I share everything with my twin—every man I kill, every woman I f*ck. But once my sight is set on her… she’s all mine. AUDREY If there is one thing I don’t have time for, it’s men. Especially not men six years my junior, with a wicked smile and abs for days. No self-respecting woman with career goals and bills to pay would fall for a guy like Liam Steel—he’s everything I never wanted, with his easy laugh and complete disregard for rules. He’s not the man for me, I know he isn’t. He’s got secrets, and if I get too close they’ll end up burning me alive. So why can’t I stay away?
LIAM It was meant to be a harmless fling—she was supposed to be just another quick f*ck before I was out the door. But Audrey Waits is so much more than I ever thought she’d be. She’s the one. I should be happy I’ve found the woman I want to marry. After all, isn’t that what everyone spends their entire life searching for? Their one true love. Too bad I’ll never get my Happily Ever After. How can I, when being with me means she’s marked for death?
LOUIS It was always Liam and me. Through every hit we’ve done, every woman we’ve f*cked and every loss we’ve suffered, we’ve been left standing because we had each other’s backs. Then she showed up. The prissy little bird who’s wrapped my twin around her finger, making him careless. Making him vulnerable. In our business, you have a weakness, you’re dead. And if there’s one thing I won’t survive, it’s losing Liam. So I’ll protect him—even from himself, if I have to. I’ll make her think I’m him. And then I’ll break her. She’ll regret the day she fell in love with a Steel.
I am Nora Ash, and I write a plethora of different romance books. Some of them are really dirty, some of them are only kinda-dirty, some are paranormal, some are contemporary… Basically, I have a rampant imagination and no way of controlling it, except from just writing down whichever idea pops into my head at the time.
The one thing my books always have in common, though? A great story and a guaranteed HEA. If you’re ever in doubt about what you’re about to read, have a look at my book page. It has a flame rating for each series, so you know what you’re getting yourself into!
I’m originally from the cold North (AKA Scandinavia) but these days I live in rainy England with my amazing fiancé and our two pesty cats. When I’m not writing, I’m probably reading, watching Real Housewives of Wherever (reality tv it’s my shameful addiction) or hiking in whatever bit of woodland I can find.
Three fun facts about me
I once ran away with a traveling circus I’m bilingual. Almost-kinda trilingual, but my Spanish is terri-bad these days. I’m a decent rider (English style only, though)

NA is usually a sure bet for me. All her stories are usually originally plotted with very torrid and eye popping sex scenes. It's not that this book was bad. The characters had charm and flesh, the story was original, the 'twin' conundrum at finding love was well explored, the Brit slang on point (though why so much slut shaming during sex I wonder 🤔?) and there was even some nicely done reverse age gap.
My main issue I think was that I found the book's pace laborious, esp. in the first half. I felt that more could have been condensed and been more swift in delivery. All NA books I have read before were in the fantasy genre, where she excels in the exercise, so therefore, reading a mafia romance from her was a new thing for me. I found the mafia part a bit too light, esp. knowing that her pen is usually much more sharp at world building. It was definitely not a bad book but it will not likely incite me for a re-read in the future. The sex scenes were excellently torrid ofc 😉

This is the 3rd book in the series and... It surprised the hell out of me! There is some really awesome steamy sex, and the relationship?...it's a bit different! ;) I loved this book through and through, could not put it down.
Just don't forget your fan while you read... You're gonna need it! ;)
SINFULLY DELICIOUS !!! Title: Trouble Series: Made and Broken Designation: Book Three of Series, Full-Length Standalone, NO Cliffhanger Author: Nora Ash Reading Platform: Kindle Ebook Edition My Rating: Five Sinfully Delicious Stars***** **Although each of the books in the Made and Broken Series can be read as a standalone, there is an underlying interconnected storyline. The author does a fabulous job of giving the reader sufficient backstory, but I do recommend reading them in order. It will greatly enrich your reading experience and I'm sure it's one decision you'll never regret.
Wow! I loved, loved, loved Trouble! I've been a diehard Nora Ash fan for years and never tire of her raw, gritty, sinfully deliciously dark romance. My tastes in reading are extremely eclectic, but one thing that never changes is my passion for romance, any kind of romance - although I will admit, I do prefer my love stories to be edgy and unordinary. And folks, the writing style of Nora Ash can be described as many things, but ordinary is never one of them. It's actually quite extraordinary and so is Trouble, the third release of the Made and Broken Series. I truly loved the first two books of the series, Dangerous and Monster, and adored the antiheroes of each, brothers Blaine and Marcus Steel, but oh my lordy - devilishly handsome identical twins Liam and Louis Steel are just the cat's meow! And they're GINGERS! *SWOON* I do have a weakness for red-haired hotties! Liam and Louis are just so naughty and totally irresistible! *SWOON - AGAIN* Okay, I think you get the point - I LOVED Liam and Louis! lol... But as usual, I digress so let's talk about Trouble.
Trouble is a riveting, deliciously dark, fast-paced, well-crafted, full-length, standalone bad boy mafia romance filled to the brim with danger, drama, deceit, heartbreak, angst, suspense, violence, treachery, betrayal, passion, romance, and sex. Now, folks, let me be perfectly clear. Dangerous is not erotica but it is erotic. In romance novels, there are wild, steamy sex scenes that are just about the sex, and then there are explicit, exquisitely written love scenes that are all about the romance and emotion. In Trouble, you get the best of both worlds, the perfect combination of heated attraction, wild fiery passion, sweet romance, and dreamy sex... and though plentiful and prominent in the story, it's secondary to the actual plot and only serves to enrich the story. The sex is not 'the story'. I know that may be a little confusing to some, but I believe most of you know exactly what I'm trying to say. The narrative is beautifully written in the first person with multiple perspectives from lovely, hardworking, 32-year-old business consultant Audrey Waits and handsome, cocky, identical, 25-year-old London crime family twins Liam and Louis Steel. In this book, we also get a point of view from the London crimelord and evil family patriarch, William Steel. The dialogue is smart, snappy, raw, emotional, seductive, well executed and flows effortlessly. But without a doubt, my favorite element of this riveting saga is the magnificent cast of well-developed characters. I found them to be captivating, fascinating, complex, intriguing, engaging and sexy as sin. The men of this series are not your typical book boyfriend heroes. They're mafia, made men, and bad to the bone but there's nothing they won't do for the people they love, especially the women who capture their hearts. I was completely smitten with the three protagonists and yes, I said three! Beautiful, intelligent, people-pleaser and always good girl Audrey Waits is absolutely fascinating. The metamorphosis of Audrey's character is truly mesmerizing. Seeing Audrey evolve and grow into a fiercely independent woman brought tears to my eyes and joy to my heart. And OMG, I think you already know how I feel about handsome, trash-talking, and very cocky but troubled mafia bad boy identical twins Liam and Louis Steel. *Sigh...OMG, I love Liam and Louis* I assume you've already guessed this book features three protagonists, but just in case you haven't, I'll spell it out - TWO GUYS and one lucky lady! *SWOON - AGAIN* And they're absolutely perfect separately and together! The banter between all the characters is beyond entertaining and, at times, hilarious. The attraction between Audrey and Liam is immediate and undeniable, but the real kicker and total surprise is Louis' reaction to Audrey. The sexual chemistry between these characters is electric but it's also so much more! Their passion literally explodes from the pages and blazes out of control! I sniffled, snorted, snickered and raged through the entire book. This is one love story you don't want to miss. It ripped my heart right out of my chest.
No spoilers from me, but I will say this... Beautiful 32-year-old good girl heroine who has spent her life trying to please everyone except herself-check! Two handsome, mischievous, mafia family twins, always up for a good time with no intention of ever settling down with 'one bird' and have been known to pull a naughty switch on the women they meet-check! A chance encounter in the park that will change three lives-check! A love story that will break your heart-check! An evil family patriarch willing to do the unthinkable to retain his power-check! Danger, drama, lies, deceit, murder, suspense, and double trouble-IN SPADES! Heated attraction, fiery passion, heartbreaking angst, steamy sex, dreamy romance, and a heartwarming happy ending-you bet! OMG! That and a whole lot more!
Did I like this book? No, I LOVED it! I was riveted to my seat, white knuckling my ereader, my heart fluttering wildly in my chest as the time flew as quickly as the pages! Would I recommend it? YES, yes, yes, but only for adult readers since it does contain graphic violence, delicious dirty talk, and steamy dreamy sex. Also, it's somewhat of a May-December trope featuring an older heroine(age 32) and two younger men(age 25). Hubba! Hubba! Will I read this author again? Duh...is that a trick question? Of course, just as soon as she releases her next book! And finally, was I entertained? Completely! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

Good lord! Every one of these Steel boys are naughty! Liam and Louis and no exception. Liam has a chance meeting with Audrey on the street when he helps her out of a bind. They both find they cannot stay away from each other. Then of course William Steel has to ruin everything. Liam breaks things off with Audrey and thats where things take a turn. Louis gets very naughty and well, he's not the only one. This book had me on the edge of my seat not knowing what these bad brother were going to do next. Stella Hunter killed it as Audrey as well as all the other characters in her chapters. She is absolutely amazing! I mean her performance in Chapter 39, well...just wow. Of course Shane East knows how to do bad boy oh so well and the twins were no exception. If you are a fan of this series and have been waiting as long as I have for this audio to come to fruition, do yourself a favor a grab this book. Wow!!
What an amazing, blazing hot listen this was! I loved every steamy and suspenseful second of this scorcher of a mafia romance. When Liam and Louis Steel, twin sons of London’s ruling mafia family, cross paths with Audrey Waits, a buttoned up corporate consultant, they bring all sorts of trouble to her career focused, boring life. In the midst of it all, there is incredible suspense as the twins scheme with their older brothers to overthrow their ruthless father, who will stop at nothing to stay in power. He has already ruined a few of his family members, so Liam and Louis step up to lead the way in taking him down. All of that and falling in love, too! It all begins when Liam comes to Audrey’s rescue and is smitten from the moment he fixes the broken heel of her shoe. Louis ends up falling for her too, albeit through a bit of trickery on his part. While still reeling from a sense of betrayal by both brothers, Audrey must leave with them when they suddenly go on the run from their father. Their time spent in hiding is full of revelations and the heat is turned up higher than you can imagine! The suspenseful conclusion will have you on the edge of your seat wondering what will become of the Steel family and the woman who is so deeply loved by both Liam and Louis.
Having listened to the first two books in the fantastic Made & Broken series by Nora Ash and being so deeply entrenched in this thrilling mafia saga, I read the eBook of Trouble (book three) as soon as it came out. Since Shane East narrated the first two books, I was beyond excited when I heard that the audiobook was coming. I was doubly excited to hear that Stella Hunter was joining him. Shane is amazing as always with his commanding presence and incredible accents. His chilling portrayal of their evil father is so powerful. He’s just so very good at being bad! Stella portrays all of Audrey’s fear, lust, anger and bravery in such a palpable way. Her British accent throughout the entire book and her steamy male voice were both stellar. She has become one of my favorite female narrators and I think this is one of her best performance yet!
Loved this book. The third installment of the Made & Broken series did not disappoint. This is the story of the Steel twins (Liam and Louis) and Audrey. Liam falls hard for Audrey but love can be deadly when you are the mafia. Liam does what he must and pushes her away. Louis who doesn't want to see his brother get killed over a women makes a plan to seduce her and push her farther away. But you know what they say best laid plans... Louis falls for her too. When she realizes what has happened will she run away ,will one twin take all or will they live happily ever after together. You have to read this book. Mafia violence, lots of Sex, a little MFM and a double amount of hotness. I voluntarily read an ARC copy of this book. There is one more brother....hope to see his story.
This book started the slowest of the three in this series. It got better as the relationship developed. Loved the way the family issue was handled. Truly enjoyed this series.
I was lucky to receive an ALC of this sinful MFM deliciousness as having just finished the first two books in this series I was eager to continue with the next story. TROUBLE is the 3rd book of the Made & Broken series by Nora Ash and follows Liam Steel and his twin brother Louis, two salacious identical twin bad boys who will not only have the woman of their desire in hot flushes but the reader/listener too! This time Nora Ash gives us double the hotness with tasteful erotica, racy steam, and delectable passion. And if the explicit steam that leaves your mind foggy isn’t enough already, the story continues to lead us through the dark treacherous crime world of the powerful Steel family. I just really appreciated the flow of the story, the pace is great, it does not feel rushed, nor did I lose interest at any point. The storyline is not only layered in steam but angst, heartbreak, deceit, danger, some moderate violence, gripping suspense, more twists, and captivating characters. This book can be read/listened to as a standalone, but I would still recommend starting with DANGEROUS, followed by MONSTER as these stories interconnect.
Audrey meets Liam in a Park, being gallantly rescued by him McGyver style from a wardrobe malfunction. They run into each other again, and she quickly realises that she just cannot resist his cocky charm, sparks fly, and the desire can only end one way, between the bedsheets. Liam realises Audrey means more to him than he intended but tries everything to keep her out of his dark world and his feelings hidden, even towards his brother Louis, who soon catches on and driven by jealousy and protectiveness of his twin starts a dangerous game of deceit.
Stella Hunter & Shane East dazzle us with Dual narration, wooing and blowing us away with their incredible talent. So much emotion & passion put into each word. Perfection! Stella does a fantastic British accent, her male voice is just divine, and her interpretation of Audrey is as bad@ss as the heroine itself. BRAVO!!!! And then Shane East impresses me every time with the depth of his performances, especially his booming voice is something else as the scenes where the anger shines through are just magnificent. Also, still gushing over the cockney accent!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome, & 🔥💋💋🔥So I read Book 3of4 first.. oops... Love the Twins & the Lingo, Interesting Twists. It’s a LONG Book (TableOf Content is Wrong) 📚 1)Dangerous 2)Monster 3)Trouble 4)Collateral
In this third book in the Made and Broken series, we get the twins Liam and Louis’ story. What starts off as a chance meeting, turns into something neither Liam, Audrey, nor Louis never expected. Identical twins, Liam and Louis are the seemingly silly brothers. Their charm gets them many women (birds in this story), and sometimes they share them. When Liam sees Audrey in the park, he’s obviously attracted to her. So, he asks her out for a drink. The attraction is mutual, and Liam finds himself enamored with Audrey. So much so, Louis is feeling a little left out. To save Liam from himself—or so he says—he decides to take matters into his own hands and show Liam that his girl isn’t who he thinks she is. Until things get out of hand, and Liam and Louis find themselves in unfamiliar territory…against each other.
There’s a lot of suspense in this story, and I was riveted to everything. In addition to Audrey putting a damper on their relationship, the twins are having to deal with family business that puts Audrey in the crosshairs of their vicious father. The bond between Liam and Louis brings an added layer to their story. Their silly banter is a wonderful part of their incredibly ruthless and violent lives. And there’s also plenty of heat between these three! This book is also a culmination of events from the first two books, and what an explosive tale this is!
Shane East and Stella Hunter narrate this book, but Shane’s emotional range narrating the Steel men is phenomenal! He had my emotions all over the place with this one. Stella did a great job showcasing Audrey’s growth and eventual super strength needed to survive in Liam and Louis’ world. Bravo to them both!
*****This review is for the audiobook***** Trouble is the 3rd book in the series and tells the story of the twins, Liam & Louis. This book continues with the dark mafia, Alpha protector theme but takes it to a whole new level with an identical twin complications. This MFM is definitely more adventurous than the first 2 books, so buckle up! Another excellent fast-paced story, super spicy, and excellent performances that are really powerful by both narrators! I am narrator motivated and picked this book because of Shane East & Stella Hunter, two powerhouse performers who always deliver! This third book is my favorite of the trilogy and there are many bookmarks...
This book is troubling on so many levels. One of the basic ones is that the heroine is raped unknowingly by one of the twins and the book just glosses over it.
I am NOT fan of reverse harem books but normally the heroine knows and agrees to what's happening. In this one the first twin, Liam, falls for her and Louis gets jealous and pretends to be his brother and has sex with her, without her knowing it's a different person. I'm sorry, but that is rape. AND HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT!!! He decides that HE is the one that Audrey is meant for and he now wants to marry her, totally disregarding what he has done to Audrey and Liam. I hated Louis' selfish, arrogant and sleazy ass.
Also for people who have lived in the mafia their whole life, they were pretty stupid with things such as surveillance. The story was more focused on the idiocy of the twins rather than moving the plot forward with the mafia stuff.
I enjoyed the camping and building climbing. I was hoping for a bit more tension underhanded and questionable consent, more devious jealous enter-play between the twins. All players were just a little too eager to jump on board.
Trouble is a kinky and heart-racing mafia romance that is hard to put down.
This is by far the kinkiest and sexiest book in the Made & Broken series and my favourite. I’ve been looking forward to the twin’s book since I first met them in book one of the series. These two are full of chaotic, fun energy and mischief. I knew their story would be something special, and it was. There are two stories in this book. One is centred around the mafia overarching plotline that has been unfolding in this series, and the other is the relationship between Audrey, Liam, and Louis. These two stories unfold separately for the first half of the book with only brief intersections, and then they fully merge in the book’s second half.
Let’s talk about the mafia bits first. There has been building tension between the Steel brothers and their father over the series, and it’s in this book all the tension explodes into a climactic series of events. I really enjoyed how things unfolded in this book. Nora does a great job at building up that heightened emotion, and when shit hits the fan, you cannot help but be on the edge of your seat. The final big showdown scenes were great and also left some smaller stories unfinished for the potential spin-off series. The mafia bits definitely play second fiddle to the relationship parts in this book. The twins are involved in the daily mafia business but don’t necessarily play as prominent a role as their other brothers did. Overall, it’s a good mafia story, and if you are looking for something that isn’t dark and overly violent, then this book might be for you.
Let’s talk about the lusty relationship between Audrey, Liam, and Louis. Their relationship is firmly in the taboo and slightly dark subgenre. As you can imagine, this is an MMF relationship, and there is a lot of banging going on in this book. I mean A LOT. I think you are either going to love the relationship between these three or hate it. I rather enjoyed it. It was different but in a good way. Things move fast between these characters. Their feelings go from one to one hundred in a short period, which is pretty on par for this series. These books are designed to be quick and dirty reads. One of the things that I thought was interesting was the fact that Audrey couldn’t tell Liam and Louis a part. Normally, the heroine is the only one who can tell the difference between two twin heroes, but that wasn’t the case in this book. That is probably because of the direction Nora wanted to take the story in. In previous books, the twins shared bedmates by pretending to be each other. In this book, Louis is furious with the fact that Liam is in this relationship with Audrey. He’s afraid to lose his brother to this unknown woman, but he also is afraid that their father will hurt Liam through Audrey. Louis pretends to be Liam for a portion of this story in order to manipulate Audrey and ends up sleeping with Audrey, who thinks she is sleeping with Liam. Lol, confused yet. Let’s just say that there are a lot of lusty feelings flying around these three, and in the background, this mafia war between the Steel brothers and their father is about to break out. There are a lot of fabulous tropes in this book, and Nora does a great job weaving them all together to create one steamy read. You will enjoy this book if you like the age gap (the heroine is older than the heroes), one bed, insta-lust, public sex scenes, menage, twin brothers, and mistaken identity.
Trouble is another addictive and lusty story by Nora Ash.
This book is good, don’t get me wrong. But I gave it 3 stars because of the of the 1.will they won’t they, 2. Deceit and 3. The pitting siblings against each other trope.
The book had multiple povs which was really cool and fun! I loved that, we got to have Audrey, Louis, Liam and their dads POVs. Never had we gotten a non-love interest pov before in this series so that was cool.
The spice was spicing. Very much, so if you don’t like spice this ain’t your book.
The suspense was so heavy in this book! Oh Lordy it was a lot! Very well written, and played out! The pacing was really good too, I never felt like it was moving too fast or slow.
I’m disinterested in how it ended, but that’s just me and my beef with the tropes, but it did end this series in a nice bow, that to the majority, I think would satisfy them.
This next bit are spoilers/tropes. So you’ve been warned!
This book contains twins partaking in DVP, which I had never read before so that was a treat.
Other tropes are on again- off again, the twins pretend to be each other (idk the name for it) and surprise pregnancy does happen.

A well written story with well developed characters. I like the story line and that it is different. The main characters are the twin brothers Liam and Louis. They are always in trouble and want to f*ck and forget women. They have always been together and been there for each other. Also when it comes to women. This time they fall for the same woman. Aubrey is very carrier minded and does not have any time for a man that is six years younger than her. But fate has a plan of its own. All three have pasts and problems to struggle with and to go through before they can have a future with a HEA. I like the hot chemistry between the three characters. There are hot scenes and attraction. The story flows well and I like it is written in the POV of all three characters. That way you are getting the thoughts and feelings of them all. The story has laughs, sighs, emotional ups and downs, twists and passion. I can only recommend it.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced reader copy of this book.
Liam and Louis are identical twins, part of the powerful Steel family that rules the London Mob. Despite their troubled past, they have always shared everything, including women. Audrey is a driven businesswoman, determined to follow her respected family's expectations. When Liam and Audrey meet, it's an instant attraction despite their seven-year age difference. But as they become more involved, Liam's family becomes concerned about his feelings for Audrey and warns him against getting too attached. Suddenly, the plot takes a dark turn as secrets are revealed and danger looms. This story was full of surprises, especially when the twins introduce Audrey to a unique relationship dynamic. And i loved it!

OMG this book was so intense I couldn't stop reading ! It's after midnight and I have to be up early lol 😋. Oh well it was totally worth losing sleep over . I promise you'll love this book as much as I did ! Who wouldn't enjoy a pair of alpha males that love you completely right ? This book will make you laugh , cry and hold your breath until you think you'll pass out 😉 ! Yeah it's that good woohoo now go enjoy not one but two exciting book boyfriends !
This series was fun to read. Sex scenes are not for the faint of hearts. Twins always have a mystical way about them. It's no surprise that Liam and Louis were ice focal in so many ways. They fell in love at the wrong time with Audrey Waits. Simultaneously, they found out the truth about their dad and his betrayals of the family. Now their father wants them dead. The troubled twins and Audrey realized that they can't live without the other.
It would seem that the author has followed in other amateur writers in the craze called "we must italicize every other word on the page."
I'm also over reading about men who look at women as conquests and the women who fall for their playboy ways just because they've had a couple of drinks.
I was hooked from the very first chapter! I will admit—though it’s unrealistic at times and a bit cheesy (what mafia romance isn’t?) I really enjoyed this. It was a happy accident, I accidentally downloaded the wrong author of a book called “Trouble” I meant to read a totally different book and didn’t realize it until a couple of chapters in and I couldn’t stop!

I'm so glad I bought the series,, I can't work out which book I enjoy the most. I loved the story line of this book, I enjoyed how all the brother's came together in the end. Thanks Nora, an awesome series to read.
This trilogy was so well written. I could not put this book down. I will be thinking about the characters long after I’m done. That’s when you know how great a book is. Well done!!
I really liked the book it was different not what I expected but good I loved that the twins both loved and protected Audrey and the brothers coming together to stop their father it had a wonderful happy ending.
Was echt leuk!
Trouble: (A Bad Boy Mafia Romance) (Made & Broken Book 3) by Nora Ash is a very good book. Sexy and hot this MFM romance is full of humor, passion and drama. A complex and highly entertaining read. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.
