A sweet conclusion, wrapped up pretty succinctly. Even though there was little space to wrap it all up and I think there could have been room for extended exploration I think they did well overall with this.

Always great to see L’Rell being a total badass.

A good conclusion to the series. Spock's inner monologue is so clear in Ethan Peck's voice, which adds rich enjoyment to reading this. I felt it could have expanded a little more, but it was very good.

The art in this really is gorgeous. As expected, Spock shaves at the end of this. The journey in the ice feels reminiscent of a portion of Star Trek (2009), and I wonder whether that may have been intentional. But anyway, it's nice to see that Spock does his duty to honor his family.

The final part of the Aftermath story quickly wraps up the (already short) story. I would love to see elements of the story picked up in future volumes or even expanded into a full length novel.

What was really annoying was that this was split into three books. We had around 60 pages of story in total. Even that would only be considered a novelette in non-graphic novels. While I get that drawing the images takes a lot longer than just typing words - especially since I assume there has to be a script written as well for a comic, prior to sketching it -, as a reader I would always prefer to wait longer and get a full book instead of a series of short fragments.

Aftermath #3

Well I was rather disappointed with the concussion of this story. Okay it has nothing to do with where the Discovery is, but at the beginning of this trilogy. I was liking was was going on. The concluding part felt ....rushed okay but rushed
