The young prince, Deor, is an outcast in his own land. Born without the ability to use magius – a rare condition that marks him as an incompetent – he relies on his intelligence and tenacity to prove wrong those who believe he is not fit for the crown. However, with deadly demons and conspiracies threatening the very existence of humanity, Deor must protect the very kingdom which ridiculed him. Will he be able to defeat the demons and secure his position as king?
this was good, but not for me personally. the plot and character development is incredible. i was intrigued, the twists were never-ending, and i felt hesitant to trust any of the characters which in itself is amazing writing. but i'm not a fan of politics in fantasy books, and found myself getting bored of that aspect of it.
I love how amazingly done the illustrations are. The character development is strong. The plot rules. It revolves around fighting for the crown. The chemistry between the characters palpable and alive. I love how the author is really hardworking and keeping up the updates regularly. I hope this continues on. The series is still ongoing!
This is a fantasy series. The themes involve bullying, magic, struggles to make a mark for oneself.
The art is unique and super crystal distinct. It makes me feel like I am actually reading the physical format. The dialogue bubbles and the font are so beautifully done and clear.
This is about the third time that I've read through Deor, and my first time rereading it since J.oori's come back from their hiatus.
I am in love with Deor. Everything, from the art to the storyline to the characters to the music is just amazing. Sometimes I just stare at some of the panels because of beautiful they are. And the storyline- it's just amazing. All the twists and revelations leave me speechless.
