We get Ryker on Deviant Control and here we have more of Ethan (Ethan is so mine 😍) He was chosen as the first Controller for Lilliana by her father. Ethan is so much more, he doesn't like to share. Even if there are two Alphas in this threesome, Ethan shows dominancy towards Ryker. I think Ryker balances the threesome, even though he listens to Ethans demands he gets his own way with manipulation.
Lillian has feelings and is affectionate to both her Alphas. They can get way too controlling and demanding which makes her rebel which her Alphas are quick to control.

I wanted more Ethan and I got more Ethan. This was deviant guilty pleasure.

I'm typically hard on Omegaverse books where more than one Alpha share an Omega (not my favorite), but L.V. Lane completely explained why this was the case and pulled it off. I still prefer Ethan over Ryker, but like Ethan, I'm 'tolerating' Ryker. (Btw Ryker is called a psychopath, but I still haven't seen any evidence of his 'psychopathic' traits. If someone is called a psychopath I need to see the psychopathy in action).

I know Tsing is up to no good and I'm looking forward to the next book.

If you like Omegaverse, ladies if you like menage, definitely check out Book 3 & 4 in this series.

The ending to this book was very soft! Not a harsh cliffhanger. Slight cliffhanger I suppose, this was a great Part 2.

I'm loving the world in this series; I do think there are times that the author could use more concise language - but I've definitely seen an improvement in the writing style as the books progress.

This is literally a deviant and secret pleasure because the more I read L.V Lane's omegaverse, the more I realize that this is no better than what R. Kelly did to those girls but it's about omegas and alphas in a world corrupted by the placement gene. Nevertheless, there is spanking, imprisonment and conditioning which might not resonate with everyone and I totally get it, I'm the fucked up one. I don't even know how to confess these books during confession.

I am super invested in Lilly, Ryker and Ethan's story! This story has completely sucked me in. With Anna and Hudson in book 2, I was missing a little bit of romance. There's a hint of it in this book so it's more enjoyable and believable to me. I think I like Ethan more than Ryker. And again, I really like how unique this series is.

I am continually amazed with L.V. Lane's storytelling. She gets better with every book and this one is the best one yet! Deviant Evolution picks up where Deviant Control left off and it's on from page one. Ethan is everything I expected him to be and more. We get to know him pretty well in this installment and I love how unapologetic he is about doing whatever it takes to get what he wants. Ryker adds another dimension the this dynamic and, without giving any spoilers, I'll just say that it's interesting and surprising. In Deviant Evolution we definitely see the evolution of the three main characters as their feelings grow and change, their agendas shift and plans for the future start coming together. Dr. Tsing took somewhat of a backseat to the burgeoning relationship of the threesome, but he continued to hover ominously in the background making me nervous about whatever his plans might be. I also loved meeting some new characters and I am really hoping that Lucian gets a book. As always, the book was scorching hot! Can't wait for the next installment!

Deviant Evolution (The Controllers #4) – L V Lane

Lilly Brach is an Omega. What happens when her Controller becomes a shared position…

In this book we continue Lilly, Ethan and Ryker’s story. The two Alphas have faced off many times, with Ethan mostly coming out on top. Although Ryker does seem to get a few good swipes in both physically and mentally. This part of the story deals mainly with developing the relationship between Ethan and Lilly.

Ethan is an extremely large brute of an Alpha with a criminal background from a poor colony planet. He was conscripted without choice into the armed forces and thus the war against the Uncorrupted. He is considered a brilliant special ops Alpha and was hand picked by Lilly’s father to be her Controller when the time came.

We get a much better look into the mind of Ethan in this book. His personality is surprisingly faceted despite his being a virtual god of war. His methods of control are ruthless, immediate and final. Lilly is terrified and half in love with him from the onset. He applies her first spanking to which Lilly’s reaction is mortification and arousal. The scene ends in some very hard and explicit sex. We also learn a little more about his relationship with Lilly’s father, the connections he still has with his criminal past and the lengths to which he will go to keep Lilly save and out of the hands of the Uncorrupted. Ethan has already decided he will not be giving Lilly up to a more suitable and civilised Alpha as her father originally wanted. He plans on keeping her and breeding her. Together forever and always.

There are a couple of chapters (21 and 22) where the heat factor sizzles up to supernova level and we finally see a sexual sharing element between Ethan, Lilly and Ryker. Wowser!!!

Usual warnings for Alpha/Omega power exchange, spankings and sexually explicit scenes making this another 18+ read. Loved it! Five stars.

These three just keep getting better together. Ryder is crazy and hilarious and Ethan - well he’s just drool worthy. I am hooked on these characters and love the rich story underneath the seriously explosive chemistry.

My oh my this fourth book is getting more delicious😘😂

Ethan, Lily and Ryker story continue in this fourth book of the series.
Although the series it self is stand-alone, but for this MFM story, you must read from the third book of the series.

Now, let's talk about Ethan, Lily and Ryker.

“THE FIRST DAYS and weeks of control are hard,”Ethan said. “You’re probably convincing yourself that you understand how it works. Might be thinking it will be easier now you are back in your home city. That Daddy is going to step in and save his princess, or at worst, hand you over to a nice civilized Alpha.”“He won’t. No one is going to save you. The only rights you have are the ones I choose to give you. You will learn to obey me. If you don’t, I will take your few privileges away and discipline you until you do.”“You’re mine now. I don’t just control you—I own you in every way that matters.”

Drop the mic! 😂

Ethan definitly an Alpha with this line and I'm drooling over this guy🙈😂
First chapter and I'm gone.

Chosen as the Alpha controller for Lily by her father, Ethan never hesitated to take control over his little Omega doctor.
He's the Alpha and he doesn't share. Even with Ryker, the second controller tasked for backup for Lily rescued and protection.

In the previous book, we see how Lily going limbo with her new found situation. An Omega who never have Alpha controller even in her older age. An Omega who are independent in her career as a doctor. An Omega who keep secret of her singularity and repress her heat. But with forced to have TWO Alpha controller, Lily is overwhelmed.

In this book, the pace of these three chemistry is interesting. In every MFM romance I've ever read, I always wonder what kind of man can let his woman with another man.

L. V. Lane answer for me.
They don't. 😂

Ethan and Ryker is an Alpha in their own Savage way. Specially Ethan, he would never share. Jealousy, dominancy, the mine mine mine instinct is strong. That's make sense to me. Cause while Lily can have feelings for both of them for naturally women are more affectionate, I think this is the first time author mention how men, an Alpha would never share.

Although Lily's lure are too irresistible and the only way they all can win to make her happy is to share. 😘

Interesting with their dinamics. How the Alpha being dominant and protective and make sure their woman is happy by giving her a sense of independent and freedom, and how Lily learn to submit and bow to their wicked wish.

And that last chapter?
Ohmylawdylawd that was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was afraid my library gonna get burrrrn😂😂

At the end of The Controllers #3 (which must be read first) we saw Ryker handing Lilly over to Ethan after they reached Chimera. Lilly returns to her research role and gradually life settles into a new normal. The book explores the developing relationship between Ethan and Lilly, alongside Lilly's gradual acceptance of what it means to be an omega. There is also subtext on how relationships suffer when partners don't fully communicate their thoughts and feelings.

The Alpha/omega dynamic is one of dominance and submission, it's a controlling relationship in a power exchange rather than abusive way. There are also times when actions may skirt the line of dubious consent, though all sexual activity is fully consensual. However the needs and desires of an omega means that Lilly flourishes in the relationship, although her rebellious mind sometimes gets in the way!

I quickly found myself absorbed by this story, drawn in by Lilly's strength and determination not to be dismissed just because she is omega. Ethan proved to be a fascinating character, just as alpha as Ryker but almost the antithesis of him. What you see is what you get with Ethan, there are no games, no power plays, no subtle manoeuvrings. The author actually surprised me with how attentive and attuned to Lilly he was. His appreciation of her as more than just a prize, his genuine interest in her work and his desire to see her emotional needs fulfilled though her work showed us just what a complex and layered character he is.

We got some much needed "bigger picture", seeing the main characters not only interacting with one another but also with work colleagues and friends. The setting was extended to include a wider variety of backdrops, such that I felt more aware of the world, more cognizant of how the different dynamics are viewed and interact with one another. More traditional omegaverse elements were woven into the story, including heats and knotting, something that had felt a little lacking in previous books.

I believe this book would be enjoyed by those who read books with elements of power exchange, such as spankings. This is also suitable for readers who like SFR too.

Fantastic Conclusion!

What a fantastic conclusion to Lilly, Ethan and Ryker's story. Once again the story is fast paced, action packed and so amazingly steamy (definitely panty melting), you may have some issues reading with one hand!

Lilly is an amazing character with tons of spunk and whit. She is fierce and independent but is also falling deeply for two very strong alphas. Ethan and Ryker are definitely super alphas. They are protective, big, sexy and very growly. Ryker is funny but a little crazy and Ethan is dark and intense. When they are together with Lilly their interactions are extremely explosive and highly combustible.

I love everything about this whole series. The writing is fantastic and the world building is amazing. I can't wait to see where the author takes us next.

Deviant Evolution is the second part in Dr. Lillian Brach’s saga.

Ethan returns from war and Ryker is sent away. Ethan is something else... He is strong and an ultra Alpha Controller but he has a softer side—which I love! Where Ryker is manipulative in getting his ways — Ethan is a savage, he takes what he wants and he definitely wants Lilly.

Poor Lillian is an independent woman and having more than one Controller is eating at her spirit. Will she embrace her fate and her two Controllers or will she try and flee from their dominance.

I love this second installment in the Deviant saga. The characters grow and develop so much throughout the series. I cannot wait for the last part of Lilly’s story to unfold.

This book is for mature audiences only who enjoy Alpha men taking control and demanding obedience from their Omegas. This book is ultra steamy and super hot.

I love that you get more of Ethan in this one. He is so possessive and he even claims a side of Lillians neck (If you haven't read the first one to know what I mean by this, then go read it!).

I love how he is with Lillian. He has his own way of dealing with her that is almost completely different then Ryker. I also like how when Ryker pops back up you get to see how that plays out. I think my favorite part had to be when Lillian finally calls Rykers bluff.

I loved watching the development of these three's relationship. And how these two Alphas deal with both wanting Lillian. This fourth book in the series, second in this relationship, ends in a cliffhanger. But it ends in a Happy for now kind of way. I can't wait to see what comes next!

Lost a bit of the storyline

So,I like in this book that you learn more about both Ethan and Tyler's past. I also like that they are both pretty adamant about going after Tsing. I just don't like them all together. Separately,eh, Ryker's maybe just not my cup of tea. To me his manipulation is just as bad as Tsing's, at least with Ethan there is no hidden agenda. I wanted a bit more from Lilly and her Father's conversation, it was very short and not really important at all. All in all, just okay. Looking forward to what happens next, because all hell is gonna break loose if Tsing hurts Lilly.

Hot, Sexy and Sweet

I enjoyed this book very much. The writing was excellent and it moved along at a good pace. I enjoyed the intriguing references to things setting up in the background. But, most of all, I gained a new insight into the Alpha/Omega dynamic. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Another great addition to the series

Another great addition to the Control series. I like Lily as well as Ethan and Ryker, and the scenes in this book are HOT!
There is a lot of dirty scenes in this book, but it’s to push the story forward and show the conflict between the Alphas.
I know something is coming with Tsing, and I hope I get to see him die in the next one!

Continuing the story...

Lillion Brach has two Controllers and she's not sure what to do. These two Alphas will do everything in their power to learn how to work together to show Lilly she can have everything she couldn't even imagine having, especially them.

I appreciate that this has a little bit of a mystery or extra plot on the side with Tsing's betrayal, but Lilly has completely lost her personality from the previous books.

This is the second book that tells Lillian's story (and #4 or #5) in the series. Please note that in later years, the # of books was changed at some point to accommodate the prequel, The Awakening.

Whereas the first book (ie updated #5 in the series), Deviant Control, was all about Lillian's rescue, the scene where Ethan rescues her, and her relationship with Ryker, this book is about Ethan. And I LOVE ETHAN. I wish you would have more of him. Ryker just sounds like a messed up pretty boy, but Ethan's just a raw dominant brute who loves Lillian from the beginning. I love how badass and "I don't give a sh*t" he is. And plus, he sounds like he has way better judgment than Ryker. I guess I'm into more mature men with more experience.

It also goes into how Ethan and Ryker negotiate their relationship with Lillian. I'm okay with threesomes, but it's not my favorite, especially in this case, but that's my bias. I think almost anything that Ryker could add to the relationship, Ethan can make up, personally. Except that including Ryker in the story means we get to experience any time Ethan is called away and Lillian feels the stress of being alone.

Anyway, glad to see that the author wrote additional books on Lillian's journey. Very fascinating. I love Ethan dominating Lillian. For some readers, I can see how women can identify with her journey as a professional woman, but yet still submit to a stronger man. I loved how Ethan basically said that what she suffered from was not enough sex. Well, she's getting plenty of it now.

I skipped ahead to all of Lillian's stories, but I'll be looking forward to swinging around to read about all the other minor characters in this delightful series.

Can Lilly find salvation?
Or is everything she's known truly gone?

Lilly has been saved ( I guess that's what we are calling it 😳)
Ethan is not a happy controller - No one plays with his toys and to go as far as to scare or harm her -
Blind rage is his only response
Now on to claim what is his

Something with Tsing is really off here - Ethan knows he is a danger to his omega and he needs to figure out why and he needs to do it quickly
We met Ryker in the last book - such a twisted Alpha - can't help but love him he makes an appearance here and we get the deets on why our little omega has two controllers
We also get a bit of the why that was behind her pops making the decisions he did

The back and forth between these two alphas was entertaining, to say the least. Props for everyone not just slipping into a slot and calling it a day.
Ryker's lack of self-preservation and his need to manipulate others on a purely emotional level just adds to the dominance games between these two. Ethan, in my opinion, is definitely the more dominant and he is not one to share his toys - at all. I do admit though despite his more battle-hardened aura Ethan's concern for Lilly goes far beyond just the chemically induced physical responses.
If you take the dominance battle between our Alphas (not that there is really one but Ryker likes to play he has a chance) add-in Lilly's battle with her omega dynamics and don't forget Tsing's hidden agenda and you have a recipe for disaster that is boiling over

This is one of my top series in this genre
It has a strong series plot that easily carries from episode to episode
dotted with multiple smaller plot lines that run concurrently -
Then add the couple or in this case triple who are staring in that episode and you have an engaging and entertaining read every single time

I am still curious about Lilly's blood ...

Ethan has returned home to Chimera and it is time for Ryker to go on a mission. Ethan and Lillian move into Lillian’s apartment to begin her training in being controlled by her Alpha. Where Ryker was psychologically manipulative, Ethan is the real deal. He gives one warning if Lillian is lucky before he hands out the punishment. Halfway through the learning process, Ryker shows up to add his flavor to the mix.

I enjoyed the sexual and emotional development of this thruple. Each one of them is struggling with their emotional response to this unusual coupling. The constant back and forth between Ethan, Ryker, and Lillian, and their desires makes this novelette a page-turner. Reading the process of two Alphas as they realize they must share one Omega and how it fits into their usual belief system, was intriguing to me. Even in fiction, men think fighting each other will solve everything. I was engrossed in reading Ethan’s journey to discover his role in the thruple and how it fit into his image of himself. Ryker’s emotional struggle with human emotions and acceptance of his current fate is spectacular to read. If you are sensitive to manipulation/psychological mind games, bloodletting/vampirism related intimacy, or want a clean-cut HEA, this novel is not for you.
