With the explosive ending of part two, everyone has to deal with what has happened. Mouse is causing more trouble than is needed. When Messiah finds out exactly who Mouse is, will she have to kill a rat once more? Teck is trying to deal with all that has happened and trying to be there for everybody. This book was a lot and there were a lot of triggers! Glad Harri got what he deserved as well as B Dubb. I just pray Mouse is next. I need Maliah to get it together- Teck is a good man. Mariah is definitely catching feelings for Rucka and he might be catching some back. Mirror took it too far for me in this. Interested to see what happens with Hudson and Mini 👀 Myeisha keeps claiming she’s not stupid 🤣 this book proves otherwise. Girl, come on! She’s playing. She knew this man wasn’t the one and still married him when he is playing in her face. I’ve got no words or sympathy for her. On to book 4!

Most of the characters lack sense…

At their big ages, most of the characters lack sense. When Mina calls Myeisha stupid to her face, Myeisha shouldn’t get offended because she is. And while we’re at it, Maliah as well. Can’t wait for the resolution in the final book.

This just keeps getting better and better! More emotional drama, no communication between these couples. Babies for everyone! Janay ain't no good and neither is their mama! I know darn well Rucka and Mariah ain't about to get it popping! Harri and his freaky friends got their karma and Lou's mama she was no better knowing what Harri was into! This series has so many wow moments! I can hardly wait to see how Jah wraps this up whew!!!!

I finished this book STRESSED AF. So much has happened in this book. Myeisha had me angry as hell. Rucka standing ten on his decisions (most of them) is a big deal. Orlan is doing what he can. Messiah is an interesting brand of crazy. Mariah and Maliah, my heart hurts for both of them. They're trying to figure what to do next.

I couldn't out this book down. The story was taking us on a roller coaster ride. Seems like everybody had drama. I ant believe Maliah and Myiesha though. What are they thinking? Well Myeisha is getting what she deserves but Maliah needs to get her man before she's too late. But really, what's up with all these errors. I had to keep rereading to understand what was going on. I had to take a star for that.

They stressed me out this book! 1st things 1st I want to come inside the book and choke the stupidness out of Myeisha!!! Why did you marry that man?? I get not wanting to be with Rucka but damn you married the man who treats like a chore, baby maker, and live in nanny! He didn’t step when his daughter was violated!! Doesn’t promote your business, isn’t there for his kids and had you evicted. At this point you like living in misery and Rucka needs to live his life! And how dare you throw a monkey wrench in the plan to take Kyle- you cheated on Rucka and got pregnant? That’s probably why you really gave that baby away! Do yall think the results are right or could they have tampered with the results??

Rucka- I like you sir! You’re there for Mariah and I foresee yall starting something but it’s a rebound for both of yal! Jah set it best- you’re providing protection bad comfort- it’s easy to fall for each other. Please don’t cross that like but I see it happening in book 4! God please don’t let her get pregnant. I think that baby that Myeisha is pregnant with is his. Get a divorce from Kenya please! And the way you knocked down that brothel! You’re a good man! And don’t forgot how you fought to get your son! You was dragging Myeisha and her mama by the edges with that one.

Mariah- don’t do it girl! I feel for you! Losing Trac and your twins has to be hard. I can’t wait until you get a hold of Mouse!

Maliah- girl get your man!!! Don’t let another woman get him because he may not come back! Don’t lose love because Mariah’s was taken.

Teck-I hate you he let some little lady slide through. They don’t ever just sit down and get their mind right- they always need a companion along with liquor and drugs!

Hudson & Mina- Hudson I hope the fertility stuff works but I hope you’re drinking doesn’t reverse it! Ronnie get a life! Mina I’m glad you got your baby! Stay on Myeisha neck! Obviously your mama dropped her on head a baby!

Mirror and Orlan- don’t name that baby that to be petty, name the baby that because you love the name and want to pay homage to Hudson.

Kiss- girl I’m so glad you made it! You have a 2nd chance at life. Don’t waste it! Enjoy your life.

And the doggone is ending!! I swear I didn’t think that Janay was going to be there! I knew he was cheating but cheating with her sister and her sister is prego?? Damn!

I think Myeisha is pregnant by Rodger even though he was heartbroken by her decision. Mina is pregnant by Hudson he is drinking himself because of his wife. Ronnie has put him thru he'll cheating on him and have babies by his twin brother and a unknown men. Teck and Maliah broke up because she is afraid something might happen like her twin Mariah who lost her husband and twins.
Kiss was raped and violated in the wrost way and left for dead. Kiss was never be the same again with therapy and healing and time and support of her family. Mariah and Rucka are becoming close friend they both understand pain and heart break. Can't wait until A Staten Island Love Affair 4

Rating 3.5⭐️ Rucka and Mariah, Babyyyy it’s giving The Bodyguard vibes and I’m over here begging them not to cross that line but you know how these Staten Island men move. This whole book was nonstop drama. Everybody’s relationship is in shambles and somehow the chaos just keeps multiplying.

Now… Myeisha. Sis… did you really know with your whole heart that wasn’t Rucka’s son? I have questions and I need answers. Listen I’m not even mad at Mirror. That petty energy 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Just the right amount and honestly well deserved.

The tension, the secrets, the raw emotions Jahquel J never misses. Book 3 kept me fully locked in and side eyeing everyone.
