enough of a detraction for me for the series.
This book begins right after the last book and starts out with Keira in trouble of course. It was nonstop action, magic, and lots of sex as Keira, her men, and allies try to fight and win against the Headmaster. Some of it was a bit over the top but it fit in with the rest of the craziness that seemed to be unleashed in the final battles. The monsters and the fighting were interesting and made the story different from the last 2 books. An interesting way to end the series and go out with a bang.
This book perfectly rounded out the Blood Moon Academy series. It had action, adventure, magic, friendship and so much more. We found out what was happening in the last book and this book picks up right where that one leaves off. Will the Headmaster finally get what comes to him and will our heroes finally get their HEA?

Kiera is being held by the Headmaster in his killroom, trying desperately to stall long enough for her men to figure out a way to save the day. Then comes the full on battle to try to defeat the Headmaster and break free of the time bubble. With a wolf, a vampire, a fallen angel, and a dragon at her side Kiera risks everything to open the bubble to the outside world. I received an advance copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.
THIS IS BOOK 3 OF THE BLOOD MOON ACADEMY SERIES. THIS HAS BEEN A GOOD SERIES. I THOUGHT THE STORYLINE FOR BOOK 3 WAS INTERESTING AND WRITTEN WELL. IVE ENJOYED THE CHARACTERS THROUGHOUT AND THEY ARE WELL DEVELOPED. I WOULD RECOMMEND READING.

The third and final book in this series and it is so good. Everything about this one had me on edge wondering what all was going to happen. I truly could not put this down and just absolutely loved it. All the characters are amazing.
That ending was like a wham bam thank you ma'am. I feel like there could have been a bit more added to the ending to give a little more meat. Overall, I liked the books, but there were some areas that could definitely use a little more meat to the reading.
I was kinda disappointed with this book. It really dragged out the actions portions of the book and that wasn’t something I was expecting. I was hoping for something a bit more but oh well I guess.
