I really liked this book. Adriana is a strong MC. She does what she can for the people of Columbia. The people who have no one else since the president ceded to the Snake shifters. There is no insta-love, no "I do what I want" then needs saving, no whiny "woe is me!" I loved it! I'm looking forward to the next book but also debating investing in the series since it seems the author has disappeared and the 3rd book hasn't been published.... :-(

I really liked this story. It started out with a bang and just kept me reading to see what happened next. I felt like I was drawn into the story and right there with all the action and suspense I loved the characters and fell in love with the great reporter Adriana. I liked that I could not always guess what would happen next. And liked that it was not all sex from the very beginning but had a compelling story and lots of adventure/action. Plus the hints of what might come next I really liked too. Just a fun story that kept me reading until the very end all in one sitting. I really liked this story and the fact that it was a bit different from many of the reverse harem stories out there.

I really liked this book! This author takes her readers on a magical journey of shifters and humans. The main character is an investigative reporter who meets a hot shifter. This is one book that I'll read again and will definitely be in the watch for additional books in the series. Do yourself a favor and read it if you enjoy romantic fantasy books. I received an advance copy and this is my honest review.
