Faeling Hard is an understatement!
Loved, loved, loved this second book so much ❤ The first book ended on a killer cliffhanger and heads up so does this one! I was totally not expecting her to stop there. But what should I expect from the Queen of cliffhangers!!!!
Faeling for Them left us with a lot of questions and Serena doled out the answers in Faeling Hard, but left me with so many more questions by the end. Oh the twists she is throwing down! Not gonna share them though. You need to read the book for those! It'll be worth it I swear 😃
What should you expect in this second book? Riel is no weakling! She proves to be stronger than ever even after all the pain at the end of book 1. She is a strong character and the secrets that are revealed should send her running but they don't. She's a fighter and she has 3 really strong, determined, and sexy Virgo to back her up! They will go to any length necessary to get her back and be claimed by her.
I love the omegaverse troupe and freaking love Serena's take on it. She has taken my favorite points and twisted them into a sexy, hot and beautiful claiming in this book. Then she blends all that goodness in with the Fae, Witch and Human worlds and I'm one happy purring kitten over here! But I need more!!! NOW! I know book 3 is going to epic. I can't wait to watch the sh*t hit the fan!!! I was on the edge of my seat but I have a feeling I'll be Faeling off it when Finally Faeling comesout!

Wow! Feeling hard is awesome
Book one found Riel being beaten up between two very strong tornadoes and falling into the ground.
Both she and her Virgo's go through a lot not only to bring them back together, but also learning about what caused the weather to where she went after falling through a portal.
Many questions answered from book one but once again we are left with another cliffhanger.
Serena Akeroyd is the queen 👑 of cliffhangers and always follows the next book with more secrets, lies that come to light and explanations. Excellent read and a book you just don't want to put down.

Ohhh ma gawwwwwd!!! Totally not what i was expecting in this book but then when do serenas books ever go the way you think they will!! Love the stpryline and so excited to find out how this stpry concludes, well weitten and i am truly enjoying it!!

This series is a weird read but i fucking love it.

Fue un libro muy interesante, descubrimos muchísimas cosas pero a la vez se siente como si no hubiese pasado nada.
También creo que hay bases para diferenciar completamente las personalidades de cada uno de los protagonistas, pero como que no sucede. Todos me parecen demasiado “planos”.
Aún siento que hay muchas incógnitas (y se sumaron algunas más en este tomo) pero en general el libro está lindo. Eso si, es súper instalove (tiene “justificación”)

The plot is getting more complicated. There are still more questions than answers. The characters are at least more likeable in this one and we get some steamy scenes. I flew t through the first two and then lost steam in the third. I’m going to try to get back into this series though and finish it.

After the cliffhanger at the end of the first hook I couldn't wait to start this and I really wasn't disappointed. A few answers, a lot lore questions and some hot as hell scenes between the four. This one ends on another cliffhanger and I can't wait to dive into the next one!

The second book was better but I am not sure it really meritted 4 stars. I felt as if the story was made complicated on purpose, it did not feel natural.

This is a different sort of academy RH, one that stretches away from the classes and focuses on the relationship (s) that are developing. Those relationships that reluctant, but starting to feel more necessary to all involved.
Pros:
- Learn more about Gabriela and her powers.
- Hunts of the past come back.
- The bonds are strengthening.
- Omega verse, but not? Odd
- Asks some of those nagging questions in RH, like about jealousy, disgust, preferences and even if things are perverted. Nice to see that addressed.
Cons:
- There’s an underlying point of choice woven throughout the narrative, yet on the surface it feels like choice doesn’t matter and this quartet are forced together by kismet. Still working through that.
- Very rushed.
- Felt like a very quick read.

The cliffhanger from the last book is resolved, she has been saved by her grandfather who as mentioned in the last book has the ability to erase memories. Something he has done on numerous occasions. He has met her and his daughter but they never remember him afterwards.
Now in this book we the readers, alongside the characters, are very confused and in the dark regarding the motives behind the actions of Riel's grandmother. The more we read, the more we are confused. Or at least it was just me. I hate that kind of plots where someone tries to keep you safe by keeping you in the dark and never comes 100% clean when asked, no we have to be spoon-fed the information while the main characters scramble to figure out thing and either fail or just wing it.
We have one big sex scene again, foursome, they seem to be unable to have on one action or at least threesomes.
Now in this book we the readers, alongside the characters, are very confused and in the dark regarding the motives behind the actions of Riel's grandmother. Things are kinda moving along with what Riel's destiny is along with her Virgo. However, she was kidnapped by someone mysterious. He ends up being her Grandfather Linford. He's an okay guy and I like him. He's Fey but he's cool and wants to protect her which is why she landed through his portal. Her Virgo are losing their mind after she disappears and are scrambling to find her. They are solidifying the claiming but things are changing and things are getting out of hand and they just dont understand. So, this book is sorta like the middle of the novel. Its the calm before the storm so to speak. I enjoyed it but more to come!

FAELING TO BE PATIENT RIGHT NOW.
What's that noise you might ask? Nothing just the sound of my tears as I am getting close to the end of the book. Not sad tears mind you, or wait yes because I'm sad I'm finished with this book. I need to the next one right now, I don't think Serena will ever dissapoint me with her writing. I'm flipping enamored with this story, and holy flipping doodle that twist, I need more. Like right now, and i'm totally Faeling to be patient.

Yes, yes...keep them coming
I jumped right into this book. I was intrigued by the first book, this book starts right where last one ended. Gabriella is still amazing, and the guys really make a breakthrough.. they have alot more character, and we see there POV alot more often. We definitely get to understand more. This book spiked the drama the angst and excitement.. I can't wait to finish this series up. On to the next book. Read and enjoy.

Good.
This one was really about them solidifying their bond. So it was a little slow for me. After the end of the last one I was all geared up for action. There was at the start and the end, but a big chunk in the middle was talking. Which was needed, it explained a lot. It just had me having to remind myself to pay attention. Just a little. I am for sure reading the next one now. I have got to know what happens after that awesome ending.

Ok Wow!
Like Seriously WOW!
This one was shorter than book 1 but don't let that fool you into thinking it wasn't Amazing!
Because it was!! It was packed full of action and fun times!😉
That ending had my jaw drop!!
Makes me glad in a way that I waited so long to read this series because now I can jump right to book 3!!😘😍

Oooooh the plot thickens. Another whirlwind of a book from an author that I adore. We got lots of answers in this book, but we equally got as many new questions. As usual the book ends with a bang that makes me want to shake the author until book three drops at my feet. And let's not forget the heat level, yummy!!!

Had me Hooked!!!
Although this book feels quite short. It wasn’t rushed with an abrupt ending
I thought I’d get quite bored of this series thinking I knew how the story would go and end. I was pleasantly surprised with this book when it took such a turn . I can’t wait for the next.

I love this second book in the Eight Wings Academy Series! I continue to love the evolving storyline, that includes plenty of action, steam, and intrigue. I love all the characters, especially Gabrielle and her guys. I honestly couldn’t put this book down after I started reading it! I am so excited to see what the next book in the series holds!
