Selfless: The Narcissist Diaries
The Narcissist Diaries is a collection of poetry and prose that tells a story of tearing down a house and then building it back up piece by piece; a personal project that serves as the literary debut for author Jake B. Rydell. Loosely divided into seven portions with bookends known as the Egos, Selfless is a story about examining the darkest portions of the self in the most honest of ways in an attempt to acknowledge and shed some cleansing semi-fictional light on them. In this book there 5 short stories, 67 poems, ultimate loathing & supreme love (in equal amounts). I hope you'll enjoy, and I hope you see a little of yourself somewhere in the book, for better or worse.
