Erin Murphy Lyman is a mom and an entrepreneur. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a graduate from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Erin has worked in Fortune 500 companies, specializing in human resource management, recruiting, staffing, and training and development. She has also managed small businesses, such as dental practices. Erin was an adjunct professor at Marquette University, teaching an upper level business course. She currently manages social media campaigns for dental offices and is the owner of a resume writing and college application essay editing business. She also conducts marketing workshops for local, small businesses. Erin is a wife, mother of four children and two dogs, half marathon runner, soccer mom, stable mom, and lover of the outdoors. She and her family live in northern Maryland. Erin provides coaching and resume editing services.

A must read for moms going back to work!

This was a great, quick and easy read! I felt like Erin was holding my hand and helping me through the daunting process of applying for a job. It’s hard to know where to start after being out of the work force for a while and I felt like the steps provided were clear and understandable, useful, and do-able.
