Not your average werewolf story, this one focused more on the monster walking in human skin. How their emotions, desires, and feelings control the predatory behavior of the monster. How a twisted love can bear consequences to all parties, by even those who aren't a monster.
This was one of the best werewolf books I've read. I loved it. I read it straight thru, l couldn't put it down. I had to keep going to see what happened next.
This was an awesome read! I could have read it in one day but when night came I decided to finish the next day, it was pretty creepy. It was an unusual romance and the ending kinda made you hope another book was coming to tie up some characters. The characters are very well developed and you cared about some and really disliked others. Great read!
Finally an honest to goodness werewolf tale. Good characters with interesting back stories that don't interrupt the main plot. The story moves smoothly without wasting time with long sex scenes. It looks at werewolves a little differently without diminishing the old beliefs and expectations.
Well, I liked it. Great character development, lots of twists and turns, some love development, and of course, werewolves. In this particular story, the werewolves are seeking revenge. There isn't much gore, but the action is good. I loved the smaller town feel to the story and I enjoyed the references to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. I am looking forward to the sequel.
A different and unusual spin on the classic werewolf tale, the "monsters" here are presented as fully-dimensional, once-human individuals. Not animals nor alien entities, these were once "like us," and their "monstrosity" elicits readers' realization of the "monsters in human form": that is, those who are still demonstrably human but through genetics or environment are themselves monstrous in behavior and personality.
Seeking to Devour was a quick and easy read but still had all the werewolf thrills I was hoping for. The highlight of the book for me would be Alex, I liked how his motivations changed from wanting revenge to wanting to protect who he originally wanted to hurt. I liked that Alex was a werewolf who was sympathetic but also still horrifying at the same time.
The ending leaves me to believe that there could be a sequel someday, I will definitely read it especially if it’s focused on Alex.

This is ok. I’m still not sure whether it’s a young adult book or not. I love werewolf horror and I thought I’d give it go. Very easy to read and there are some gripping moments. I don’t want to give anything away.
The main character is a werewolf, but it is a story that is engrossing, scaring, and the person develops as happen. The writing is clear and easy to read, but is still good words. The individual characters form relationships and develops. This is a great book.
