While I agree this book contains quotes and inspirational content, you can occasionally see Coco’s traumas and limiting beliefs behind them. That has no place in a self improvement book.

Generally speaking, I enjoyed the simple format but the format of border setting in those beliefs did not work for me, it did give you a good sense of the kind of person she was though.
