I am becoming a huge fan of K. Loraine and Twisted Slumber pushed me into fandom even more. I devoured this story and even had a little hanger over after. Kim brings you into this world of sleeping beauty with an M/F/M twist. I don't want to give anything away because I really think everyone should read it for themselves.

Twisted Slumber is a must-read!

I’ve not read much by this author. I had a hard time connecting with the three main characters. Aurora, Phillip and Mal have a way complicated relationship. It was a bit hard to follow. Lots of intrigue and paranormal elements. HEA.

Aurora is living life grand, she’s wealthy, can have anything she wants, but has a father who is just about to go back into seclusion due to his overactive imagination. He believes there is a curse that will take his daughter, just like it took his wife 16 years ago.

Aurora has been invited to a childhood friends home in another country, Philip who she has not seen in quite a few years. She’s excited that she will get to see him again, but she’s confused when she arrives, he’s hot and cold and she can’t figure out why. Malachi, his step brother arrives uninvited and she’s more than happy to be in his presence as he is more than welcoming. One will betray her and one is destined to save her. She has to figure out which one will hurt her, but the story moves quickly and she runs out of time. There’s more going on than she realizes, even with her own friends. She can’t trust anyone. It was a lovely one sitting read and it was quite enjoyable.

Kim you have once again done a fantastic job. I’m not a fan of triangle or harem tales, but you made this book so enjoyable that I didn’t seem to care about the triangle aspect.

This story was full of sexy characters, mystery, twist & turns, romance and fairytale awesomeness. Filled with dragons, curses and so much more! Aurora’s family has a curse that she doesnt believe is rule. But a prophecy will put them all together for this fast-paced story.

Phillip and Malachi were sexy and complete opposite, one being the knight in shining armor, the good guy, and gentleman, while the other is dark and mysterious, the bad boy. One will be her saviour while the other will be her destruction. The chemistry was all-consuming and hot between Aurora, Phillip and Mal.

Such a great read, it had me hooked from the beginning. I love Kim’s work and this once again just shows you how talented she is. I also love the fact that Kim had a few special appearances from past loved characters. Well done!

Can I round this to a 4.5 - because it is totally Grade A writing! I devoured this book like a hungry dragon! Seriously, what is it about Loraine's writing that once I get about a chapter in, I want the rest of the world to disappear so I can completely fall into her stories? Oh and the overlapping of characters from other stories that make me squeal in delight when I read their names, it's like visiting with old friends.

This story make your heart thump with the "oh girl don't do that" parts and then with the "oh please that's too sexy" parts of the story. Decadent layers woven into the tale from fairy tales along with the anticipation of who will our heroine choose to be her one true love....absolute page-turner! This book is yet again a reason to keep all Ms. Loraine's books on my one-click listing!

I loved discovering the twists in this book. If you love fairytales then give this book a chance. I would love to read more retellings by this author. There seems to be a possibility for many more.
Aurora father must be crazy. He keeps going on about a curse that took her mother almost sixteen years ago. This week is the anniversary of her death and he swears that the curse will take Aurora on the anniversary date. But she doesn't believe in curses.
Prince Phillip believes that he will be the one to break her curse with true loves kiss. His step-brother Malichi shows up unannounced. Now Aurora has to choose. The prophecy says, "One will save her, and one is destined to be her end."
Read to find out how it ends!!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a short story about girl whos family has lived with a curse. She doesn't believe in it all, but ends up very fortunate others do. Prince Phillip invites Aurora to a week long charity even at his estate. She brings her best friends and looks forward to being around Phillip. Soon after she arrives she meets his stepbrother Malachi. Aurora has no idea she is surrounded by dragons, fairies, a vampire and other super natural beings. Nor does she know that these two dragons have ulterior motives when it comes to her. Can they find their way thru the twists and turns to true love? I enjoyed this short story

Uncursed Forevermore

At the beginning, I really liked this book. Aurora Westin, Prince Phillip of Ashea, and his stepbrother King Malachi of Drakkon have some chemistry, and even though their "one night" was steamy, I never felt like the affections made it to the level of "'til death do us part," let alone soul mates.

My Aurora, my princess, the woman I am destined to save. Of course, she doesn’t know what ties us together, and I won’t tell her.
-- Prince Phillip of Ashea

Perhaps this just needed another chapter or two to cement the relationship more. I don't know. I do know that I was hoping for more that just didn't come to fruition.

Is there anything Kim Loraine can’t write?!? This woman is bloody brilliant! This story was sexy, mysterious and full of fairytale goodness. Both Phillip and Mal were deliciously sexy and polar opposites. One the gallant knight in shining armor, gentleman to the core. The other, a dark and mysterious bad boy. But there was no denying how much they both desired Aurora and how much she desired them equally in return. The chemistry was electric and all-consuming. Kim Loraine brought this glorious story retelling to life with dragons, curses and so much more! This fairytale retelling was exactly I wanted and everything I didn’t know I needed!

Twisted Slumber was a fantastic retelling of the Sleeping Beauty story. However this story had a few special extras to make this it's own story that you can't forget. Aurora, Phillip, and Mal have an electric chemistry that is felt instantly between all three, and then add in dragons, a family curse, and special visitors that we know from previous books, and what you end up with is a fast-paced story that will grab your attention from the beginning and keep it until the very end. I hope we get to revisit these three in future books.

This twisted “Sleeping Beauty” tale gives us two sexy dragon princes (Phillip as the good knight, and one a bad boy – not necessarily evil, but dark and mysterious) along with Aurora, a princess with a curse she doesn’t want to acknowledge. The prophecy will put them all together for a fast-paced story line that will pull the reader in a totally new direction of a favorite fairy tale.

Who will Princess Aurora choose when both of the handsome dragon princes have caught her eye and the chemistry among them is sizzling?

An interesting and well-written take on an Menage Sleeping Beauty take that captures the imagination and heart. The Characters in this book are well-crafted and a have an amazing depth, you feel as if you know them. This story is Book 2 in the Twisted Ever Alpha Series that has action, twists/turns, intrigue and romance. A must read romance story of a prophesy with a female and the men in search of their woman.

Twisted Slumber is Sleeping Beauty with a menage twist and talk about a page turner. K Loraine is one of my favorite authors and she writes the best paranormal stories. As always once I start reading one of her books I am taken to a magical world that holds me captive from the first page until the last. The characters are well developed, the story is well written and filled with a cursed princess, dragon princes and so many more interesting characters. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

After reading this book I had to take a little time to compose myself and get my thoughts clear in my head before I put them in a review.

This book has twists and turns you don’t know what’s happening. will they all get there happily ever after or will it all go wrong. To find out what happens go buy the book. You won’t be disappointed I wasn’t.

This is a sexy retelling of a Sleeping Beauty with Aurora whose family has been cursed but she doesn’t believe it, there’s also two sexy dragon princes Mal and Phillip one is good and the other is bad they are total opposites but they have one thing in common and that’s Aurora. Will Aurora have to choose one or can she have both but what about the prophecy where it says that one will be her saviour and the other will destroy her?. Fantastic story I enjoyed it immensely and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

This was such a different re-telling of Sleeping Beauty and so captivating that I couldn’t put it down. I was so engrossed in the story that I didn’t know what was going on around me while I was reading. It has everything from curses, princes, dragons, fairies, and even a visit from Lucas Blackthorne. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a sleeping beauty retelling for adults. This is a dragon shifter romance. The story flows smoothly. Double the dragons, double the hotness, and a curse help this book. The book was good but to me there were extra descriptions that we're not necessary and it seemed to slow the book down. Other than that, the book is a fast paced read. The plot is good. Did I mention hot dragon shifters.

Two hot dragon princes, one good, one evil (maybe). A Hollywood princess with a family curse she doesn't believe in. Thoroughly enjoyed this from start to finish. Hooks you right away. Unpredictable, steamy, romantic, sweet, innocent, flows nicely, and very mystical. Well written. Ready for more.

Kim Loraine takes her twist on the Sleeping Beauty tale and adds her own twist. Instead of one prince Aurora gets two dragon princes to choose from Phillip and Malichi .Loved this adult retelling and I rally hope this won't be the only Twisted Ever Alpha book Kim does.

Sexy, hot and over the top describes Kim Loraines books and this one is no different. A complicated twist on Sleeping Beauty has Aurora chosen between Phil and Mal and the utter indecision as to who she should be with and who or what she wants. As I have come to expect I could not put this book down and loved every word.

To be honest, paranormal isn't really my favorite. However, I love fairytale retellings. I do enjoy reading what K. Loraine does with her paranormal books. I love the idea of Aurora picking between the good guy and the bad boy. It's funny what someone will do for love. Some of it surprised me a little, but I really enjoyed this story.

Twisted Slumber: Twisted Ever Alpha was my first book with dragon shifters. I loved the concept and what I loved even more was the fact that there were two of them!! With Aurora in the middle between a Prince and his dark stepbrother Mal, only fire and heat can erupt. Not to mention there is a curse binding all three and Kim Loraine doesn't disappoint taking you on wild ride in the sky!
