This was good!
Archie Rivers is the second installment in the Tycoons from Money Series. I read it fast as soon as I got it. It is just as good as the first book, Terrance Rivers. Both books are about brothers who rise from nothing. Archie has more to navigate and nearly loses his way and everything he should hold dear. So does Tamara, his love interest.
I am truly looking forward to the next book, Daniel Hawthorne. The preview has peaked my interest already.

I really enjoyed the storyline in this book, the flow was also smooth and easy to follow. Tamara and Archie are likable characters and I enjoyed this marriage of convenience that turns out to be something so much more.

I really enjoyed Archie and Tamera's story. He's the boss she works for him and they were sleeping together something happens and they decide to get married it's a nice story.

Bravo!
My favorite part of this book was their wedding. I loved the fact that Archie conjured her father’s presence when he could not physically be present.

Ok! 😏
I enjoyed this 2nd installment so much more than the first. I like that Archie & Tamara already had a connection and that she was financially stable in her own right. The development of their relationship is more believable than that of Terrence & Rose and a joy to read how it unfolded.

TWO Of The Same
I still can't believe I enjoyed this story more than the first book. It was more tough able. You can, at least I felt these two. They were made for each other. Her an only child him having been raised by and having no one else but him. . I suggest for all to read it.

dry
I found the book to be dry. I would skip around to find a more interesting section. Tamara aka Tammy didn't keep my attention. She wasn't interesting. I couldn't really connect to Archie, but he seemed like a good guy.

The best romance stories are a Cinderella kind of thing however this was good to read too but didn’t trigger the effect.

Great book, made me shed my tears. So glad they communicated a d had the happily ever, I just wished more was said about the guy that tried to rip him off.

The take becomes the real!
Archie and Tamara had a sexual and boss/employee relationship which changed when Tamara told Archie she needed to be married before her dad who was in a coma passed on. Archie suggested they get married so she could keep her family legacy. They got married and fell in love along the way. Tamara's dad passed away and Archie was so focused on cleaning up the mess he made with a business deal he had been targeted to be deceived by that he was not there for Tamara as she grieved her dad's passing and everything that goes with a loved one transitioning from this world. A talk with his brother Terrance hearing how Terrance messed up his and Rose' relationship but was able to fix it up and that Archie could also fix up his mess. Archie set about laying the ground work to win his wife back in a real marriage and not the fake one they began in. Both Archie and Tamara admitted their love for each other and moved forward. They are now living in her inherited family home happy and expecting their first child. I would love to see the deceiving so-called businessman and his conniving brother get their comeuppance! Overall this was a very good story.

Reading about Archie the younger brother was just as good. He already had his own business in art animation which seemed to be going quite well for him. And Tamara worked for him and was very good at doing animation in their advertising area. The two of them were already seeing each other secretly or so they thought. Anyways her father had become a very sick man due to age and just his body eventually breaking down on him too. She didn't want to loose her father he's all she had left and loved him dearly. She was going to inherit all that was her family's wealth but in order for her to get the money portion included she would have to be married if not she would loose that. She had to decide what to do after all Archie would be the logical person but they didn't love each other.She had to decide what was more important! Thanks for sharing!really enjoyed reading about both brothers!

Archie and Tamara. Enjoyed the story but there was not much of a back story. It starts with Archie and Tamara being lovers. Tamara is an animator that works at Archie's company. Archie is trying hard to be like his brother Terrence (book 1) instead of being himself. Tamara's father is ill in order for Tamara to get her inheritance she must be married, so she enter into a marriage of convenience with Archie. This story has some underhanded business deal (Archie learned a tough lesson) , need to listen to your older brother sometimes, don't think you know it all. Remember sometimes the love you are looking for as been there all along.

Delightful
Oh my this is such a emotional story. There is drama with lots of emotions it's sad but the romance and passion shines through. The characters are charming and entertaining. I only had one problem it's short and I felt that I needed more. Of course there is a HEA which makes it enjoyable. I highly recommend this series.

Archie was a welcome surprise!
I did not expect Archie to be so playful yet loving with Tammy! He was a man on a mission to stand apart from the shadow of his brother Terrance and the lover to assist Tammy with holding on to her family legacy. The couple endured some struggles, did some growing yet came out on top due to their love for another! This was s good read!

I enjoyed reading the love story of Archie and Tamara. Their love story began from an arrangement that they had and free from there. This story contains intriguing, dreams, hope, heartbreak, deception, and falling in love. I will be recommending this book to everyone I know!!!!! Another great novel Monica Charles!!!

I genuinely enjoyed this book. I loved Tamara and Archie as a couple. I wish karma had paid Diya and Khourly a visit. A must read.

The female came out of nowhere without background. Skimmed the personalities of each. Never empathized with the characters. Would not recommend.
